Pete...
Could you please expound on why you are so sure trading will be halted here. Do you have evidence that supports this opinion? With all due respect regarding former speculation i.e. "Petresa is the key", are the same evidence gathering practices and logic used here to draw your conclusion?
Also, regarding a former post of yours. Were these also opinions or did you have evidence to support this list?

I'm thinking something is in the works that we as a whole are not aware of. To much volume with strong support to be a head fake.
a) Shareholder of record list released
b) the stock is going to be removed from the reg sho list
c) Siam management (not the doc) in contact with T/A
d) Docs have been filed somewhere concerning the merger, and news leaked
e) news leak out of BHL R&D has India funds buying.
f) Freinds and family connected to Siam are buying all they can.
g) The doc is having relatives buy the stock
h) Uranis is in the house of Neptune, and Pluto is in the dominate position moving in and out of alignment with Uranis.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I will conclude that this was simply your opinions about daily market activity at that time (and h. was just damn hilarious...lol). But I would like some clarity on conclusions you have placed on this forum. Thank you in advance.
At risk of overstating the obvious...
It appears that the ask is a bit light below .02. Anyone want to test the # of shares for sale @ .019. 35k just took out .018.
MBL...It looks like your assessment may be "right on" given the recent volume. With resistance at each level so light on the ask, any buying pressure at all will have significant impact! I don't really think many shares are for sale anywhere close to the current level.
iseem...
you can get it in Mystery's post # 30868. Be careful though...your pc may overheat pulling in photos that smokin' hot!!
Mornin' Gorgeous...
I wondered if you could expound on the communication(s) you received from J. P. Levac. Were there any clues there or simply form type responses?
Got me there...I was intentionally evading the point. I didn't specifically say I hadn't met her, I just didn't want divulge that we'd met until I spoke with her about it. Simply hoping to meet up with Lil Jazz here in OK in the future to put an end the "mystery" once and for all!
Oh...and I'm sure our Mystery appreciates your vote qaz...
Have a great night!
Met...yes! That's all I can say. As you can see she is "VERY" attractive! That kinda thing can get a guy in trouble...lol.
Trust me...it is her. Did you vote while you were there? I'd love to see her win the contest!
per your comment..."someone was making him stay silent??".
This very point has the potential to be an important key clue to unlocking our mystery...Mystery! I wonder how long we have before the silence ends? I need about 2 months at current levels to reach my goal position. Whether I get it or not is all part of our mystery...lol.
Cheers!
OT: I cast my vote for our MysteryMate this morning but sure wasn't going to disclose the contest link. Glad she did and I hope she wins!
Let me just say..."we have an amazing group of individuals here"!!
MrBig and Coach...collectively this group has loads of influence over ACMG's daily market activity. With 20M collective shares, the choice to buy, sell, or hold during each session will have a significant impact on the pps. Therefore, and "with caution" I will also conclude that we should be able to "will" pps stability just as the collective sell-off drove the price down. This is also assuming that the alleged NSS problem is behind us. If that is the case, we should even be able to facilitate a new "higher" base.
This is not a "pump" as I would be perfectly happy to see the pps hang around at this level as I accumulate. However, and I think all would agree, price stability would speak volumes to anyone holding on to their current or considering a new position.
Fair enough and thank you for that! Maybe Mystery, Lil Jazz, and I will manage to hook up in OKC or Tulsa. Sounds like it'd be a great time! One of Mystery's hobbies is bikini competitions. I don't think a "he" could pull that one off.
Mornin' Ford...
Exactly my sentiment! Eventually we will be fine...no I have no hard evidence, just a gut feeling based on what I've gleaned from research over the last few months.
Also, I heard from our MysteryMate this morning. I think she'll be posting today. That ought to make qaz happy.
Have a great day all!
I'm smellin' what you're steppin' in iswt...
Let's hope it doesn't happen that way this go round. Fortunately, the near term doesn't concern me much, but would still hate to see it happen. Conversely, if I had some free cash to take advantage of a drop it'd be a lot less painful to watch!
If they want our shares, make 'em pay for 'em!!!
Well...if this was a collective effort to induce selling. The real prize they have their eye on is not today's drop but a gradual erosion of investor confidence over several trading sessions. History tends to repeat itself where investor fortitude is concerned.
I don't know if you or anyone else here has noticed. But ole Texas seems to post much more prolifically on down days. To help fuel the downward momentum perhaps?? Some recent examples are 6/13, 6/18, and most recently 7/2 where he worked the board hard with negative commentary a couple days before (6/29 and 6/30). His "chime-in" today is...well...not a suprise. Interesting??
Nice that the ask is not following the bid as it falls. Hold tight folks, this looks like pure manipulation to me. L2 looks scary for a reason, to coerce people to sell. If no one capitulates, they'll eventually have to bring the bid back up.
Thankfully no...she's on Grand Lake but not far enough north to be affected by the flooding. Nice of you to ask though. I have several friends and co-workers that were run out of their homes up around Miami. We helped several of them move their belongings before the water came up. What a mess it's been up there!
MysteryMate is still with us (as a fellow shareholder anyway). Her life has been a bit hectic as of late and hasn't had time to read boards or post.
I don't believe my comments were directed toward you qaz. We all know you will not listen to reason and I will not engage you in an unproductive conversation here!
I will agree on one point and one point only, the back-track on plant ownership in business plan. That is also a point of contention with me. However, Alex may have a very good reason for "disappearing" and site location plans are subject to change as well! Time will reveal...and I am here and holding until developments surface!
Our shareholder list proves the patience and fortitude of this group! Calling Alex a crook and a liar without proof will not be well received on this forum.
Lil Jazz...
In addition to my holdings, I have family members and friends (6 who do not post here) holding exactly 192,000 shares with no plans of selling anytime soon! Hope this helps get us closer to actual holdings here. Thanks for your and Mr Big's efforts on this.
GLTA!
Mornin' Ford...
...sorry so late to respond. I haven't looked at this board since yesterday afternoon. Yes, I would agree. It appears that he is looking for a cheap re-entry or he would have moved on by now.
Have a great one!
You have no hard proof substantiate this claim. Simply a theory based on limited chart analysis. What exactly is you're agenda now Pete? If you are in fact still holding the certificate you claim you are, it is quite odd to continually push this opinion without evidentiary facts.
Cheers!
Did someone say beer?
I am too of a mind that the co may be simply acquiring shares and getting their "house in order". Once concrete developments are available and published, the SREG group stands to make a fortune re-selling the acquired float. Source of funding for plant construction?? Hmmmmm...? I also think we'll be waiting a while for news but am reluctant to guess at a date. Simply time to scratch my way to goal position.
Have a great weekend!
I'm feelin' the love MrBig! ...LOL
Exactly my agenda for this evening...women, beer, and rock n' roll! Hopefully, I'll be done cookin' and in the pool by 3.
It'll be back to business here on Thursday.
Have a great 4th everyone!!
Cheers!
Well, I'll just jump in there too! Add my 580k to the tally. Thanks for the efforts here. It is so nice to see the fortitude shown by many fellow shareholders!
Cheers!
the beerdup guy from Oklahoma
Lil Jazz, You may add my name to the shareholders list.
Sorry for the late response. This is the first time I've looked at the board since Friday. Thanks for the effort here; you're doing a great job!
Cheers!
still here...and still buying!
Lil Jazz...
I you make some good points and early on jerseyboy was a valuable source of accurate information on developing news related to Alcar. His relationship with Alex was a wonderful asset to him and this board. However, each of us (with or without "personal" relationships) should understand that the realities of business force us to do things we normally wouldn't. Jerseyboy turned his back on Alex and his venture after a little over 2 months of silence and began deterring anyone with interest in Alcar with "it's all over" commentary. I would not give up on a "friend" after two months. That is much to short a time to fall into the "doom and gloom" scenario and post negative commentary about the future of "Alex's Dream".
Unfortunately, this board provides a historical account of "emotion based" commentary. Here are two posts which comparison/contrast a dedicated friend who has turned his back:
1. Dedicated friend post:

Gcduck,
No, I don't. If he took the time to create such a facade through our extensive e-mails and phone conversations, he is either the absolute best and most creative, conniving con man that has ever existed, an absolute pathological liar, or some combination of the two. I will never believe that he is that way or could do that, unless I am presented with irrefutable proof. I consider him a friend and will stand by him unless it is proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that I am wrong. Something has gone awry here, but I think the only contributions to that process that are his are his naivete and misplaced trust in the goodness of certain people who did not deserve it.

Chud,
Please trust me - as a fellow EFGO investor, just put whatever you were going to put here in EFGO and don't waste your time or money here. I was one of the biggest proponents of this stock, but EFGO is everything that I thought this stock would be and should have been, and so far, it has not developed and doesn't look as though it's going to, and I have thus been very wrong and it has been very costly for me. If you want other very good stocks to diversify into, let me know and I'll suggest four of them.

Investing brings out the best and worst characteristics on all of us; hope, patience, despair, and greed to name a few. Yes jerseyboy was the only one of us who had a personal relationship with Alex. I hope both sides can overlook what has transpired, forgive, and move on. Time will reveal all! Patience is king...
GLTA!
jerseyboy...unfortunately for you, and I don't take any pleasure in saying this; but I would be surprised given your commentary on this board over the last couple months, if Dr. Cavasin ever speaks to you regarding company developments again. It is quite sad that this silence (including the communication end with you) drove you to publicly post your "feelings" and potentially burning what could have been a very valuable bridge in the future.
No...thank you for being the voice of calm reason here...keep up the great work!
I'm always here watching for the signal...
...if you need backup, just turn on the beer light and I'm there!! LOL
I strongly agree with that point Profit!
...as far as dates, I have no predictions. Simply waiting patiently for developments to reveal themselves...and accumulating as funds are available. Also, I'm not trying to buy any today. Tomorrow is the "magic" funds available date for me. I'll keep you posted if my modest buy goes through successfully and at what level.
Here's to better days ahead!
...steady...steady...
to_profit, Papashrine and all dedicated and "optimistic" shareholders here:
It is my opinion that Alex knew exactly what was in store for the "long-term" shareholders going into this deal with SREG. Consequently, he offered reassurance in the form of subtle commentary directed toward true long-term holders in many a correspondence. I refer back to his words often to fortify my resolve in the initial decision to invest in Alcar. I seldom look at the boards these days as few conversations are productive. I too am of a mind that many positive developments will be revealed to us in due time. The "patient" have a tendency to win in these scenarios.
Cheers!
To all holding and watching the current price support - as Caterina's kids would say "WORD". Shaping up to be a great resolve strengthening day!
Have a great weekend...
beerdup
Glad your still here bcl999...
...holding strong here too. I wonder what the atmosphere will be like around this board 1 year from now? hmmmmm... I will be here for the show (good or bad)!
Have a great night,
beerdup
Lil Jazz, Prado:
Could you do us a favor and delete the thread beginning with this OT post. Thanks in advance!
To All:
If you were a CEO/Founder of a development stage co like Alcar who's interests were only protected by the 68m shares in escrow. ...and had gone to work for your acquiring partner as COO; wouldn't your only concern be optimization and scale-up of your concept to meet production demands? Once completed, everyone wins! Why would he waste his time with shareholders at this juncture? Wouldn't make sense...as SREGs success is also Alex's success long-term!
IMO...someone besides Alex is handling current issues with Alcar (OS - specifically public float, TA selection, spin-off details, selectively responding to email/phone/fax messages) and I don't really care who, as long as it's done. Alex has far more important things on his mind. ...and as a shareholder, I'm glad he is not spending valuable time holding our hands. Something is brewing here. Don't know what or when it will be revealed; but, Alex has invested far too much in this venture to (as has been suggested) simply disappear...
Here's to all dedicated Alcar investors!
Cheers!
Mystery...
...actually haven't been "beerdup" in several days now. Life hasn't presented an opportunity. OKC sounds great!...Hooters OK?
Thanks for update on Mr. Pascali. Good to hear you are still in contact. He might be in a much better position having a personal relationship with Alex to attain some information about the current status of Alcar.
Cheers!
MysteryMate...
Any recent communications with Peter Pascali regarding Alex or Alcar?
