Not to go into much conjecture here but if the halflife of leronlimab is 10 days then:
"Health Canada’s clearance for the BLA filing includes a treatment regimen of one injection per week of 350 mg of the Company’s product leronlimab, as contrasted to the dosage used in the Phase 3 clinical trial conducted in the U.S. for this indication of two consecutive injections of 175 mg per week."

What the FDA is requiring CYTODYN to do to have 2 "consecutive injections" is by far the stupidest requirement by any medical organization in the universe. Yes, the universe. So, we need to burn 2 needles vs 1, fill up our planet with even more needles as the manatees at Key West and shores of Bali don't have enough already. if 1 and 1 in 2 days is the same as 2 sized shots within in 1 day then...... ??
