After the last year of notes being paid off im not even concerened if its due to be paid then im sure we will see something from the company soon..
Jan has continued growth for shareholders as a top priority,and has proved it many times.

our press release on March 21 disclosed that CBRE has concluded a market value of $42M for the Cielo Mar land in their draft report
we’ve commented back with minor corrections, though nothing affecting valuation, and are awaiting the final report which we expect soon
Estrada plan and presentation draft & preview versions of the drawings, documents and videos for the Cielo Mar preliminary plan and commercial presentation proved effective in conveying the general plan to CBRE for the appraisal the material is looking very good, and nearly complete

We expect to go fully reporting in 2019. Audits cover two years and 2017 and 2018 will be the first two years of results worth auditing. The real estate transactions are practically ‘self auditing’ as the transactions are recorded by county governments. The progress of the Brentwood project will be easy for the general public to track.

Just skimming through the 10q one thing that sticks out to me in the subsequent events is the new private placements totaling 270,000 just recently.
Also noticed Micheal Hylander of the Board of Directors Bought shares..
Looks like the company is doing what it needs to do to show a true value here. Private investors are jumping on the private placements and those shares are restricted for 6 months.
Jan is continuing to grow value for shareholders..
