Steve - Of Course, and I have done so many times before.
JM, Bosch, Siemens, Linde, AP, Air Liquide, Amazon
WTM - Are you comparing Andy Marsh and Elon Musk ? That's RICH.
Andy , Sanjay, and others have repeatedly underestimated several projects, GA probably being the most egregious . PLUG's inability to execute and meet goals is systemic and the best reason why they need to go.
That fact that Elon missed a projection doesn't exonerate Andy or PLUG. Two wrongs don't make a right.
As I have stated many times: Hydrogen is very dangerous and difficult. PLUG being a neophyte in BULK hydrogen are going to miss targets and deadlines .
Mac - Did you answer your own question?
Question : "Does marsh get the credit for getting the stock price over 70 ??
Answer : "That hype you can put on the analyst they put out upgrade after upgrade. Every time plug made a deal here came an upgrade. Most all the hydrogen stocks were inflated not just plug.
So, No. Andy doesn't deserve any credit . It was the analysts.
Banger - 3 TIMES more green Electricity!
What does this do to the comparative economics ?
OUCH !
Fortescue is continuing to test hydrogen mining truck while admitting the hydrogen option requires 3 TIMES the renewable electricity of the battery option.
Fortescue will be starting a extended test of both a FC and battery mining truck to the test this year to improve the efficiency of both. Fellow mining giants Rio Tinto and BHP have already indicated a preference for batteries over hydrogen according to John Mulcahy(principal adviser on surface mining and technology) and Anna Wiley (BHP’s vice president for Australian planning and technical functions).

Mac - Yes. And it was 100% Hype!
Hey jammy - Have a look back at August and September on 2019 when PLUG was under $3.00.
I told everybody here to buy before the MEGA-Symposium. PLUG went from UNDER $3.00 to $70+.
Where were you with your B.S. then?
And I have nothing to add? Compare your B.S. insults (I can't call them posts) to what I have added.
When I said "Sell" when the CEO Dumped his shares, was that manipulative.?
When I said "Sell" when PLUG Dumped a bunch of diluting shares on the market, was that manipulative?
When I said "Sell" when PLUG was caught cooking the books was that manipulative?
People here found out about the accounting issues from ME. People on this board found out about FFI leaving from ME. People on the board found out about the GA delays from ME. Before the company made any announcements.
Why don't you show us all of your contributions to the knowledge of this board, jammy?
You shouldn't take you very long.
jammy - Thank you. Every one of your posts makes me look better and better.
jammy - So if I say I'm not a basher, then I am a basher? And if I say I'm a basher, then I'm a basher?
Have I ever said, "I am not a basher" ? I think PLUG deserves bashing.
jammy - Why don't you follow your own advice?
jammy - You should be blaming PLUG's management not me for PLUG share price.
My posts do not affect the share price, but PLUG's management took PLUG from $70 to $7.
jammy - You can, but I can't?
When I said "Sell" when the CEO Dumped his shares, was that manipulative.?
When I said "Sell" when PLUG Dumped a bunch of diluting shares on the market, was that manipulative?
When I said "Sell" when PLUG was caught cooking the books was that manipulative?
Then I think it's PLUG, not me, who is manipulative.
No Mac. Not yet.
Mac - If "There are numerous breakthroughs in producing hydrogen hopefully they come into play soon",
Why don't you invest in one of those instead of PLUG?
It's those companies who might be able to help the environment and might even provide their investors a positive ROI.
A Wise Guy (You) once said : "If a person was actually concerned about the environment in any way they would be behind any company trying to alleviate some of the problems."
And another Wise Guys ( Me) Says : "I have found some great investments which help the environment, and are also great investments."
Next Wednesday's drop won't be with BE.
Mac - I think PLUG is doing it WRONG and it is costing the investors. That's why I found real companies who are actually making a difference and helping their investors.
Did you know that 98% of the hydrogen used in fuel cells is sourced from Fossil Fuels, and that is doing MORE HARM than good?
Banger - Would you like to revise your analysis?
That goes for all of us mac. But I choose not to add any more to the problem, actually walking the walk.
So I guess I am doing something to alleviate the problem.
Are there really PLUG Employees on this Board? What's the deal with Georgia? Is it fully Commissioned ? Fully Operational ? And the Liquifier is at full capacity ?
jammy - how did your pre-market indicator work today?
WTM - Liquid hydrogen trucks, can be ANY TRUCK hauling liquid hydrogen.
98% of the trucks hauling liquid hydrogen are DIESEL.
LIQUID HYDROGEN is very difficult and dangerous to make, store or ship.
Mik - I'm heading into the wilderness soon and won't be able to post. So getting these out before I go silent.
Bob - Shell = Lip Service
Mac - I disagree. Investing in a lousy company is just throwing your money away.
I have a zero carbon footprint, and invest in several companies who are actually doing well for mankind.
PLUG is NOT one of them.
Banger - Wrong Again! If a risky company has mediocre results the share price falls.
It happens nearly every time, and you have seen it happen many times before.
Were you hoping for a different result this time?
Tell me Dave, do we know of another poorly managed, risky company which will be announcing MIXED results soon?
jammy - Keep posting, please. You are making me look like a genius.
Bob - It's called Lip Service. The article is correct, "Actual investments to date have been minimal".
If they have refineries, then Hydrogen is an important part of the refining process (hydrotreating) to improve gasoline and distillate yields.
But, hydrogen for cars? Green hydrogen? No thank you. Too risky.
Banger - Not really. Mixed at best. Not enough to move the needle?
jammy - Good for you ! You should thank Ballard and NKLA for letting us ride on their coattails today.
They helped most of the sector post Green today.
Press release: Q2 Non-GAAP EPS of -$0.17 (missed by $0.03)
Revenue of $301.1M (+23.8% Y/Y, missed by $10.26M.
For 2023 Outlook:
Revenue:$1.4 - $1.5 billion; Product & Service Revenue: $1.25 - $1.35 billion;
Non-GAAP Gross Margin: ~25%;
Non-GAAP Operating Margin: Positive.
jammy - You really know how to class up the place.
The more you post ... The better I look.
WTM - I don't see very much happening with Green Hydrogen in 2023, except some Long-Dated deals which may never materialize. Heck, The IRA Bill may not even happen in 2023.
And no one really know how much commercial Green Hydrogen costs to produce, transport, store or distribute. Even PLUG is finding out in Georgia that Hydrogen is hard to do at scale and more expensive than originally thought.
So if RETAIL Green Hydrogen costs $20+ /kg at the point of use as some are estimating, I think we could see many deals disappear in 2024.
WTM - That's Funny !
The largest market share for FCEV's in the US belongs to Toyota.
In that same period, Toyota sold more BEV's than all FCEV's for ALL manufacturers.
Deja Vu? WTM, didn't we have this same discussion yesterday? Same news? Same Story?
jammy - I think you bought PLUG at $18.00+ and you are trying to manipulate people into buying PLUG stock so that you can at least break even.
You showed up here when PLUG was $18.00 saying it was going UP. And it went DOWN to $7.00.
Great Call.
When a company goes from $70 to $7 and loses BILLIONS in market cap, do all of those BILLIONS go to shorts?
Jammy - I do sometimes, but usually WTM or Bob beat me to it.
Why do you PUMP a LOUSY Stock?
And why do you try to defame me? Even PUMPERS agree I'm right.
Banger - Don't shoot the messenger, I didn't write it.
You know that when I post something original, it's usually only something senior management knows.
Bad news next week?
WTM - And Toyota also announced that just their BEV sales exceeded ALL FCEV sales by all manufacturers in that same Quarter.
I guess I know Jack after all.
