They incurred losses due to building a multi million dollar greenhouse facility and expanding the business
I know this is hard to understand but....
If your building a house as a developer , during the construction it costs money, yes your incurring losses but you believe you can sell the house for a profit right?
Lets take TRTC as an example. If the cost is x amount to build a cultivation facility that produces 10-20 times that in yearly revenues I think thats a no brainer

Why?
Cause accounts where you can short shows you the amount of shares you can borrow to short
So when I see shares being borrowed to short along with bashing on boards accelerating , that's called a short attack

Multiple that by the sq ft that's going to be used and you have your projections

I don't know for sure how many sq ft are gonna be used but even by your math thats around $13,650,000 a year and those are very very low projections
The way it's calculated by your math is 1 oz per sq ft which is worst case scenario if you get up to a professional level of 2 oz sq ft which is easily achieved then you have doubled your $13,650,000 to over $27,000,000.

As an example someone has borrowed hundred of thousands of shares recently to short in the failed short attack to drop below .30
And thats a fact , my account shows shortable shares available and this is just one retail account people can borrow from

One cultivation facility alone
If their using 20,000 sq ft out of 35,000 sq ft = $35,000,000 roughly a year
How?
2oz sq ft x 4 cycles a year= 8 oz sq ft x 20,000 sq ft = 10,000 lbs a year x $3,500 = $35,000,000 year
This is just from one cultivation facility and does not include the production facility or anything else

Shorts can't sell to themselves, they need shareholders to scare into selling at a lower price so they can cover
IMO it can't go any lower cause the shareholders at a certain point will not sell anymore cause they realize the stocks worth more.
That is why Blum isn't part of TRTC now. Federal law should change by the end of year and CA will be voting soon for recreational use which will turn CA into a for profit state.
So my prediction by the end of the year Blum Oakland will become part of terra tech

The stock has been so heavily shorted and the share price is so low at this point that investor shareholders DON'T want to sell anymore, they know the stock is worth more. The only sellers left are shorts and they will not be able to cover any lower without sellers.
Also, cause the stocks been beaten up so bad everyone is too scared to buy

Shareholders realize the value of the company is worth more than the current pps so there's no sellers except for the shorts. This is clearly evident by the level 2 and how thin the asks are

My estimates were for 2oz per square foot which is easily achieved and 4 cycles . We basically have same math but I'm calculating 2 ozs per sq ft

If their using 20,000 sq ft out of 35,000 sq ft as growing area and depending on the price it is sold for I estimate the revenues at 35 mil roughly from the cultivation side alone. And this is guessing how many actual sq ft being used

If federal law changes and Blum Oakland does become part of TRTC. The revenues alone from that location and area are staggering
It will be very hard to keep shorting with all the revenue potential in the near future.
