I know, I've seen that but that's just filling through Florida's department of state. Had nothing to do with the SEC or FINRA for name/ticker change. Two different entities
Do you think finra will approve a name change with gagged TA? Without any financial audits?
Do we know when mike is planning on changing the ticker to follow the name change? If he's planning on the Feb 9th date, there should be a PR out this week informing investors of the new ticker...
There's a rumor of a new Van Hoff commercial... I'm trying to dig into this rumor...
There was no gold and there is no weed.
Cdel is playing MM games... Bid for 11,555,555 shares and an ask of 1,155,555 shares...
Sir I dont see where it says these shares are entering the market. I'm curious to know more about the anti dillution provision. I agree that it makes no sense for KW to dump his way to zero. I still don't believe he has anything to do with the PPS drop.
They want to be recognized as a bio company not a MJ player. Plain and simple.
There's a few with smaller floats.
Those who do their DD and dig deep truley appreciate this gem. A big future brewing here. PPS does not matter right now. This could change 5000% or more in a matter of minutes once a buyout happens. That is the reason myself and I believe most longs refuse to sell or flip profits. You could sell and in a matter of seconds a buyout could happen and you miss the run. The best thing to do here is continue to trust your DD, continue to accumulate and continue to hold. Patience will pay off big time here. I continue to stress the importance of DD here and as waggoner said "reading between the lines."
LAMP and CDEL on ask...at 5s
Great post, a lot of people get the misconception that CIAB is a new drug. I agree with your post but I wouldn't hold out on PMCB never developing drugs. Their current project is CIAB but being a bio company who knows what the future brings!
Can you PM me details of what you know? Thanks
Once shea opens his mouth, there's going to be some crazy dumping.
Its literally one person stacking up...
Pretty sure someone cleaned house on a 50m share order....
If you did your DD outside of these forums you wouldn't need to ask those questions. Everything has pretty much been addressed in former PRs.
Lots of foreshadowing in that article. Mentions plans of early 2015 that might be going on now. Might clear up a lot of confusion for a lot of people here. Let's not forget wagoner called for investors to read between the lines...

I read this article and became much more confident in what's going on....

" In a Thomson Reuters report on orphan drugs, analysis shows that orphan drugs/biologics address a high unmet medical need, so these drugs/biologics benefit from a pricing structure that makes them commercially attractive to larger pharmaceutical companies. Thomson Reuters points to the orphan oncology drug Rituxan (Rituximab), which is the world's second most profitable drug just behind mainstream blockbuster Lipitor, and it is expected to garner more than $150 billion in revenue over its lifetime, the majority of which is for orphan indications."
If van Hoff and our team told the world about our trials prematurely, not only would that make us look bad but it could effect future buyouts or partnerships. He will speak when the time is right.
I don't think there are time limits per say. I'm really unfamiliar with the legalities of a CTO. But Nuvilex has filed for CTOs in the past I believe.
I don't think we will need to post any more videos on here after our first shareholder party err I mean meeting :)
A potential buyout might be in the works.
Folks in case you are confused on what a CTO is, here is a direct link to its definition. A price may be negotiated at this very moment.

I believe this is it.
Dr. Daniel Von Hoff Cancer Research at Scottsdale…:
CTO following name change is great news IMO
Something big is in the works. Someone wanted us to change our name and now they want in on us being a fully devoted bio. If you look at your DD and look at the recent timeline of events, it at least would make sense for this to be a time of collaboration of some sort. Just IMO, I'm excited for next week!
By mid February your expecting things to clean up? Things usually take a little longer than a couple months to carry out in court especially with the SEC involved...
Really considering selling out the other tickers in my portfolio to buy full force into this at these prices lol
What kite is lacking are the tremendous amount of shorts playing with the PPS. we'll get there in time. Perhaps kite investors will see the gem here, which is what we need, a group of hungry investors without such shakey hands.
Name change will bring some confidence here as it is something that is in ink and something mike is finally following through with. But it will take more than a name change here to ignite a run.IMO
No bid is unlikely IMO. But these prices will stick around as day traders flip on the ticks for marginal profits. Without a very beefy PR I'd say we can expect these prices to stick around a while.
1 million shares sold at 3 probably by accident lol someone didn't set a limit order when 2s ran out earlier. Back down to 2
Nobody is touching those 3s with a 10 foot long stick.
"Buy on fear sell on hype..." name change officially filed... Even I'm tempted to cut my losses and add a small position here... Huge huge gamble.... But if maybe things pull through there's a chance for this to run again...
Officially Green Leaf Innovations and there's an annual report on there I'm making my way through
If I'm not mistaken, Mr.Shea took over the company with roughly a 3.2b O/S. Under his control there has been roughly 1.8 billion shares let into the market in the past year (current o/s estimated at 5b). I agree that even if sold at a median price of say .0007 (I think most were sold at a higher price than this), that's over 1.2 million dollars. Where has this money gone? What is there to show from this?
"today announced that well-known scientific journalist, Vicki Brower, who writes for the leading top-tier cancer journals, has published an article naming PharmaCyte Biotech's pancreatic cancer treatment as a near-term approach to tackling the rising pancreatic cancer rates."
Agreed crab shack. This is a very good time for longs to accumulate. support continues to build and with tax return season starting we should see a new wave of investors. These prices are a gift. The more we accumulate, the smaller the playing field for shorts to work with. As we saw last week they seemed to be desperate with the different articles (SA) they came up with.
Looks like 1s are coming...
I'm waiting for some fluff PR or something to happen here, I'm in no hurry lol I'd rather wait a few years than to sell at this price.
Seems like this ticker only shows up on that website when shorts are chasing... Hmmm
