Oh that's nice and new!
Ditto. SGLB is now my *only* stock. Potentially stupid, but that's how I roll.
Someone made a decent observation on Reddit. There's a lot of peeny stock alerts on Twitter for SGLB. I noticed this too.
If I had to guess, the people that subscribe to those alerts are not the type of people to do their own DD.
OK, I thought the Intel Inside model referred to the hardware.
I learned something new today. Thanks.
We just need answers as to when.
For the software but how will it happen and when will it happen? Assuming it happens soonish (3 months) then is there any value add without the hardware?
I don't think we can overlook such questions.
We still have 1.5 years before their target date to uplist. It's too early to discuss and/or worry about it.
Whether they RS or not, it's not something I'm losing sleep over.
Put it in an IRA or 401k. My point is if you invest with money you can afford to lose then it's easier to stay in for the long term and if this goes belly-up, it'll sting but it won't destroy you.
Things are very positive with this stock but nothing's a sure thing so only investing with money you can afford to lose minimizes risk. You end up breaking an arm instead of fracturing your skull.
Do not take out a loan just to invest and don't mortgage the house.
I see this as conventional wisdom but of course everyone's free to do their own thing.
It is very smart to invest with money you can afford to lose.
Yep that's a good point Al. At 3 to 6 times the price it'll still be a winner if SGLB is "the one".
I am however taking the risk obviously along with several others confident with what I know to be true.
If I'm wrong, my niece doesn't get a pony. If I'm right then we both get one.
Well me saying 200 is a guess. I won't call it an educated one because I'm not very smart but it's my best guess.
The big boys won't invest in an OTC as explained earlier. I was in ONVO and it uplisted twice without an RS (discussed briefly recently as well) and I think one of the big differences is that it has a sexier story. It's 3D printing and human organs and it doesn't matter if they won't be there for 20 years or even if they'll be the one.
That being said, SA articles swing that sonofabitch wildly.
With SGLB there's a story but it's only sexy to those that have done their DD and I doubt it's more than 200 folks.
With the large OS and decent volume I guess it still can be manipulated and we just need some more catalysts to catapult us to the next level.
Another thing about SGLB: the MOUs, JTDAs, etc leave something to be desired. People need to make assumptions and connect the dots. There have been very few announcements where I walk away with 100% of the answers.
There's also a stigma associated with OTC, pennies and MOUs and JTDAs. I can understand why.
Waiting sucks but if you want to be in it to win it, we have to wait and hope for the best.

I agree with you Al.
Back in 2013 even the run up to .27 was temporary. I don't think anything has changed.
This will break loose eventually but it's anyones best guess when it'll happen.
Either today or tomorrow is my guess. I think the big catalyst for us will be the 10q.
Either way, lets go!
I should've bet you. .18 or .14 by EOW. That's my prediction.
I'll be more specific:
The stock will either go up or down. Mark my words!
It might retrace, no? We have had plenty of positive news like Metronics, the Michigan Tech deal, two other SA articles (one of them that went Pro), confirmation of 2 units sold for 975k, etc. all good stuff and in every case it retraced. Despite the PP storm cloud in January it still never broke through.
I am not diminishing or minimizing this latest news but based on past performance a retrace back to .12 or .14 seems likely.
That being said I'm not brave enough to try and trade a swing and I'd be happier than a pig in shit if this took off and we never looked back.
At $1 I sell 100k shares and get back my investment. I let the rest ride.
GL to me and I guess GL to everyone else as well.

Almost as impressive as SGLB.
Not me. I have 600,000 of 'em. I'm just always skeptical.
I pointed that out earlier as well Al. It seems like another JV and not a contract.
I'm a bit skeptical myself. It could be a while before it ever gets into the product. Also it's not clear if PR3D works without a hardware piece.
There are a lot of unanswered questions.
Even after 3 years of Spanish I have no idea what the heck you're saying.
Hablo ingles porque!
I've been loaded for a while. I do want immediate results because I hate work. $2 cannot come soon enough!
C'mon baby!!!
Nope and I wonder if the software can be used without the accompanying hardware.
I took a look at the Materialise website. It's a niche product and they're providing a channel for the PR3D software (and other software as well).
That being said this is yet another JV. They can work together. It's not a contract.
Nobody can answer that.
A lot of what we do is speculate. There just happens to be a lot more positive speculation than negative.
Sans press releases or progress updates from the company, speculation is all we have.
AEF (former board member) posted at the end of last year that he got confirmation from Francis Yopak that it fell through. I emailed Mr. Yopak last month and got no response.
So armed with the information I have, I firmly believe it's dead.
It'll happen by tomorrow between 1:15pm and 1:18pm EST.
Twitter too so someone's paying attention!
New article from Ggggggary:
https://3dprintingstocks.com/sigma-labs-future/
I assume this'll be the one that'll go to SA as well.
Thanks Ggggggary!
ONVO never did an RS. They uplisted twice and are currently on an AMEX exchange (NYSEMKT).
The Interactive Machines thing is dead dead dead.
Maybe by mid May. I expect that we'll come to know which company they sold 2 PR3D units to.
And thanks for the write-up McDuffy.
"Interesting to note- he saw me looking at it hard and clicked ahead really quickly (I guess it's still hush hush… we were in the third row, with no one in front of us)."
I find this tough to believe. Why would he care?
Anyway, thanks for reporting back. In hindsight you should've video taped it.
Yep, I know. Penned 11 months ago. JTDAs, JVs and MOUs aren't contracts.
I still believe though.
Awesome!!! I LOVE the SGLB mention!
Oh, there wasn't one? Carry on then.
It is tough looking at dead money, but I'm hesitant to move it elsewhere in case I miss the boat.
DAMN YOU!!!
I assume it's standard language but I never researched it to confirm. I did certainly notice it though.
Dat's alotta red.
You can then change your username to GotRichBackInTheDay. If it doesn't pan out you can either:
- change your name to Rich
or
- kidnap someone named Rich
I don't endorse the second option.
"Making parts right, the first time, everytime" is their tag line but that's close.
If Billy, the leap engine fuel nozzle maker guy starts printing late because he went on a drinking binge the night before then SGLB / Printrite3d can't be held responsible for a late delivery and therefore can't guarantee on-time delivery. Billy needs to man up. They (SGLB) can however ensure quality for the parts they print no matter what kind of shape Billy the leap engine fuel nozzle maker guy is in. Unless of course Billy mucks with the designs or the controls.
You know what? They should just go ahead and fire Billy.
