Trading has halted for Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board & Pink Sheet securities due to an industry-wide technical issue.
Actually, filings are DEFINITELY Proof that MWAR is growing! Upside huge.
OTC system is down.
Of course, anyone can see that! Go MWAR!
Yes, that's why I think this stock will increase steadily over the long haul, with spikes here and there, rather than a single explosion that the typical penny investor looks for. We'll see......
I like being part of this. Go CGRA!!
Per Jason Otteson:
"Not only have we agreed to engage in an advisory capacity, but we felt strong enough about CGrowth Capital's business plan that we have purchased stock and become investors in the Company as well. We believe that we can be a key component in assisting and advising the Company towards the necessary funding required and the successful execution of its business objectives."
Bottom line; I believe these guys are for real.
Morning all,
As regards Noble Mining, I think they wanted an industry expert on board. That would be Jason Otteson.
"CGrowth Capital, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CGRA) is pleased to announce that Jason Otteson and Noble Mining, Inc. have joined the Company as a corporate advisor and investor.
The Company recently announced its transition into the mining and precious metals industry. The addition of Noble Mining, and the insight and contacts of Noble Mining's Jason Otteson, is a big step forward in growing the business and executing on its business plan.
"We are extremely pleased with this addition to our team," stated Bill Wright, CEO of CGrowth Capital, Inc. "We met several times with Noble Mining to make sure it was a good fit for both parties. Jason Otteson and the Noble Mining team are quality people with good business sense. We could not be happier about the outcome and believe the relationship will play a big part in accelerating our business plan and building shareholder value."
Jason Otteson, who has been featured on Discovery Channel's hit show Gold Rush for two seasons is the founder of Noble Mining, Inc. The 3rd Season of Gold Rush airs on Friday, October, 26th at 7:00 CST. Discovery's Gold Rush is one of the top shows on TV.
Mr. Otteson has over 22 years of entrepreneurial experience and a proven track record of growing small startups into profitable, multi-million dollar entities. Prior to Noble Mining, Mr. Otteson was a leader of a large precious metals investment firm. Previously, Mr. Otteson was the CEO of Sportan United Industries, Inc., where he led the firm through an IPO, and a successful acquisition. Mr. Otteson believes that the precious metals industry is more than another business; he sees it as a stable harbor for himself, family, friends and clients in this current economic storm.
"I agree with Bill Wright's statement," stated Jason Otteson, CEO of Noble Mining, Inc. "We were very deliberate about our choice in working with CGrowth Capital. We met with their team and they proved to be knowledgeable, competent, and a tireless group determined to prove success in this industry. Their core values seem aligned with those of Noble Mining.""
I hope you're right, but shouldn't we have already seen the run?
Not this group imo. Either way, an increase in stock price is highly beneficial to management as well as stockholders.
Great time for insiders to be accumulating.
Muscle Warfare - management working hard to realize their high potential.
First class management working hard to realize their high potential.
Go CGRA!
Accumulating........
Brian Levine just tweeted:
"Timing is always critical in any business, often discounted because it's off. Timing is on our side in China & now NY"
The potential for exponential growth: http://qz.com/82640
I feel strongly that they will. We'll see.
Frogger, what is the source of that promising news ?
Bg
Yes, I would say so!
Go GCEI
Looks like a cheap imitation. (Despite the price!)
Bottom line: upside potential is huge!
MWAR = product placement internationally with the most established retailers. Visit their website. Steady growth with huge upside. I'm long and strong.
The nagging questions have been answered and the release represents a company that cares about its shareholders. I like these guys!!
Let's get back to last year's .17/share and beyond!
bg
MWAR - sustained growth.
Somehow the significance of the meeting going on right now missed me at first. GCEI execs are meeting with Cynar. Cynar is a huge partner if it comes to that. I.e.,
"Cynar wins The Green Initiative Award at the Midlands Ireland Best in Business Awards 2013!
The awards pay tribute to the talent, drive and innovation of the business community right across the Midland Counties of Westmeath, Offaly, Laois & Longford.
“We are delighted to have this recognition, and are looking forward to rolling our technology out in the UK and Ireland later this year and globally thereafter.”"
Also, from earlier this year:
"Cynar plc, a technology company in the waste-to-energy market, has awarded an $11 million contract to Rockwell Automation to design and build a new plastic to fuel conversion plant in Bristol, England."
If we can get a piece of this action............!!!

One thing you can take to the bank is that the market does not know when it comes to pennies.

It will turn around and it will be a big swing. jmo. Review your research on this company - I think you will agree.
These ventures take time. I believe the company has been overly optimistic in their stating dates of completion and various time frames, but personally, I can wait.
Lukerduker and all - the most recent news is:
"...the signing of a comprehensive Letter of Intent with Seneca Bio Energy of Romulus NY. The LOI is to develop an Anaerobic Digestion Plant, Cellulose Gasification Plant and an Agricultural Plastics to Fuel Plant all to be located within the Seneca AgBio Green Energy Park."
The recent GCE activity does show positively, in my humble opinion, that established companies and government entities have confidence in the company to perform multimillion dollar ventures. Again, our company's PR is not happening, but I feel like they are putting all their energies into the business activity.
The low stock price may be in large part the fault of poor IR, but I think its also that of the investing public. Like most others, I have stock in companies I consider significantly inferior to GCEI, but are selling for much more than this company's stock. If you have faith in your DD then sit tight and its just a matter of time. If you have more faith in the market, and believe the market has the stock correctly priced, then its probably time to sell and move on.
JMO,
Bayguy
MWAR) Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Wellington, Florida, United States, our business model is to research, evaluate, and acquire profitable private firms in the business segments of sports nutrition, energy, and business services for the benefit of our shareholders.
Looks like this is a long term play. Pumper Dumpers need not apply.
MWAR - steady progress by a real company that has found its niche.
Well let's hope right!?
I can't disagree, but when you see the price at 0.0183 with high volume, its time for a reality check. I'll take long term success over the day trader mentality. Go GCEI.
It appears that "investors" want good PR more than they want a real company with huge upside potential that has a management team of top, proven executives. Go figure!
I appreciate the tweets.
Just as a point of fact, one year ago CGRA traded for over $.17 a share.
