Begging the Colonels pardon, but I'd not advise any current investor, or non current investor, to add here. No one is watching this, just a couple traders with 7 figures(share wise), and, apparently some others, who play games with it.
Keep it on a watch list at best. Plenty of time to "catch the train" if news is announced for this unknown stock.
I always thought well of him based on his credentials. Better than most there. Most concise resume of the bunch- hides nothing.

Last name Walter, or Walters I believe. First name Ed.
"This is biotech, these are its risks, this is accounting, and this stuff happens. It happens to biotechs that fail (if the whole pipeline goes that way), and that succeed (if they commercialize something or get bought)."
Yet the company accountant gave away a part of the farm, long before any revenue(still no revenue) a few years ago, to his place of worship, his son, and kind of to himself(?)(2.5 M shares between them within 6 months).
Shareholders first, ya think?
His management has not, but is being, accounted for.
I wonder how it(prurisol) could be scrapped after a company stament(part of a pr) containing this:
"Cellceutix would also like to share some observations and comments from Principle Investigators (PIs) overseeing different participating clinical sites in the trial. Numerous PIs noted patients expressed a desire to have access to Prurisol following the study’s conclusion. Moreover, the Company learned that some patients were previously unsuccessfully treated with other therapies, including biologics and apremilast (Otezla®).
Included below is a sampling of responses that were authorized to be published:
“Well designed study, patients were pleased, minimal to no side effects."
“Good tolerability was shown with very few AEs reported. Good compliance and good patient satisfaction.”
“Overall impression of the study is very positive, as well as the patients’ satisfaction.”
When asked, “Why would you choose Prurisol (should it be approved) over another oral compound for psoriasis?” and “Why would you choose Prurisol over an injectable biologic?” responses included:
“Because [Prurisol] does not cause any severe side effects. Patients dislike needles and injections because they cause pain and discomfort."
“Patients overall prefer oral medications over injectable medication. Our experience with injectable studies for other indications has been that many subjects do not like taking them and those studies tend to be difficult compared to oral medications to recruit subjects.”
“Because of [Prurisol’s] low side effect profile.”
“Patients prefer oral treatments.”
I can only guess whatever the after effects were that happened after the pr? Then there was a poster who, in August of 2017, "made contact" with a patient in the study who was estatic about P results. Maybe that poster is one of the couple of "intelligent investors"(can't remember if the adjective was intelligent(wise, expert, etc) who correspond with management frequently, made by a frequent poster recently(last two days(you responded to the poster)).
Maybe the ceo will elect to forgo his salary for a bit while the finances get worked out in order to get the deal cut?. I've only read about one company who has taken that route(I don't mean ctix).
"You've asked it before yourself re the Prurisol results, and the ink on the answer has barely dried."
I agree, I grew concerned the last couple months of 2017 when P results were getting pushed back, to the point that I met near
Maybe Leo should call this guy, Ernie Adams, to join the discussions or negogiations, whatever they are. It's off season.
He's local, Waltham, MA, with a trusted track record. Quick learner too, might move a little too fast for management's comfort.

"We're still left with the fact that its placebo group was better."
Better than what, B-OM(severe)?
IPIX- the mightiest fish in the Dead Sea is circling(is that possible in that body of water?)
"Gnashing of teeth over the Prurisol era is pointless right now as the company directs it’s focus towards partnership(s).
© 2019 InvestorsHub.com, Inc."
The company has, supposedly, been directing it's focus to a partnership FOR YEARS. Read past pr's if you don't believe me.
"Directs it's focus"- ha...they seem further out to sea than ever. The mast has appeared to have snapped, as well as the rudder, they lost radio contact when the battery died, and are praying for a random cargo ship to spot them in the heavy seas/endless stormy ocean to rescue them.
Rubber duckies in the wading pool appears a challenge.
Go ipix!
At what cost to shareholders per each "example" you mention? You seem to know alot, please close out your thought(argument).
Never knew a dinghy had a jib, never mind a main sail. We are on Gilligan’s island, and LE is the first mate.
Can’t argue with that statement. Also irrefutable:
Down 33% in 4 months
Down 60% in 5 months
Down 66% in 6 months
Down 74% in 7 months
........
When did I ever declare there was a buy out for k?
Sorry to say the reason I even invested in this company was because of a cousin, who has since passed from oc. I spoke to the contact at Dana Farber, listed at the time, with phone # from clinicalltrials site, who confirmed the trial was active.
I wonder now about “operations”, I really do.
Clarify your question, will gladly answer.
Not sure of much with this cluster**** of a company anymore, but it appears to me the new approach is to address “achievements “in alphabetical order, each with much pomp ,as well as unsubstantiated circumstance(s).
Thanks for the post. Compare leadership teams. Explains things, Leo Ehrlich is no Gerald McMahon.
Good work Columbo, and I mean that.
Ah, one more question, but no one picks up the phone.....
Nell,
Must you muddy the waters?
https://wikidiff.com/discussion/negotiation
Good observation.
No apparent phone extension. Having called the number listed numerous times, and following the prompts, whenever i enter AB, or BA, I hear invalid entry(or something like that).
Not sure how some global bp would make contact with this outfit in a timely manner. In my experience, the ceo /cfo is also the secretary, not good for a short staffed bustling company trying to bring life saving drugs to the world.
Perhaps he's a graduate of Trump University and knows better than most?
The parachute may be next to him, or perhaps already strapped to his back.
The additional weight of his wallet may overcome the aerodynamic design of his chute.
Begs the question one, named Clint Eastwood, asked, “you feel lucky, punk?”
He may be hard at work, tough to verify since he has no extension to confirm. AB, and the rest, have been muted by the “CEO/ CFO”.
I either ante up or fold, but never show my cards. The beauty of an anonymous place like this board is that neither you, or anyone, knows my reckoning, as well as my former, nor next move(s):).
I would argue some have begun to question fact(company statements), and have begun to wonder if those company statements are factual, farcical, or bald faced lies. We shall all see, I hope you are right.
(Ctix/ipix) has stated, long ago, that they(BP) know the value of what they(ctix/ipix) possess. That pr was long ago. Tis clearly, just a matter of time, til bp offers the best.
Good way to analyze the numbers. Cases to population ratios within 10%(53.4 to 63.3% respectively).
"Gotcha.....just so perplexed on why aren't you OUT and DONE with this garbage stock ...makes no sense to me but maybe you can help me understand ? Thanks in advance for your response on why you invest time here since you feel it's garbage."
I suspect there are some here who are neither long or short, but both. Also, at this stage of the company's past proclamation's, as measured against its recent progress, I become more suspect each day.
I believe my reaction is not unique based upon results(partnerships/share price).
Is the ipix ceo a James Lovell or an Andreas Lubitz?
"Any chance that the "innovative medical product" is a device versus a drug and is this true for devices AND drugs?"
IDK for sure, but I believe the post you responded to was referencing a product that is considered a device to aid sepsis patients. I also believe the route to approval for devices and drugs differs.
"edit: That's obviously a single example. Are registrations universally easier outside the US and is it safe to assume that some countries make it easier, or more difficult, than others?"
I think there is a movement underway to make it(drug approval) easier(or at least more expedient) in some parts of the world.
Here is one example: https://techcrunch.com/2017/01/09/mytomorrows-raises-10m/
It appears the current Trump administration may address the cost of prescription drugs tonight during the State of the Union Address.
Interesting to see what influence that publication seems to have on the market, as well as the incuriousity of the poster, to whom you replied to, has shown over the years.
Ipix is the most fabulist company ever! Go ipix, get er done!
They can't even (have not, for a long time) afford a secretary. How does a comany progress if they can not answer a phone call?
An efficient executive secretary is crucial at the level they proclaim to be at(screen shareholder junk calls for starters).
Leo the jugler....
"... . We don't have the capital to co-develop or form a JV, and no one has apparently expressed interest in buying us." That's clear, and concerning, based upon their proclamations in my opinion.
"The new European subsidiary is interesting, and is likely in response to feedback from an interested European BP." Or a non-reactionary response from others.
Who knows, but the spit baller?
The holiday season was over a month ago, and is no excuse for lack of execution(for that, there is only one REASON(no excuses)).
LR,
Thanks, appreciate your input.
Will scrutinize what you provided to try and better understand.
Why is that? Is the determiner of the definition of beneficial holdings the same entity that defines form 4 vs 10k or 10q submittals.
“Ok.. how low can we go? ..there is no way we go back to .20-.22”.
How far the company has come in 7 years, 5 months, and 3 days(2,713days) as hope springs eternal, after today’s pr, that ipix attains a lofty sp of 20 cents in the near future.
Fiddler on the roof.
"Given the "risk" supposedly spoken by the market (and AF), what specifically might make one decide to invest capital and not be a fool?"
I have a sibling who lives in Marblehead, Ma, same town as Peter Lynch. Also have a high school classmate who works with a Bogle, with whom my sibling is friends with, to this day.
Time to inquire, I guess, and assess management's proclamations.
$15B poster yell outs have proven folly.
JMHO
A trustworthiness of each party, by both parties, is the driving factor to any deal.
We have clearly not signed a deal, in 2017 or 2018 as projected by the company.
What’s the deal Leo?
Are you insinuating he(le) has not benifitted from this endevour?
Leo is no Doug Flutie.
