It looks like it could be Albertsons (Safeway, Rite Aid, etc). Next up????
BOOM!!!
Gaps up and holding much of the gains may not be rare events with ARYC if anticipated events come to fruition. This company has so many catalysts that could cause it to soar.
Agree. Seems like a perfect storm. Lots coming together all at once.
VATE is a long-term hold and a gem of a stock on the OTC. Accounting will be completed, and uplist coming soon, as well as new products (can you spell "canned drinks infused with CBD"), possible contracts with Whole Foods/Kroger, top level management who have already retired appx 200 Million shares and set up a fantastic foundation for a quality company, etc, etc. This one, IMO, is headed for dollars in the next couple years.
Spotlight's post from the other day spells out some of the upside potential. It just depends on the timing and quality of news, fins and big buyers jumping in. With a day and a half of market closure this week, it could very well be next week before any news hits.
In the short term, it is not out of the realm to expect the following:
1. Announcement that FDA tacitly approves the Allergy Test
2. The fins are released allowing for a tech type of valuation
3. Beginning of institutional investment
4. M&A to jump in
These events will for sure thrust ARYC into NASDQ $4.00 range
Good try. However, your work is inadequate to determine actual sales since, IMO, much more is happening than what we hear about. We'll find out soon enough. And stocks are valued into the future, based on anticipated revs and profitability. I see big, great things coming soon.
And there it is. Connect the Santa Clara commercialization event to the buy side financial agreement, to the FDA approval tomorrow, and soon to happen fins release, you have EXPLOSION! This is too fun.

Arrayit CLIA clinical team confirms 7/2/2018 meeting with top officials at the United States Food and Drug Administration FDA headquartered in Silver Spring Maryland USA to discuss FDA regulatory clearance of a major microarray technology product line fda.gov

Great posts, spotlight! This company may not be too far from huge success and shareholders will benefit. Could be a big July.

The markets are closed all day Wed in observance of Independence Day. They also close at 1PM Eastern time on Tuesday.
I'd love to see a tweet from Arrayit this weekend, giving notice that fins are going to be released Monday.
POWER HOUR! Last call....
Now we can connect the dots more clearly from the message posted by directmoney that was from Mark just days earlier:
The audit timeline was affected by derivatives re-calculations (now complete). We are looking forward to the buy-side analyst call. Thanks, Mark
Land Kroger or Whole Foods as a customer, and IMO this goes way beyond .20. Guess we'll wait and see. Should see good sp action in about 30 days with becoming reporting and then uplisting sometime soon.
Thanks, I knew that-just had a brain fahrt!! I appreciate the reminder
So who owns the rights to the food safety test? I thought Arrayit was working directly with the government on that one?
Great news is that Kroger and Amazon are going all in against each other to get market share. Each will want to grab this little (in the future to be, behemoth) gem VATE. Competition could be fierce, and that will be good for all shareholders.
Oftentimes members of Congress want an "out" when voting for what some would consider controversial elements of a bill (hemp amendment), and/or they will eventually use it as leverage to get something they want (work rules). House members from conservative constituencies want to say to their constituents that they voted against hemp legislation, which they did the first time. However, when push comes to shove, they will approve a final broader Farm Bill, even with a hemp amendment included, as long as they get something else they want. IMO, that's what's happening here.
starkd, thanks for your input! Final changes to the Farm Bill will be worked out in conference committee, and then the bill will be sent back to the House for a vote. It's now going to be a power play, and Mitch won't go down without swinging. He won't allow the hemp provision to be taken out IMO. He's put lots of political capital on the line.
Why do you believe that? It was only announced via a tweet. So what's the difference between that tweet and others. Why believe one and not others?
Do you believe that Mark and the Arrayit team will be in Maryland Sunday, and will have a meeting with the FDA on Monday?
READ, I may not have fins, but I can put 2 and 2 together-sorry, you'll need to humor someone else.
I'm investing in Arrayit, a real company, with real revenue, world class leadership with world class intelligence, and huge potential. And I can do it and maintain honesty and integrity while I do it.
All that to go along with the 20 Million shares you claimed to have purchased of ARYC. Yeah, right. Now that's a BIG LOL!!!! Talk about a credibility gap.
LOL. My money is where my mouth is-LONG on ARYC! And I'm thrilled to be here!!
So, who cares about one, or two, or several days. IMO in a year, ARYC will blow the socks off where they are now. Watch.
I'm sorry, but I must apologize. My guesstimate that VATE had TRIPLED since last November was incorrect. It has actually increased 6X since mid-November of last year. My mistake. But imo, much better things to come in the next 12 months.
Nice trend: VATE has TRIPLED since last Nov. I'll take that any day. And what's even better-it hasn't even started a run yet to where it'll end up. Many bright days ahead-new products coming on line with a strong possibility of major deals with Kroger and Whole Foods, as well as others. Good times are a coming!! All IMO, but the development and direction of this company seems to indicate huge growth. Stockholders are in a good place.
Thanks, sleek, for your perseverance, great research and spotting trends of where this was going. Can't wait to see the rest come to pass.
Not funny for some who wanted it to tank. Regardless, this is a long-term winner. I'll choose to ride ARYC through the ups and downs til it hits pay dirt, Big Time. So far, it's been mostly ups.
Mark won't do a RS mainly because it isn't needed, but especially with his friend the professor owning so many shares.
Management like Medico in an OTC stock is like gold-that's why I'm holding. He's taking VATE to a whole new level down the road. Golden!
I believe Medico gets it done and VATE’s revenues in 2019 will be measured in the millions
Mark should be able to tweet about where they are at in the process. I can’t see the FDA having a meeting in person, to simply update them on the process. The only reason for Mark and the team to travel and meet with the FDA in DC would be to give approval.
Nobody should be selling their shares. I don’t know who owns this stock that would even think about selling.
Thanks for sending this info again re. the 12 step process for FDA approval. It seems pretty clear after reviewing again, and looking at the actions that have already transpired, that we are indeed at Step 12 on Monday.
Step 10
FDA reviews the drug’s professional labeling and assures appropriate information is communicated to health care professionals and consumers. Done 3/14/18 ARYC submitted SOPs
Step 11
Facility Inspection-Completed facility inspection with business partner and regulatory consultant 1/2/18
Step 12
Approval- Hopefully 7/2!!
How much is a dollop of common sense mixed with a little bit of vision worth?
Ace, do you have any knowledge of FDA doing dinner with other companies who are seeking approval on products? Is this standard protocol or something unique here? And do companies visit in person to get the approval notice? Just trying to get a better feel for if we are at a place to get final approval, or have a ways to go. I've seen the message from UVS regarding being at step 11, but not sure. BTW, is UVS on vacay?
Yeah, it's sorta frustrating, but it'll get much higher before too long IMO.
Wow, the beat goes on for Arrayit! They're loading up for bear with all this business coming on line. Can't wait for the explosion!
Thanks, antbird, for setting the record straight re. the audit timeline. It'll be completed soon, then we'll see what other issues are whined about.
