LoL, SG, you could be my twin! I have an extra uniform if you ever need it! What size shoes, 12-1/2?
Are you sure I'm safe without the tinfoil? I'm only 100 miles from area 51. They do flyovers right near my house every night.
I'll risk abduction, but if I disappear tonight, make sure my wife holds on to the CGFIA stock. It will be worth a fortune once I convince my abductors to drop the probe and adjust the PPS!
What, no pompoms? And, please, shave your legs, SG! But I think you pull off that uniform better than Robo ever did! \V/_
Being from a gambling city, I still like the ".777"'s the best,
I could retire early on CGFIA @ .777! That would put me in at about $5.2 million. I could settle for that.
Santa, are you listening? I'll leave you and the elves a truckload of cookies if you make that happen!
I didn't want to seem "outlandish" in my requests! Someone may not understand my sense of humor. But if you can pull it off, Star Gazer, I'm right there with you!
Go CGFIA! 7! 7! 7! (hey! Jackpot!!
where do I collect my winnings?)
Let's think big! 6! 6! 6! (no demonic inference intended!)
It could work!
CGFIA,
"Five golden things"?(4 mines and a mill)
Or is that "5 billion things"?(estimated value of the mines, by assay results)
Or possibly ".50 par value by spring"?
Don't get me started, AK! I'm feeling in the holiday spirit and I may start being more generous with the Grog. That would get everyone singing, then the neighbors will complain and we may get shut us down before we get started. (perish the thought!)
We need to stay off Santa's "Naughty" list.
CGFIA
You have a smart girl there Davidio!
It is always good to let friends and family find their own way, but when you arrive at the same conclusions, it makes you both feel good!
The CGFIA family is growing.
Now all we need is our "baby" to start walking on its own.
Sally0715,
My pleasure to welcome you to the CGFIA board.
With a little luck, and god willing, we can all do a little good for ourselves and our families. The economy needs a boost, and I wouldn't mind being one of the "boosters"
We may need a little patience, and that is the toughest thing to have when you have looked this company over and see the potential.
IMHO, it shouldn't be too long.
GLTA!
Davidio, "It's a Family Affair"! The friends and family sale is still on!
Wishing your daughter Good Luck with her CGFIA purchase.
I wonder what it would be like to have 2 millionaires in the family?
I will add your daughter's purchase to the total.
Shhhh! GRIZZ is sleeping! Don't wake the bear.
Just check the posts for CGFIA and quietly walk out.
I'll put the grog outside to keep it cool. You can get some out there.
Brothers are all the same! Even 50 years later, we still act like we are 12 again when we all get together. I am the 3rd in line too!, We had bunk beds, but it still didn't stop the mischief!
That is a dangerous question to try to answer. Penny stocks are way to volatile to attempt to predict. But look at it this way, even if it only hits .01, that would be a very handsome profit.
Since you are new to penny land, pardon me if I attempt to be so bold as to offer some advice. The #1 rule in this world of stocks is "DON'T INVEST ANY MONEY YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO TOTALLY LOSE!" This is a high risk, high reward area of investing, with the emphasis on the risk part.
The #2 rule is: "GO BACK AND READ RULE #1 AGAIN"
This is the wild west, and we are "settlers from the east" traversing "Indian Country". We could be bushwhacked, shot, scalped or die of thirst. But with a lot of caution and a lot of luck, we just might make it to the homestead.
If you haven't done so, take a look at the yellow "sticky posts" at the top of this page. There is a compilation of information with plenty of links to outside sources of information. These will give you some great information to look through. Most sources are public information sites where you can read the full documents about CGFI. It may give you some things you will find helpful.
Good luck in your "investing adventure", and welcome aboard the CGFIA "Armada"! (we all own boatloads of stock, some more than others, thus the "armada" reference.) If you have a need for help, an opinion you want to share, or just an odd question, please speak up. We all learn from honest discussions and questions.
One of my favorites, as well! But I am partial to the fancy "Ritz" crackers.
Perfect weather here in Nevada for a good hot bowl of beans. Only 46 degrees here today and cloudy.
Even if CGFIA stock hits .50 per share, I doubt I'll ever stop loving those little tasty legumes!
JMHO & strictly a "matter of taste".
Beans, the meal that you can converse with, usually all by yourself! and you can answer "yes" if someone asks " R U talking out of your....... but, enough of this, I'm hungry!
LMFAO! Way too funny, but much closer to the truth than you or I could feel comfortable with.
You can always be a satirical writer if this investing thing doesn't work out for you!
GLTA,
PCFG!
That is a great question, and as you probably know, a subject of a lot of discussion.
My opinion, both would be a perfect one-two punch! The metals are there, (historically proven) and the mill being legally operational would be the insurance that the precious metals would be economically recoverable.
Can I add your total holdings to my list of board members' stock?
Thanks for posting.
GLTY
CGFIA
I'm ready, it is after noon here! Just barely, but it makes it legal!
Grog and a bowl of chili for lunch! Mmmmm! Perfect meal, anytime!
I'm not a conspiracy theorist either. I just like to see how the information can be twisted to fit anyone's point of view. Sound familiar? Only here, with CGFIA or any pink sheet, you don't have to have facts or information, just make it up and cry about it when it doesn't happen!
I think you will do well with that buy, Davidio! JMHO, and I wish us all good luck!
(Glad I could send you something to distract you for a bit!)
MM, you know that even if this was PR'ed right now, these guys would just find another thing to complain about.
Let's just let them talk to each other. No one who believes in, or is invested in CGFIA is really listening to their complaining anyway. They are more interested in hearing their own voices and the argument itself than the facts of the matter.
The empty words mean nothing.
567 is a robot, with a computer based memory! Give him 30 seconds, at most, and he will be able to tell you almost anything!
It is a good thing we don't have to pay him, we wouldn't be able to afford him. (Just keep hoping for the Bruins to win!)
CGFIA
I think it is time for just a little patience, everyone, regarding the Silver Wing situation.
First of all, those of you who are shouting "Where is the PR?", I have to remind you that Colorado is a few hours behind you on the East Coast! Even if they closed at 9:00 am today, you wouldn't possibly see anything PR'd for several hours, (only Presidents, rock stars and blue chip corporations can afford to do that.)
Secondly, this is the real world. Things do not run like a nuclear clock. There are delays on any deal. Just try buying some real property, or execute a contract or will and see if I'm not right.
A delay does not mean anything more than that, just a delay, and we do not even know that there HAS been a delay. As far as we know, the lawyers could have agreed to meet this evening, next week, or next month. (you didn't think Mr. Guyer and Mr. Fearn were going to do this personally, did you? There will be lawyers involved and we all know what it takes to deal with their schedules.)
So, stop building up your expectations that this deal will be PR news today, or even tomorrow. And stop throwing barbed comments that this is proof it is not going to happen. It is an indication of nothing, at this point. It just shows you feel a need to make unreasonable demands for impossible schedules. Wait, watch and learn.
GLTYA,
CGFIA.
You need to up-load the screen shots to your iHub personal photo gallery (under tools on the top of the home page). Then use the "embedded" link that will show next to it to place it in the text.
You'll need to up-load them one at a time.
It's a bit tedious, but it works.
Would that include something that comes from the south end of a north bound horse?
That is what they deserve for Christmas.
Let this PCFG run already. How much money do they really need to make off the manipulations?
JMHO, and my stated frustration with all these Grinches!
Jacob Marley lives on in these guys.
Bash Humbug!
Good idea, I'll have both legs working by then. I'm sure that will be necessary with Grog is involved in the equation!
CGFIA!
Any upward move is welcomed in my portfolio!
I would do the "one legged Grog dance" if we dropped a Zero. I would even post it for you all to laugh at!
How is that for incentive?
Dang, AK, You are faster on the draw than I! If I was not on these crutches, and had to get to my laptop, I might have been a bit more attentive and seen your post first.
Must be that clean cold Alaskan air.
RKY, Here is what was said in the PR from May.
>>>>"A thorough study of geological structures, past production, core drilling and extensive underground sampling records indicates that the total resource of the Silver Wing Mine could exceed $200 million with approximately 80% of the resource value composed of silver and copper minerals," stated Lee Rice, President & CEO for Colorado Goldfields. The mine's poly-metallic ore contains recoverable metal values in gold, silver, lead, copper and zinc. Colorado Goldfields will develop a mining and milling operation and produce approximately 14,500 tons annually of gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc concentrates. After 1-year of ramp up work, production could reach 180 tons per day with full production of 360 tons per day achieved after two years. The initial ore discovery and location for the first Silver Wing Mine was made in 1874 on the Silver Wing claim itself. All ore production from early operations (1874 through 1909) was based on silver values. The early ore was so rich that it was direct-shipped to smelters on pack mules over mountain passes in excess of 12,500 ft. high.In 1904 a railroad siding was built to the mine and lower grade ore was direct shipped to a smelter in Silverton. The mine was shut down in 1909 due to litigation. The last production from the Silver Wing Mine was between 1962 and 1965 when the ore was milled at the Pride of the West mill. Production ceased due to a prolonged smelter strike in 1965". <<<
If you look at what Rice said, the estimates are based on both historical info from as recent as 1965, and more recent core samples and rock samples taken from underground access in the past.
Fearn was the operations manager when the mine was in operation.
Seems pretty solid information sources for the silver estimates.
Here is another source for the PR and info.

I believe they are just historic, or information from the last time it was running.
I'm not sure, but I believe ficoce has that info.
Let me look around and see what I can find.
That, Ray, is the main topic of a lot of discussion here lately. There is so much information and upcoming events slated for CGFIA, it makes your mind consider how many possible ways this can all break.
Do they wait till the AMNP merger details are worked out? Or how about the assay results on the mines? The submission of the dry stack detail plan and amendment is also scheduled to go in by the end of this month.
And that is just a few items. How do they handle all this information for the best outcome of the corporation and the stock?
And what else does Mr. Guyer have on the fire that we may not know about?
This is surely going to be an interesting time in the next few weeks.
Hope you are doing fun things in your time away.
Keep in touch. You may find out you are rich soon!
Hi killerray52!
Good to hear from you. (I had the same question.) The 15th is the date for the purchase/closing of the mining lease of the Silverwing mine.
That, as you know, may be a FORTUNE in silver deposits.
Ok, I'll lock up if AK isn't around!
Have a good one!
So I guess the goofy green guy has your vote?
Thanks for that, RKY! I have trouble keeping track of the different brokers and their reasons.
I have had this avatar in my library for a while, and just never got around to loading it on iHub. I needed to send some screen shots and things to the IHUB geeks today, so while I was uploading those, I added this one too, and switched.
It fits my moniker a little better, don't you think?
If I could find an elf with empty pockets like this, I would use that for the season. (Do elves have pockets?)
It is amazing the leaps in logic (or lack of logic) that some people like to try to post as "definitive facts" or the "only possible outcome".
And we, who do a little investigation into the actual situation, are the "dreamers" or "pumpers".
I needed a good laugh today; glad you showed up AK to brighten up my evening.
Yes, trade with your head.
How do you know it will be spring before the C&D on the mill is removed?
Work started on the settling ponds late summer. The work on them should be almost completed. The dry stack plan will be submitted by the beginning of winter. (That item will require very little actual construction.) Those two items are the only things standing in the way of the mill reopening.
Stating that the mill can't possibly reopen until spring is pure speculation.
I still don't see what the present price of AMNP and it's decline has to do with CGFIA's mill.
As a shareholder of CGFIA, the lower the price goes for AMNP, the better the deal is for CGFIA, and me.
And your point?
Aye, that be the short of it, stories told from too much grog! Some truth be there, but how much?
'Twas the Romans that say'd "In vino veritas", thinks ye they talked of grog as well?
TDA stopped selling shares because Penson, the clearing house they use, stopped handling the sub-penny stocks. Brokers who are self clearing, like Scottrade, or who use other clearing houses, are still trading these stocks.
You are drawing an assumption for the wrong set of facts.
True as the west wind, and sure as Davey Jones locker, them shares be worth more tomorrow than today!
Limes says ye? I'll beseech the quartermaster add some to all the ship's grog! The crew seems a bit surly and scurvy ridden. Let it be a boon to their spirits, and not sour their disposition more than they already be.
I hear tell from wayward sailors of a great land ahead laden with treasure. Thinks ye they be stories true, or just spindrift in the wind?
I'll check the totals I have for you, MrDale. That's a nice boatload.
Good luck with it.
