They have to pay Elite for every product they submit to transfer and then get each of Elite's 11 FDA approved drugs to market. But they can only sell so much as allowed and they have 70m plus shares....It costs money to transfer 11 FDA drugs. Big revenue coming to Elite with basically no costs.

Then again, it certainly didn't stop the Chairman from buying 6m shares last week when he just could have collected 10% interest instead.

The most important thing about the study so many of us long investors have seen is that it means that Elite will pass the muster of abuse deterrence. The level that Purdue had will be exceeded which is so important. We all knew this already because, again simple science is at play here so no surprise at the results

However when you consider what happened with Endo, you can read the tea leaves regarding the FDA process. This study certainly tells you that Elite is in rare air here.

So exciting that these two quick pilot studies are going off so quickly and then into the larger studies already scheduled. Tells you they believe in the product but then again the chairman bought 6m shares about a week ago so again, no surprise there.

Honestly the question is not whether there is a link. I think most understand that there is and the data is real because it is simple science. Pharmacological approach is going to come out on top and is the best approach. Heck I think even Nasrat told you about this before and about a similar type of study that was also commissioned. The question you need to ask is what else is out there? What did I miss? As an investor would it make sense for me to just put everything I know out there for public consumption?

That is really great because it shows how confident the company was back then before the market crashed and they ran out of money. The tech works, But that is not the new data, heck that is not even the old study data but thanks for reminding us that this tech is very real. Elite was truly ahead of their time

The trials are for Bio-equivalence and have nothing to do with the desire to abuse the drug. I can't really explain that much more clearly.

And gain, I don't care whether you believe me or not. In fact the only thing being miss characterized here is what I have stated....

Relax. The data isn't a secret. And the drugs have to go through trials but I have explained the purpose of the study and what the results were. It is public information that can be accessed. You keep bringing up efficacy and approvals and things completely unrelated to the subject at hand.

Bottom line is that the study exists, Oxy/Nal is noted as being least desirable for abuse purposes and based on simple science, this is to be expected anyway. Anyone in the field would get this. In fact there is similar data out there from older research that showed the same thing. Elite has been around a long time and the tech has always been solid. Just bad mgmt. and no money. Now great management and money. Heck the Chairman just bought 6m shares.

How about the two products entering pilot BE studies now? Pretty awesome huh? You think partnership before or after..lol...good times.

Those that know....know and have seen it....If your background is such, then you would understand the science which makes the whole thing rather obvious without the study....a study that shows Oxy/Nal being more of a deterrent to abuse than Purdues Oxy. Oxy/Nal rated higher, the highest actually in a peer reviewed journal in a study done by actual doctors. Published this year. Just because someone hasn't seen it, does not make it true.

Many have access to it and have seen it. It is simple science though so it is not really a surprise and most longs already understand this is a superior methodology already. The CEO noted this multiple times.

But this is what it is....Maybe I have low expectations to begin with but I can be damned sure I would have asked questions if I had money on the line. However some of what you posted is nonsense too especially about filling the audience with a few people from home furnishings store or whatever....

And I agree with zomniac too here. If IPTV is dead, then so is SWRF but I don't think that is going to be the case. And mgmt here is sketchy. See my post about checking for my wallet...

Here is the biggest one

First you note that only softball questions were asked...as reported by your two colleagues....Well if that was the case, how come your two colleagues didn't ask any questions? hmmmmmm? Were they just there for the food? This puts the rest of what you note as suspicious to say the least.

Secondly what does home furnishing employees have to do with anything? There are pictures of the place and you note it was a nice place so what are you talking about?

Regarding the crowd, it is what it is, the stock trades for .00x, I have no idea what type of crowd you would expect.

You are half correct OxyNal is not an approved product. The rest is incorrect. There is most certainly a study that covers OxyNal and compares it to a number of products including new OXY from Purdue.

Let me add that it is a published study, this year, not that long ago actually

Really? What was your source because by all accounts that is a pretty incorrect and sort of baseless statement. It also seems that the technology works as advertised. I am as critical as anyone but when you can go look at pictures from the affair which seem like a pretty classy get together actually, it seems pretty silly to say it was a dismal affair. It was a meet and greet for interested investors in a Midwest city for a stock that trades .00x

That is a bit presumptuous. I would say there are quite a few that can produce the study. There are so many things not discussed here you can't possibly imagine.

Some sold and are buying back. Some work for those accumulating. Some are just traders and flippers...but all are ultimately buyers.

Speculation? on the drug that was named on a CC....What is the speculation part? Repeating the name or repeating that that there is little competition as noted on the CC. Anyway gotta go...
