Well things need to be documented accurately....even if there is nothing. As we all know the reports don't come from the COO but from the CEO who is or has not been yet retired! One of the reasons that the PinkSheets elapsed to stop signal recently was that reports were not filed on time....and the current COO had no hand in that! This was stated here on I-hub. And subsequently corrected immediately. This will get resolved hopefully in the same time frame!

Seems to me if money is on the books, money is still on the books! We don't know what the 10 mil represents because we haven't been told what the 10 mil represents.......is it a scheduled payment??? Is is a pre-arraigned partial payment??? Is it a concession of the original deal...??? This information needs to come from ACLY....I would think! Or and when and if it comes to PGPM, PGPM will disclose the event!

There was some discussion of the leases worth what their worth, but not really worth what they are because they were not worth what they were worth but what they are worth on paper is not really what the deal was..............

But........what's on paper to the public is pretty much a given in terms of disclosure.......and held accountable, by some means or method.........stay tuned!!!! It might get interesting!

PS PGPM was never designed to be the looser here, never did get transfered to ACLY to pay back the leases of their own sold leases...that was stopped! It was stopped in the best interest of the share holders....! Let's try to figure out who stopped this.......and it wasn't the SEC! The brick comes to the wall and we will see who shatters shortly! A worthless shell or.....us with still retained substantial holdings and already possible production?????

You did say that taking on PGPM was not going to be easy, and we know that, and that it is going to take some time to get turned around.

I know you have a lot of irons in the fire and as we discussed via emails, the company's image over the last few years has been degraded...just another obstacle that you have to overcome aside from making the company fiscally viable!

This share holder is behind you 100%. I am doing my part picking off shares here and there, but we need a major influx of PR's, financials, etc., to attract attention of the market.

There is a lot of dry powder that can be thrown this way, via the right released information, approach and business conduct! And hopefully your going to be in the right place at the right time....that always helps!!! LOL

One thing I can say is if someone is bottom dwelling (buying at bid) with a NOT an all or none order, they will feed them the shares at will. Those people will pay their sales commission regardless of the amount of share that were traded within that day! But it would be rather ruthless of an MM to only sell 100 shares to someone that was only trying to by at bid.......but I suspect it happens in some cases! Now Masc would know the in's and out's of that as as I know he has had some luck in that respect!

Looks like mid August for the do or die of ACLY, with the 30 day extension granted by PGPM. I am thinking they are using that time to drum up the money, otherwise I think they would have relinquished the leases and be done with it!

10 million bucks in the oil industry is not that much, but would do a world of good if in PGPM's pocket!

The funny thing was ask was at .0006 when I place my order at .0006. They could have had it if they wanted...but gave them to me at .0005. But anyway so far I have another million filled at .0005 today.

In general, you may not be off base with the over seas market!

What I see is they are snatching up our little companies right and left in order to hedged the debt we owe, to later sell these companies back and make a profit on top of collecting the dept!

To further the conversation of the last post, one has to wonder why????

I have done...or should I say started to do DD on RP, throughout "that" day I did the DD, I went from one website to another finding businesses that were connected in some sort or fashion of board connected, owned, share owned, named, chaired, secretary'ed, not to mentioned getting into none public company areas, then tie'ed in the connecting common people, china, Canada, Central Americal.....I just became bewildered and thought when I had more time I would pick that up later and start doing a trail log.........never did, felt very overwhelmed! Didn't organize anything separately or log anything other than reading web pages..! Then find out fingers in aviation from O'Bryant recently...it would be a mission at best to log any of that! Seems pretty much history now! HERE.

So, not giving any credit of what "we" have went through the last several years.......really don't know how one man can/could do any justice to a single company and put forth 100%, considering the above instance. Looks like the company we have (correction HAD) was just a stepping stone to shuffle off and claim positions of equity, leverage and book! But, a company with some residual remains! The left over remains might prove substantial, for us! And workable for the new managment!

Share holders screamed that this would go no where unless management or ownership was changed!

I noted something had changed as far back as ... maybe December...look at my previous post...I really don't remember! But change is what we have now, and it is not the Obama type!! LOL

I realize that the burden is on current management, and they do as well. What have we seen so far is........let's see:


Company management changes.....
PR's starting in April/2010
Injection unit division
New leases and discovery well prospects
PinkSheets upgrade
COO communicating with share holders VIA email and I-Hub (open communication)
Searching for new leases and ongoing effort to enhance company value
Website update and enhansement....work in process
Retirement of RP, forth coming!

There is a lot I missed, what is it about the changed that share holders wanted is not actually happening??? Give it time and we may see what we want???

Hey........We got those bobbing things all over here, many service companies, and plenty of ground to open up! When your sitting on top of the biggest navel oil reserve in the country you know the off shoot land could explode at any time. Never knew that RP had his fingers in the pie!!!! We had a gas blow off that lasted for months that lit the sky until they capped it! Many public little companies here as well!

The only thing is that CA has a real impact tax wise on businesses of which I suffer monitarialy.....but I am in a position to raise my fees at will....LOL! Keep causing that circle jerk of being more expensive and they raise taxes and I keep raising my fees....LOL!

Any time Matt want to come to Bakersfield and visit Chevron fields or Elk Hill Reserve, we can just walk out my back door! LOL And a division of Haliburton is my neighbor...Son use to work for them fracking, lots of that going on here!
