Why would they buy 10 mill for a buck when they can get them on open market for 45 cents? They are in it for making money, not being Mister Nice guy. As much as this company leaks info, if a deal was in the works there would be a ton of shares traded. Every time they have had news in the last 5 years the price went up before news. Now you think that will change? Fat chance. Just not anyone interested and MMS playing with it.
