There is no reason to take down SHCM other than MMs, or investor groups, wanting mas quantities of shares. There is no dilution and the company real value is somewhere between .018 and .038 without more news.

There are a few people wanting the stock lower for selfish reasons, and they may get their wish; however, that does not change one single aspect of what this company does, their tangible assets, or future business plans.

Sell if you need to sell, buy if you would like to; but do not miss the boat. It is not predictable like some chartists think or would like you to believe.

It really is amazing to watch some people here. We have no dilution. The DD is out there and yet people complain. I guess it is your 1st amendment right, but wow.

And the longs get stronger and them climb. Meanwhile, in the revolt, the revolting shareholders sell and lose money.

Yes, I know the stories of the two bulls. The old bull and the young bull. Co-incidently, this goes along with the story of the boy and the fisherman which some of our posters here will appreciate.

Momo is great, sort of. If this is a three day play then momo is great. But this is not a three day play in my opinion. See my earlier post sir. I do not, I repeat, I DO NOT want another parabolic climb and walkdown.

And all this time those shares are being accumulated at lower levels. The MMs will have to continue to short and at some point, they will just have to let this run.

However, instead of taking say 2 million in volume to UT, it will only take 500k because more shares were sold at these lower levels.

What is key here is that the people buying in this range are not satisfied with a two or three bagger. They need to hold for the real deal.

If they do, we are golden.

First step, and full disclosure here, I was kind of worried about .0105 ask.

I think the dilution fear is smashed until next year. Now we just need to let this settle. A realistic target is easily in the .05 to .07 range.

I agree. However, I would also say, when you have really big entities signing contracts with a pink sheet company, some things take longer than planned.

Not only did the company realize this, but some of us here have realized that too. So if you are upset about the lack of PR timing, blame me.

I do not think so. I think the company is doing just fine. Get the "infernal affairs" in order and then just blow the mutha up.

To all investors, please remember. This is not a 1 day momo. This is not a 3 day momo or even a 2 week momo; this is, at a minimum, 3 month investment with dips and spikes. If you play the flips, super, but not me.

So relax and enjoy the ride.

Cool that they went and rubbed shoulders with the big wigs anyways, bummer they couldn't have taken the GTO I saw them working on.

Here is a story from my trip to Decatur I forgot to share and just remembered.

When they won the award for best upgrade company, or whatever the heck you call it, Peter was very happy. He said one of the proudest moments was when he cranked the engine and said, "wanna go for a drive?"

You see, a lot of cars in those competitions run like "crap" or not at all or are held together with duct tape and superglue. But not Revenge. Mr. Collorafi is so proud of his vehicles that he wants them to drive out of the competition, not on the back of a flat bed :)

I thought this was pretty cool.

To call their building a "facility" does not do it justice. It is a "plant". I really REALLY big plant with a custom and state of the art paint shop and offices.

They have saved share holders 10s (tens) of thousands of dollars by using lawn patio chairs from Walmart and lunchroom tables from your elementary school. Moreover, they are very proud of how they did not skimp on the plant but did skimp on office set up.

When I was there, it was even a little chilly inside!

It takes roughly 3 (three) weeks to mod one Pontiac GTO. They can do many GTOs at one time. It is a very good assembly line.

That is "down the road apiece". I would not look for an uplisting anytime soon. That being said, it has been bantered around. IE Audited financials.

I think we should all pray that we get the ticker change before we talk about uplisting.

Remember, we are in the early stages here and we need to let the plant get online 100%. We need (and we will have) a great first quarter. Then once the flow of business is started and the reality sinks in. Then we can talk about an uplisting.

Wacky, do you know what is required for uplisting?
