Up and up is right. Right now, shares are very tight. I am not sure of the exact number avail (yahoo post it as Shares Outstanding: 3.2M
Float: 484.94K) but who knows if yahoo is correct. I think it is also around 30 million, but I am not 100% sure. Once the merger is complete and we get the numbers, we will know the real total.
At this point... we know that shares are very small and any buy will shoot it up. I have not seen a lot of sells, more to it seems to some accumulation going on.

Stan Lee Media is suing Disney over rights to the Avengers and other Marvel characters.

Stan Lee Media claims that it owns the copyrights to Spider Man, the Incredible Hulk, Thor, X-Men and most of the Avengers and has filed suit against the Walt Disney Co., which acquired Marvel several years ago and is reaping the rewards via popular film franchises.
But the suit, filed in a Colorado federal court on Tuesday, is not about famed comicbook creator Stan Lee laying claim to his copyrights -- far from it.
Instead, the litigation is the latest twist in the life of his eponymous company, which has a tangled legal and bankruptcy history that even the plaintiffs in the case call "tortured."
In its suit, Stan Lee Media claims that Lee (who is no longer associated with Stan Lee Media) assigned the copyrights to the characters to a predecessor company in 1998. But in November 1998, the suit contends, Lee signed a written agreement with Marvel Entertainment in which he "purportedly assigned" rights to the characters to Marvel. Because he had already assigned over the characters to Stan Lee Media, Lee "no longer owned those rights" and the Marvel agreement "actually assigned nothing," the suit states. Stan Lee Media claims that it publicly recorded Lee's copyright assignment agreement with the U.S. Copyright Office. But Stan Lee Media says neither Marvel or Disney has ever recorded Lee's agreement with Marvel to the office.
The suit contends that Disney's exploitation of the characters has generated more than $2 billion.
A spokeswoman for Disney said: "The lawsuit is without merit. It arises out of the same core facts and legal claims that have been rejected by three federal district court judges."
Lee has contended that the copyrights he assigned over to Marvel were not the same as those he assigned to Stan Lee Media, and U.S. District Judge Paul A. Crotty ruled in 2010 that a "lifetime" agreement that Lee signed in 1998 was in violation of California labor laws. In August, U.S. District Judge Stephen Wilson granted Lee's motion to dismiss Stan Lee Media's latest action, ruling that the claims already were raised or could have been raised in prior litigation.

Orange County, CA - August 28, 2012 - Today Iconosys, Inc., a privately held California corporation, and leading Smartphone app developer and makers of such well known child and family safety apps as My Max Speed™, Trick or Tracker®, and Guard's Up™ announces the spinoff (Spinoff) of its marketing subsidiary, Ad Shark, Inc. (Ad Shark or the Company), to its shareholders in the process of entering the public markets through a proposed merger (Merger) between Ad Shark and Monster Offers, Inc., a public company.
About the Proposed Merger: On May 9, 2012, Ad Shark has previously signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Monster Offers, in which the two companies stated their mutual intention to enter into a merger agreement whereby, as a result of the Merger, (i) Ad Shark would be merged with and into Monster Offers, (ii) Monster Offers would exchange restricted shares with the Ad Shark shareholders, and (iii) as a result of the Merger, Ad Shark shareholders would own approximately 90-95% of the merged entity (Newco), Monster Offers stockholders would own approximately 5-10% of Newco, and Newco would be a fully reporting company quoted on the OTC-Bulletin Board. Also, as stated in the LOI, upon completion of the Merger, the current business units and related assets of Monster Offers, which are focused on "Daily Deal Aggregation" and "Daily Deal Analytics," would become assets of Newco, or would be assets of a subsidiary of Newco, as determined post-merger by Newco management. The parties to the LOI have not yet executed a definitive merger agreement or other agreements relating to the consummation of the Merger but anticipate doing so in the near future. Further, as a precautionary note, since Ad Shark desires to merge into a fully reporting company, it must complete an audit of its financials by a qualified Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ("PCOAB") auditing firm. The Company has engaged a PCOAB auditor to perform an audit of its books. Management is optimistic the required audit will be completed in the near future.
Ad Shark was formed in April 12, 2011 as the mobile marketing and independent sales office (ISO) arm of Iconosys, as part of an effort to take advantage of the exploding market for mobile communication products, a reflection of the exponential growth in Iconosys' own catalog of Android and iPhone Smartphone apps (now approaching 4000), the desire to capture and secure new sources for revenues and profits, and for purposes of developing and growing certain innovative, viable, and potentially lucrative mobile marketing specific technologies and new product offerings.
Since inception, Ad Shark, acting in concert with, and with the benefit of, the product development and research and development expertise and resources of Iconosys, has introduced to the market "AppHysteria™", the first "White Label" app store, where hardware manufacturers and or content managers can manage with discretion the authorized content to be downloaded to their own hardware (e.g., tablets and phones).
