This Evett guy sounds more and more like a loan shark than a manager...... a convertible debt guru. Let's hope he ain't.
I've been playing these otc's since 1984 and know that this guy is probably a no one. History and experience strongly suggest it is so.
MYIQ, a heralded education software firm with standout educators, was a crap company. Just because someone says they are someone does not mean they are.
Proof is in the puddin' and more.
BIFTS had professors from University of California Fulerton and was a con job.
DNAG has authors of publicized writings and they are a con.
Enron, XOXO, WorldCom, Adelphia, etc was full of high end managers but it was all a con. In otc land the probability is low they are what they say they are.
Enjoy Cornell is sitting back and the chart has been showing favor since .003.
btw....... I'm a Swiss Banker too. (wink) Prove I ain't.
Let's get this thing rollin'!!!!!!!
I'm not going to go into it very far, but I've seen the polished type come to these kinds of stocks before. Don't get your hopes up because of some supposed hot rod manager. Be content that Cornell has backed off and the chart is suggesting good things.
Have a great weekend.
Quick study suggests Cornell has their hooks in pretty deep.....
This link doesn't explain the IGPG situation, but only offers a possibility and some likelihood a financier has dug in on us. Warrants and options on convertible debt can have very long and powerful tentacles.

Here is the 60 min. chart I spoke of.........
The gold highlights a highly potential ascending triangle formation - bullish. http://chartpatterns.com/ascendingtriangles.htm Measuring its apex suggests a convincing break should lead price to .012, or thereabouts, near term. The trading method leading me to IGPG hints of a much greater top to eventually form in the daily chart. http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID2939893
About the German website: Unfortunately, the German market is far more crooked and unfair than the American otc. I suppose at one point this website served purpose there. You will often find German players on IHub boards - Spain and Italy too.
Have a great weekend!
Yes, kinda. But you have to like the closing price. It got us off that Harami/Top that may have set us back a few days. I'm gettin' a little goosebumpy.
The high today reinforces a straight line in the 60 min. chart. Quite bullish. If I can remember I'll put up that chart on the board this weekend.
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID2939893
I just got an Etrade quote........
.005 (100) x .0085 (5000) Last .006
I don't understand the spread
I have real time time and sales but need to setup the software - i'm gonna do that this weekend
I have not been watching much at all today. Can you tell me if many trades were executed in-between. That is, have many trades executed between the bid and ask?
tia
I seldom give advice, but I think patience will be rewarded with this one.
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID2939893
The stop will be moved to .004 tonight
Good luck
Thanks. Technically, that was just about perfect and kept it up enough to keep it on the radar screens. Good job!
Let's watch her hike that skirt!
Google has a business that is real........ unlike Peacock. However, it would be interesting to see the Sequoia agreement with Google and compare it with the Peacock deal.
Who is the Picasso around here? eom
One attribute to really set AVWI garbage trucks apart should be ice cream truck music playing as they travel the streets.
........I wonder if they COULD pick up garbage, or just have been vaguely suggested they would
Over and over and over again.... Amen eom
Are you buying more? About where is your long position averaged now? .0015? You should be required to report your position by now after buying all that you have.
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID2939893
The only thing AVWI has are falling share prices. No one wants a shell with $500,000 or more of debt that increases monthly and the reputation this scammer outfit has. This stock will sit at .0001 for a long time or Peacock will fabricate some new story to sucker more in for the reverse split. That is his mo. It is what he does.
It probably doesn't mean much as most of the technical tools I use are designed for futures indices trading. But one such tool has suggested being long IGPG intermediate term back around the .0035 area. Let's hope she draws a lot of boys.
At the same time, the penny seasonality board has it picked for a dud short term.
I've wagered well on my tool having flipped a few for nearly a triple but genuinely anticipate an attractive fling to near .10. I've brought plenty of Depends for the ride.
Good luck to us all.
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID2939893
She be raisin' her skirt.........
The boys 'ill come runnin' soon.
How true...............
Amendments. What would Peacock do without them?
Kinda reminds me of the Progressive Insurance commercial where a guy is at a checkout line with his wife buying boat, motorhome and motorcycle insurance packages and his wife doesn't know it until the cashier exclaims, "Surprise!"...... Dark humor, I suppose. But exactly like the Peacock. AVWI shareholders will get their "surprise" in a short while - 1 billion shares outstanding, increasing debt and the reverse split to start the show over again. I really don't think much of anyone would want this shell.
Good luck in all you do.
What evidence do you have fake sell orders are being put out?
Dear volcano...........
You continue to confuse me. Today you say we get news next week, but you said earlier that we would get news this week http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=30666829
That will be a suiside imo.
I am sure He will announce the cancellation of 8k
due to a failure of JPT merger. Name change and 2000:1
R/S was a precondition of a merger deal with JPT.
Watch next week for news about the new development!
Remember 2 directors still hold 70 mil shares.
They will never allow R/S before a new merger closing.
I know that will be only bashing tool left now to scare
investors. Pps already smacked down and this baby will
bounce back hard next week!
I will accumulate more under 0.001 bcs pps is so undervalued
now and will break thru 0.0015 easy next week!
Good Luck!
If someone followed your advice, you would have them all messed up. Please explain.
tia
This thing is trying to lift up again.... You go girl!!!!!! eom
I have not seen that much detail before on such a transaction........ never wanted to because I knew I'd get riled up on it. 7
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT. At all times prior to execution of this Agreement, the parties hereto agree to not disclose to any other person any of the terms of said Agreement. That sucks. Why hide it unless you have something to hide?
Why did KMart go from the NYSE to OTC to Pink?????? To pull one gigantic piece of carpet out from under remaining shareholders because otc/pink rules allow it.
When it comes down to details that keep them out of prison you can bet they have all the angles covered. It's disgusting. But that is the way most otc stocks do it....... Learn to play them or they'll play you.
Going to play golf. Good luck!
Keep in mind two other possible events: In otc land, most required reports can be delayed or amended up to 6 months after the fact; and, once 4 or 5% is accumulated it can be sold or otherwise disbursed. Most financiers go offshore and short their positions or pipe them right here in America. One or the other, in effect, allows the benefit of all market conditions, up and down. Since the stock has been sold to the financier at a discount it is all but guaranteed money in hand with exponential rewards.
Most of these type financiers are in the Caymans, Bermuda, Panama and other offshore financial centers. It would be difficult to say exactly what every turn of ownership might be. In K's and Q's I have seen it only states the total amount of shares for the price given and a few obscure details. Reporting requirements may be satisfied with just that bit of information, as for a loan or financial agreement.
And don't forget extended obligations , monthly or quarterly, if it is the typical convertible debenture. Future payments in the form of stock to the financier are likely if this is the case.
Too......... If the financier received and disbursed 35 to 45 million shares a week (like we think), would that satisfy the reporting objective you question?????? Especially if the outstanding share count grows at the same pace? 340,000,000/.05 = 17,000,000 etc. If the necessary report went from month to month and relied on net ownership at a fixed point, it probably does not matter what anyone had at any moment so long as the net ownership is below 5% at that fixed date.
This thing stinks every which way you look at it.
Thank you for that chart. The time line you labeled offers some interesting insight.
The Market Facilitation Index (mfi) quantifies the rate in which volume is executed. If you note the periods just before news releases having connotative effect, mfi exploits a relatively rapid volume exchange (as if insiders were setting up on either side of the trade prior to the news). Crooked is as crooked does, huh?
I am wondering if you are a proponent of synchronous technical events....... Judging from the way you present charts, I'd say you are. We'll have to trade a few notes now and then.
The AVWI 60 minute and daily chart affords a few ideas: The 60 minute chart has a pitchfork (yellow) imposed outlining suggested geographical boundaries, the lower of which lends to importance denoted by me weeks ago of .0007 and the contractual obligations of AVWI. If you trust Peacock to leave the stock alone, now would be a good entry point. Green and red outline data points denoted by me weeks ago as well.
The daily chart here points out the Alvim-like intersection nearing completion and adi/obv agreement suggesting new share distributions are finished for now.
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID2939893
Looks like a continuation pattern in both charts. Good stuff eom
As Derbenski and I have calculated in public and with sound reason, outstanding share counts should be very near authorized share counts. All that remains is the reverse split. This is the only business that AVWI can conduct at this point. You would do much better to find another trade/investment vehicle.
A post of mine a while back addresses .0007 and this probability: Posted by: cottonmather Date: Thursday, July 03, 2008 1:45:03 PM

It shouldn't be too long........ You guys were telling similar stories of how marketmakers were lined up at another number and nothing happened but downward movement.
You need realize the reality of what is going on. Shareholder equity is being manipulated and destroyed everyday. The need being satisfied is not that of shareholders, but financiers. Shareholders are chumps for now and maybe a lot longer. You can go on and on about a Palmer deal, but if it doesn't exist, as the share price insists, the reality of .0007 is probable. You need read the AVWI financial reports and note .0007 as it relates to them. There may come an interest for things to change then or about that price elevation.
Consider too that a reverse split is already approved and conservative quantification methods hint dilution is near its end (if not already). What do you think a reverse split will do for you?
Why are transfer agents gagged? Why is private financial information being given out on the phone by a "safety director"? Why a spotty documented Palmer report? Why exaggerated asset/revenue numbers for Palmer? Why does share price retreat when it should be going up? Why trust Peacock?
Good luck
All of the value in this stock has been spent. The only alternative is to reverse split and start the game over unless a trade and volume exposition ensues. Technically speaking, this is a good possibility..... if you trust Peacock to allow it to happen. I'll post charts tomorrow. Company is coming.
Dilution is commonplace in otc land. It's done to raise cash for payroll or any operating expense, yacht, girlfriend, etc. Dilution decreases shareholders equity.
Let's say WXWY has 20 authorized shares with 10 shares outstanding going for $1 each. At that point in time, WXYZ decides to raise $4 cash for the blonde on the yacht and distributes 4 new shares into the market. The original 10 shares have decreased in value by 40% by intangible terms. Once the market understands new shares have been distributed, future participation will consider this and value the entire 14 shares differently and probably a lot less in tangible dollar value.
Reading financial reports will uncover most of this activity, although efforts are often made to disguise the activity or even amend a filing later to postpone the market knowing it. Gagging a transfer agent has become popular. Transfer agents handle the administration of physical stock, etc.
If you want to invest in a company, it is better to chose a national or general market stock than screw around with pinks and otc's. The later are full of crooks and volume shennanigans.
Good luck
Dear volcano..........
I am confused. You have touted AVWI all across IHub, claiming the stock will go to pennies, professing the merger was "definate", to hold strong, etc. But now, in the post I am responding to, you claim to have sold Wednesday, July 9, and repurchased at a far lesser share price then what you have touted the stock for weeks now. Yet, in a post of yours on this board, late Wednesday evening, July 9, you profess This is definitely worth waiting a few more days!, continuing the banter of buying and holding AVWI stock:

Yep! The deal is done def. We will hear the news this week!
I have never seen peacock so quiet like this before.
Something must be happening. A BIG news should be on!
Patient longs will be rewarded big time here!
I will sell mine at 10c this month!!!!!!!!!1
I told ppl FRTL was a P&D and look at it now!
AVWI is real deal here with 70 mil JPT.
JPT has around 450 employees and calculate the total
payroll maybe around $20 mil. This is a big company here.
This is definitely worth waiting a few more days!
Good Luck!all
Perhaps I'm simple-minded, but how can you tout this stock and do something completely contrary to your word and in an inconsistant timeframe of mention?
tia
Gather a calculator, pencil, paper and the last couple financial reports of AVWI....... Read them. A few of us have and found not to go long or get out well before today.
Last conservative estimates suggest peacock needs at least $350,000 more to clean up...... not to mention periodic convertible obligations. reverse split is in order. you've been peacocked! enjoy.
After the reverse split and new fluff pr campaign, of course, pennyguru. catchin' on?
But you said AVWI was gonna fly. What happened?
Good evening, Ken, Gator.........
If I may intrude with a few quick technical notes for GGLB:
In a quick look at GGLB I see a volume increase beginning mid-May. I would guess new shares are being distributed. Be careful of these situations as favorable technical scenarios can be quickly washed out.
Bill Williams, a psychologist, has tinkered in charts and discovered something called "squat" - price changes little in result from open to close although the days range may be wide; like a hammer candlestick, etc, and volume increases noticeably from the previous day. These are marked in lavender. You can see change follows these events. No such event occurred today. However.......
The blue lends a single print divergence in adi. That is, price is lower than the previous close but adi prints the opposite. Change follows these events....... usually. But otc volume games have been known to interfere.
The red points to a negative single print divergence where a trend change occurs.
I'd agree, in chance, the stock probably rebounds from here. Use stops...... always. But be warned...... While the intermediate term price trend is up, adi trend is diverging and warning the volume in this trend is not friendly.
Hey, Ken! I hope the world is on your side. I'll get with you kinda soon about a fly-by.
And a logical examination too. Thank you.................
If Palmer knows the merger as announced was nil, would they be inclined to tell anyone such status as to rock the boat in any direction until absolutely necessary? No telling what kind of wolves such a failure would bring to the door.
I remember DNAG, in their loi and acquisition of BioFrontera, never announced the deal had failed or anything else. It took bagholders weeks and months to convince themselves of being had.
The AVWI loi prescribes information be given throughout the process, as most otc's would, if nothing more than to fluff it up with repeated news or "our diligence in the matter continues" or "progress is being made" statements. Nothing of the sort has arrived. If "quiet period" were a premise, then one could argue this had to be known before making such a statement in the loi. The deal smells of default and failure or worse.
I'm with you...... 95% it does not happen.
Comical how the locals are changing the date of intent day by day....... Christmas comes to mind, huh?
I've been nippin' at this for a few days. It seems a little rumble is building in the undercurrents. Giddy-up. http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/Favorites.CServlet?obj=ID2939893
data points: 60 min. June 4 and 5 eom
It says in the statement you posted, expect within 60 days of the announced letter of intent. This link, dated May 12, announces the letter of intent: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&cb=1215552566&article=26257300&symbol=NB%5EAVWI
July 11 would be 60 calender days.
intent is a rather vague and ambiguous expression. Here is a definition as posed in the noun context: in·tent - noun
1. an act or instance of intending
2. something intended; specif.,
a. a purpose; object; aim
b. meaning or import
3. (Law) one's mental attitude, including purpose, will, determination, etc., at the time of doing an act
