Can you please enlighten us how ECSL is producing the fuel? Are they buying the other inputs wholesale, or only providing the additive?
That's a good question. If I may quote the man himself, "Sales projections for EcoFlex 96(tm) are expected to exceed 3 million gallons per month by the end of November 2016."
That clearly hasn't happened thru March 2017...
I think that any revenue over 400k would show that gas is pumping. Hopefully they will break out the revs in the annuals. I'm not privy to their distribution/supplier agreements. Is ECSL purchasing wholesale fuel/methanol and blending with the additive? Is ecsl only providing the additive in the blend....obviously there is more margin/revenues if your providing the entire fuel, instead of just one portion.....maybe someone with more knowledge can speak to that.
Let's just assume ECSL is realizing the entire fuel blend. If they did 500k gallons for the entire quarter(many more liters for a friends to the north). Revenues might be $750k? You would also need to know how many stations are pumping.....that's the most important variable....
Based on all the chatter...if revs are less then $500k ( $900k annually). Then they have proven they can't build anything. The venture is a complete and utter failure.....imo
Pie in the sky....
First, the additive doesn't sell ($261k thru 9 mos - March 2017)....proof in the financials.
2nd the fuel doesn't sell.... proof in the financials(thru March 2017)
Very little cash on hand.. proof in the financials. Vendors and consultants are paid with diluted shares...proof in the supplemental filings.
$2,220 paid in advertising (9 months - thru March 2017. Does that sound a like a company that's interested in promoting their products....
$0 spent on R and D in 9 months thru Mar 2017....interpret that how you may.
The facts are not on this message board....they're in the financials.... that's DD.
Caveat emptor
It's pretty evident that mgmt has no real long term strategy. Throw a bunch of nothing at the wall, and see what sticks....municipal fleets in FL, stations on the reservations, PFJ, Western Marine....
They might claim to have some fueling potential...but they also claimed dynamo was a game changer. Dynamo adds nothing to top line. They won't even admit to pathetic low revenues...
Company has no cash, so they pay every vendor with shares..... even Pybus. Look at the filings...
doubtful....
Gonna hold your feet to the fire on this one...
If we had been pumping since Jan, numbers should have already been reflected... Just saying.
lined up with the orders????
how about actual revenues, reflected in the financials. not lists of stations pumping, or LOI's, or name changes, or even an updated website...
Revenues in audited financials are the only thing that will move this slow roaster....
I know there are quite a few substantial owners, however, look at the WAV. there is not enough liquidity to buy in the open market, without driving the price up....
There are no facts to support your statement? How is the patent worth more? More than what? There are zero revenues... that has been confirmed by the financials (which are fact).
offers under NDA, I'm sure...
But whom in their right mind would pay $50 or $60mm for a company with zero revenues... and that's at $1/share....
Not totally a pump and dump. I think RM is holdinging out for $5. I bet there have been discussions(for much less) but RM thinks he's sitting on a lottery ticket. Having not being able to sell for $5, hes wasting our time trying to build distribution, to achieve HIS goal. They're are a large amount of insiders, and relatively small float, which is why this is so thinly traded. The only way this takes off, is if a real player distributes their fuel. Dynamo has no value. The value is the fuel, which they probably can make close to a$1/ltr.
IMO.
Fact is there is still no revenue...look at the financials
To quote another, just another carrot. Absolutely no substance or fact, that will grow revs. How long has there been a relationship with PFJ??? Why are there still no revs???
Instead of posting carrots, please post facts. Financials have shown immaterial revenues....that's a fact
pilot program is a good start, however, we'll see if any revs are generated from this relationship. I hope this was not the imminent news that's been clamored about....
West Marine and Western Marine are two distinct different companies... I'm not sure anyone quoting this relationship has an idea which company they are speaking of....
West Marine, here in the good ole USA, is marine retail outlet...I have no clue what Western Marine is.... does anyone???
Marine Diesel engines are superior in regards to ease of maintenance and hours of use, however, as you know, most boaters would prefer to idle next to a 4 stroke then a diesel (and a 2 stroke for that matter). I would assume SoFla is the largest boating market in the US, and for PERSONAL watercrafts, you will not likely find a diesel on a boat under 40 ft (speaking of the center consoles, and the newer express cruisers with trips and quads).
Any who, all this talk is moot, as WM does not sell fuel. Additive will marginally add to the top line revs...
possibly, however, if you're out at peanut island, or watching the Lakeworth inlet on a weekend morning, the only boats you will see are the 4 stroke outboards....
that all being said.... West Marine still does not sell fuel.
I'm all for additional distribution channels, however, I'm not seeing the wow factor here. My guess is that 90% of the personal watercraft in SoFla use marine gas, not diesel...
Secondly, West Marine does not sell fuel....
Agreed. West Marine has no infrastructure to sell fuel. They're located in strip malls....
If they are talking about the additive, we already know how much revs we get from PFJ... hardly any, so I wouldn't expect any increase from an LOI with West Marine
Imminent news forthcoming. Don't worry about zero revenues....
What are the revenue expectations?
still waiting for the imminent news. Better not be about Western Marine...
Not even sure if you're being serious at this point???
I'll keep my eye out for it, but based on previous claims, I will not hold my breath.
ECSL to da moon.....
This, I will agree with.
Still no revs or imminent news....
no surprise here.... "next month" is the MO around these parts.
Go ECSL!
Even I received my 3 letters. Although, I don't have much faith in whomever drafted the poorly written letter(few grammatical mistakes).
We'll see if these shares ever get deposited....
probably the same time the revs may increase...due to Western Marine... lol
Me too... but waiting for real news and revs.
My point is that there are no revs.
Until there are, I am suspect about this....
LOI's mean nothing. No revenues are fact. Change that, that and PPS could increase.
Are they going to the Woods, or Twisted Trunk?
One... no revenues to prove end consumer is actually pumping
two... if supplier/distributor can't get it out the door, there is other issues.. may be logistical.
Three...no revenues....
I did not mention expenses. I would expect that, as well as revenues, that prove that fuel is pumping.....
But until you can prove there are real revenues... then there is no point.... no imminent news... please no more posts about how there is a big new distributor.... do not care... revenues is what matters...
No revenues this quarter, but just wait until next.....
Imminent news pending in the next few months....
PPS about to jump and never look back.
Another new distributor!
Top 100 lawyer firm....
I heard the blend is 59% nitrogen, 21% hydrogen, 9% CO2, 7% methane, and 4% oxygen.....
hehehehe
Finished up again.....
Apple and Aetna team up...
I think this was bound to happen....but IGMB wearable is much better than the iwatch.
Have heard this before... When revs come in light again, don't say, wait until next Q....
If that was the case, and especially with all of the great DD analysts that follow this board and stock, I would suspect the PPS to go in the opposite direction it has been....
I hope you're right, and I can retire a wealthy man, however, penny stocks are that for a reason...
Uh huh, isn't that always the case. More imminent news....but you will have to wait a few more weeks....
show me the revs....
Where is the imminent news you have been speaking of for 3 weeks now...
Where are the revenues?
It's down 66% in the last 3 years....
