Trader,
Please show me where I said:
"one who thinks 1 dollar a share is probable in 2008"
My first post about PPS:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=24065686
I see no mention of a time frame. But in my second post:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=24066989
I do give a time frame of "by 2009" for my prediction, not 2008. I think that gives me until 12/31/2009 for my $1 figure to come true. Sure seems like a possibility to me, IMO.
I also, for the life of me, can't understand why you continue to take any "single" piece of information as your reason for why this stock will not move North. This 141 Capital deal is "ONLY" one piece of the pie. You know it, I know it and the investing world knows it if they have spent more than 2 minutes on a stock message board.
If you are truly a long on this stock and hope for great things like you say you do, why continually knock the PPS, the management, the products and other investors like me for instance? This helps us how again? I don't recall you every answering that question.
Once again I ask:
"What in your experiences lead you down this path and how do they relate to what Spooz is doing right now? Thanks for anything you wish to share."
My question was genuine and I feel deserves to be addressed before you continue to attack me or others. So respectfully as I can, please give us reasons for you doom and gloom outlook. I'm interested.
TIA,
Boca_Bobby
You are entitled to your opinion. Would you care to let the world know how you came to this opinion. Do you have any information leading to your $.10 figure by 2009? I have given several reasons (really facts) why I believe that we may hit the $1 dollar figure in the same time frame that you profess we may only hit the dime figure.
What in your experiences lead you down this path and how do they relate to what Spooz is doing right now? Thanks for anything you wish to share.
Boca_Bobby
You know Allie,
This is why debating the current PPS at these levels simply does not accomplish anything. While some are locked into their traditional thinking due to their experiences from the past, some can tippy toe up for a look to see what's behind the curtain.
We have all followed the yellow brick road to spoOZ. Has Paul led us to stop at the door before we can go inside and see what's going on behind the curtain? Everything our eyes tell us is not necessarily what reality is.
Sometimes, I need to just trust my research done and not what my lying eyes see when the PPS drops on relatively low volume. We have a product. We have a great management team. We have one deal we know of in place. We are told other deals are coming. We are told than an up listing is coming. We are told that an audited financial statement has been in the works for months for the up listing. We have been networking with "Big" players (NYC Chamber of Commerce, etc).
On the scale that measures my risk to potential, the measuring line is heavily pointed to sit tight and wait for everything to unfold. IMO, the more we can wait, the more we are going to gain. CentPennie has put a 10,000% gain from where we stand. That put's us in the $1 range. Can all this potential really get us to $1?
IMO, yes.
Boca_Bobby
Oh Really?

The only limitations anyone has are the ones placed because of being closed minded to infinite opportunities that are presented each day.
Spooz: "How wealthy do you want to be today?"
Sounds like a nice line for advertising!
Boca_Bobby
Many of us have discussed different information about:
Paul Strickland
Errol Stone
Darryl Dennis
Does anyone have comments on these folks:
J.A.(Tony) Hines- Chief Operating Officer
Catherine D Rains – Treasurer
And the Advisory Board of:
Donna Genett, Ph.D.
John Katovich, Esq.
Stanley Bryl
Stanley Bryl
Roger Glenn Brown, Ph.D.
Boris Zinchenko, Ph.D.

When I do some of my DD I usually start here. These people are the main reason I am so pumped up about Spooz! I mean, what a diverse group we have in front of us. These people are all top dogs in their respective fields. When I heard Paul say that "products don't make companies, people make companies," I can tell this guy has his priorities in the right place.
Any thoughts?
Boca_Bobby
There's your horse your Honor!
Thanx shinebox,
Can we move on now folks?
Boca_Bobby
I'm done.... this horse is going back to that pool of cool water that I was led to by others. You boys can continue how Spooz is "like 99% of all other pinkies" LOL
Boca_Bobby
Thanks Chriss,
I know SWARM is not for sale. But you can purchase a license to use SWARM. I was also working from memory with the 50 million figure although some wish to hold that as a bold number on my part.
Sorry is I mislead anyone. I will try to write more clearly next time so that all will understand. Thanks again
Boca_Bobby
Sure your right. Obviously since Paul hasn't told us any of this news for fear of playing his hand to quickly everything must have fallen apart. You see I take the other end of the spectrum, since he hasn't told us anything about these deals, they must still be on going.
Why do I believe this? Glad you ask. It has been my experience with this management team, that they are honest and will tell us either way on deals we know that that have been talking about. Both the good or the bad.
Well Boca has really flipped out this time! That may be so but the point is, Paul know exactly what we are talking about here on iHub. He reads it himself or why else whould he give us a shout out at the EXPO and even encourage possible new investors to come here to learn more about SPZI.
He know we tear apart each and every word he says for furhter review and speculation. He knows that if he is not truthful with even one of us, it game over! He chooses his words carefully and has a reason for all he does.
I am not sure if everyone realizes how stong this iHub board is. Do you have any clue as to the percentage of shares this board holds in shares of SPZI? Let's just throw a few names in there for you.

I could go on and on. We are his best tool! And we can also sink his ship! He has to be honest with us and he knows it. I choose to look at this investment as a great thing and you seem to want to flip quickly. I need a slow pace up. You need larger volume and spikes in price. I'm ok with that. Let's see how this play out. One thing is for sure. It's going to be exciting!
Boca_Bobby
You might want to look at the date also.
JMHO,
Boca_Bobby
OK here it is for the lazy folks:
I got both of these from the iHub board. It took me all of 15 minutes to find it. Sorry it took so long. LOL
1st find:
Speaks of why SPZI just can't trade using SWARM ourselves thus the need for 141 Capital.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23192152
2nd find:
Another response from SPZI about the possible sale of another liscense. I was wrong. It is only 500K plus monthly fees. I guess I read to fast. But my point was correct! THE SOFTWARE IS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23452207
I hope this helps,
Boca_Bobby
Hey Trader,
I beleive that it was Paul that stated that it was better to under estimate and over deliver. I think he also said something to the effct that he could sell the 4000 subscriptions himself. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it Darryl Dennis saying something about Interactive Brokers being a customer in the near future. Maybe it is IB being out first customer outside 141 capital. They do have a larger group as a whole of "professional" traders on board. I think he said they wanted to offer the software as an option for their existing customers and a way to build a larger customer base.
Just my memory working OT over here,
Boca_Bobby
Paul
I beleive you can buy it. I think the figure was 50 million for another license to use SWARM.
Your turn,
Boca_Bobby
And now, a reading from the letter from Paul to the investors:
LOL
Boca_Bobby
Preach my brother Preach!
AMEN! I BELIEVE!
LOL. This is gonna be so much fun!
Boca_Bobby
LOL.
A mere 80 Grand for each penny we go up!
Boca_Bobby
Hey, throw a PE ratio on it will ya. LOL
Boca_Bobby
Hey Wildman,
Isn't it great to just speculate on this one! I was doing my own research today as well. On was reading and reading post after post of a certain iHub member. Guess who? LOL
I see that you first post was back in Sep '06 and you say that you've been with shares since 2005! I bet your really ready with your block size of SPZI to start the upward movement, huh?
What can I say, it's been slow arou nd here. But I always find something to research. LOL
Glad your here,
Boca_Bobby
LOL... And that was in 2 different trades to equal the whole $112. Gee I hope the commissions are free!
Boca_Bobby
Hey All,
I was wondering if anyone thinks there may be a symbol change in the near future for 141 Capital as well? My office has a thought:
CXLI
Roman numerals for 141.
Any thoughts?
Boca_Bobby
PS> I do see a company listed as CXLIF on the pinksheets but that's it.
You can also post that info on the 141 board. Thanks for you hard work on the find!
Boca_Bobby
I have E*Trade Pro as well but cannot access it from work.
DAMN FIREWALL! Currently I can only pull up the XXIS quote and chart but it is showing no news for XXIS. What company is reporting the news and maybe we can go to the source and post a link for all to see.
TIA,
Boca_Bobby
Can you copy and paste the news please.
TIA,
Boca_Bobby
Can we have a link please?
TIA,
Boca_Bobby
Nucklehead,
First of all - Great name!
Secondly what is logical about taking money out os SPZI at these levels and buying shares of XXIS? IMO, any shares bought of XXIS at this time are pure speculation and more of a risk than letting it just ride in SPZI. Ask yourself this one, After the 141 PR comes out with a new share structure and all the dust settles from the reorganization, is the potential for gains in 141 higher for gains of SPZI during the next 6 months, 12 months, etc?
IMO, Letting the shares of SPZI ride for 2 years far outweighs the potential of 141 Capital gains over the same time period. Maybe a better move might be to get your hands on more powder if you are so inclined to own both companies.
All my own opinions and if you do your own investigating you can probably come up with a plan that best suits your own risk management style. GLTY
Boca_Bobby
Good Morning Dragutin,
I suspect we will be hearing about 141 Capital very soon and then we are off to the races. Hang in my friend and trust your research. Swindlers are around every corner looking to take advantage. You beat em over the head with a stick and I'll run em over with my wheelchair!
Always better to work in teams. LOL
Boca_Bobby
You know IW,
I was going to skip posting here today afer yesterday's onslaught with my keyboard. You know I have tried to be that horse you have led to the aquafir oasis known to a few as Spooz. I was open minded enough to ask for help and even humble enough to accept the help from you and others as it was offered. Some folks jusk for help but when presented with it the help is often denied becuase of a closed mind.
There were dozens of instances that I wanted to speak of in which this company does NOT act like some other penny stock. While others are choosing to knock over the trees to see the forest some others decided to climb one large tree and look around. I guess both can eventually see the lay of the land but it sure is nice looking over this company as a whole and not what I perceive one piece of information to be tellong the whole story.
But you know, my time is valuable also. I also feel great about my small piece of pie that I have over here at the kiddie table during the Thanksgiving feast. The bottom line is, I know what I have in Spooz. I know exactly what it is and I thank the good Lord for blessing me with such knowledge.
So now that you have led me to the water, I think I might take a nice cool drink, sit back and reflect about the journey it took to get here. Maybe I might even dream up that log cabin house being built right next to the water. I know of at least one older gentlman hat will join me for a chat on that porch!
So argue amoungst yourselves about who has the most shinny fishing lure. I'm busy reclining and rubbing that huge belly after another great meal! hahaah
I'm out for today,
Boca_Bobby
Here's another thought just popped into my small brain. Suppose for a moment, if you will, that the big money at the EXPO has NOT invested in shares of Spooz. Could it be that maybe these investors may not be interested in the company at this time.
But you better bet your sweet ASH that they are interested in SWARM! Maybe just maybe at this juncture they may want to put there millions into SWARM. Not all at once mind you. Just a small taste to see what SWARM can do. You know a little test drive if you will.
Look over the posts from ITGuy, or Fedfunz. What are the professional traders are saying at the time they see the software in their private demo? Well that time has come my friends. You don't have to believe it. It doesn't change the fact that this company is making a huge splash with heavy weights all the time. We see again tonight a confirmation about Spooz being invited to the NY Chamber of Commerce.
I'm ok if those deep pockets want to put there money into SWARM. Those 7% profits are going to look nice on our bottom line. We are going to see quarterly statements showing more and more revenue. We already know Spooz has prctically no debt. Sounds like a recipe for success.
But you don't have to believe anything. We all have choices. I have done my research. I know EXACTLY what I own. Wish I had more but beleive me, I am very comfortable with my position in the cheap seats. Sooner or later Wall Street will sit up and take notice. When this growth engine starts moving, SPZI will turn heads. I sure glad I'm in before that time comes. I know how much Wall Street loves growth companies!
The bottom line for some of us seems pretty simple. We have bought into a company with a great patented product that will slowly be revealed to the markets. The phased roll out was always in the Plans of Paul Strickland and we have been told this by Paul himself. But you don't have to beleive that either.
We have been told by Paul that there has been an ongoing audit going on over the past few months for an uplisting hoped for by the end of this year. But once again no "official" PR of this information either. So no one has to believe that either.
Now we see that 141 Capital has a symbol. Guess what, we saw no "official" PR for that as well. So you can also add that to your bag of I don't beleive it until I can personally have confirmation from an "official" PR.
My point is, SPZI is a pinksheet stock and doesn't have to tell us JACK! Bit it's not the management style of Paul Strickland. He has not lied to us one time. NOT ONCE! Maybe he's not spelling things out in your native language but his language seems to be English. He has bent over backwards to keep us informed yet some just won't beleive it.
An old friend of mine used to say, "How's it working your way wise guy?" How poetic at this time in Spooz's history don't you think? No one here is telling anyone what to do. It's your hard earned money. But I don't care what anyone else says. I will beleive what Paul has said until he proves himself to be unworthy of my trust. BTW, that means I don't beleive those on this board that seem to be in the minority here and that's my right as well.
So it looks like we still have two camps. It just looks like this camp that I'm in is a lot more fun. I wish everyone all the best in whatever they wish to invest in.
Boca_Bobby
LOL.... Thank you so much Tommy,
Just more proof of what is shared here is really the stuff! Allie had it right. SPZI is a long term hold but with huge rewards, IMO, for those patient enough to wait. Things are going along nicely and Paul & team are crossing T's and doting the I's as we speak.
Slow and steady wins this race!
Boca_Bobby
You know Wing,
I bet this information about people on the iHub board getting information before an "official" PR is just terrible. LOL
I hope new investors to this board or the board of 141 Capital can see that many people here have a very good relationship with the company. That's why they gave the iHub board some recognition. We are here to do one thing. Pass on the information in both directions and in the process make a few friends along the way.
So all those that just simply can't believe that some here really do communicate with the company can see for themselves. Let's see what that symbol of 141 Capital really is when the "official" PR comes out for the non-believers. Isn't it kinda funny that the symbol is given so that the 141 Capital board here on iHub is not deleted by Matt (which he said he would do)? I guess maybe the company liked who was moderating the iHub boards.
Speaks volumes for the creditability of those spending there volunteer time to moderate a public board! Nice job to everyone. Kudos
Boca_Bobby
FYI, I see this posted on several boards:
"The federal securities laws prohibit the manipulation of securities. Specifically, manipulation is intentional conduct designed to deceive investors by controlling or artificially affecting the market for a security. Manipulation can involve a number of techniques to affect the supply of, or demand for, a stock. They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company; improperly limiting the number of publicly-available shares; or rigging quotes, prices or trades to create a
false or deceptive picture of the demand for a security.

Take the time to see the demo if you have not done so already. This debate is senseless IMO. This software will allow you to make money in so many ways. The only limitations you have are the ones you put on yourself.
Microsoft used to say, "Where do you want to go today?"
Maybe Spooz might say, "How wealthy do you want to be today?"
LOL.
Boca_Bobby
Hey Wing it sounds a little like something SAWRM can do.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23776042
Folks if you haven't seen the demo yet, you owe it to yourself to just get a small glimpse of what this software can do!

GO SPOOZ!
Boca_Bobby
SHE will send them out today is what SHE said. I hope SHE lets us see the questions before SHE sends them to Paul.
LOL, Did I mention that Allie is a woman?
Boca_Bobby
Guys, let's cool the jets here. Wing said,
"The symbol for 141 Capital is XXIS
The organization is not completed so what you find of course is not what will be."
We need to see what develops but if you look at some of the posts listed on the iHub board you will see a reply to me from martingale
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23452207
Everything may be revealed over the next week. This is gonna be fun!
Boca_Bobby
I just thought some may want to reread this. I had to read it again and take it all in.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=23452207
Things are in the works folks. But like IW has said, "We not driving the bus." Let these successful men do their magic. If you are of the opinion that this management team is NOT sucessful. I ask that you take the time to check their track record. Start at page 13 under "Officers and Directors"
http://www.spooz.com/pdf/DiscStmtDecember312006Compiled(2).pdf
Boca_Bobby
I'll have Allie add you to our list started back in July. See ya there.
Boca_Bobby
You know this has been rolling in my head for a few days. I hope someone can answer it. It regards the handle part of the cup-n-handle chart. I thought I read somewhere the the handle sometimes creates a "W" shape before it explodes.
The bottom of this cup took almost a year to form and then up to the handle. We saw the first dip of the "W" in August. Could this be the 2nd dip of the "W" before we move higher?
Anyone?
Boca_Bobby
I'm ok with that. Opportunity for some and relief for others. Isn't this game great! I mean really!
Boca_Bobby
