That's why I took my loses and got out . These guys that believe the pps is going to shoot up after the RS better read DEF 14 A where the company is telling you in black and white there are no gaurantees that will happen , laying the ground work for failure .
And the CMEX deal if it happens will drop the pps even more , look at history of a buying company's drop in pps after a purchase , they have to prove the new company's worth and liabilities . Just my humble opinion

I just read a post that stated they recieved an email from a Paul Knopick of CBAI , I don't know who that is but it stated that they were waiting on a ruling concerning the proceedings and that the company will be annoucing future business plans . Can't tell you if this is real or not but if true it makes no sense that it wasn;t announced to the shareholders via facebook or whatever . Are they hiding something , future business plans , what's that all about , very cryptic ? Why not let people know on monday ? If it's true it could be troubling ? Just my humble opinion

I think the crew of the other company"s ship are getting ready to put Capt Bligh in a life boat and send him adrift . Unfortunately we know what happened , The crew lost everything and the Capt was given a new command . The Capt won, the crew lost , very sad . I have no argument there . I only see what I see , CCEL no matter what personal views a person has of the BoD , it shows a profit , like they say "business is business" . Unlike some people have said showing a loss at the end of the year is smart business . I know from experience that only applys to privately own business , where the owner takes dividends and bonuses rather then give it to the tax man . The stockmarket takes a different view on companies who consistantly show no profits and that view is shown through the pps . On the other hand if a company pays shareholders a dividend . the pps rises . CEO's that consistantly reward themselves and family members will probably show something in the neighborhood of .0023 pps

Well it is interesting for sure but 10yrs when you"re 67yrs old is a bit to wait . I mean if a company has a record of 7yrs of no profit , would I want another 10 ? No ,I didn't, actually I'm just sitting back enjoying the weather here in Fl Got into the other stock at .012 and got caught up in the hype . I wasn't looking for much just a little movement upward , it never happened . There were people who put their heart, soul and hard earned money in a company they truly believed in because of the industry it's in . Some did hours and hours of DD that proved what the company could do . Only to be disappointed and ridiculed for asking questions . I have other stocks that I monitor while entertaining myself reading the back and forth of both CCEL and "the other company" .

See , you are a numbers guy , I work with logic and common sense , which may be to my detrement . I' ve worked in the corporate world for a few years and never understood it . The small guy almost always gets sacraficed . What I did gain from it was that the bean counters are the controling force . As you say it's just business .
