Wow! R R Donnelley
Haven't heard that name sine I left Chicago in 1992. LOL OK you pass, your from Chicago. Have a great time when you go.
Boca_Bobby
As a matter of fact I know that Spooz is not the only player in the field. I have my very own software thank you. And now you can also chalk up the fact that you have never seen anything like Spooz ever.
I have a friend that often says, "We pay for our ignorance." This "non-existant" or "similiar" product that you know nothing about will make many pay dearly for such ignorance, IMO.
Sure glad I have some shares. Like CentPennie says, I sure don't want to be chasing this thing after the cards are laid on the table. Your bet sir,
Boca_Bobby
Do say, LOL
Funny how real DD can reveal what some choose not to see. I'm also in the camp that knows how TT and TD Ameritrade and other we don't know about sure seem very anxious for a product that doesn't exist. Of course this kinda thing happens all the time doesn't it.
So let's add this up. On one hand we have a software company known to be aggressive with lawsuits going the day after a demo of a product that doesn't exist, to Paul with a contract to "team up."
And TD Ameritrade has come to Spooz for a product that doesn't exist.
141 Capital was created due to a product that doesn't exist.
How can this be? And Paul still hasn't shown the world his hand yet? Ahhhh that's right, there is no product.
Thanks for the clarification. Sure seems like Spooz is just like all the other "Pinkies" huh?
Boca_Bobby
BTW> In case anyone can't see it. This post is filled with sarcasm. See if you can find it for yourself. LOL
A lightbulb just went off. I was wondering about this statement:
"I work in Chicago. I write software for the trading industry."
Can you tell me who it is you work for? I might want to check out this software for myself to see if SpoozToolz is indeed similiar to the product your company produces. Can we put apples against apples? If your product is indeed the very same or even similiar to SpoozToolz, I think we may be on to something. Might be time for us to move on.
TIA for the heads up,
Boca_Bobby
Looky! Looky!
http://www.commoditytrader.com/2007/10/cme-and-bmf.php
Found this little story on the net about an agreement between the CME and BM&F. Anyone want to venture a guess on the potential of this derivatives exchange agreement! #1 meets #4 in the world!
WOW. 141 Capital will be off and running with this one!
IMVHO,
Boca_Bobby
no_shorts_here,
Sometimes doing DD takes you away from your comfort zone. Most of us can only do what you do, we go on line and find as much info as we can to come to an intelligent decision on wether we put our money behind a company or not. But you my friend, have a better opportunity here than most of us. You have a chance to go and bite your teeth into the meat.
Why the refusal to take a hands on test drive at Spooz? You owe it to yourself. These opportunities only come once for most of us. Try to look past your own prejudices just once from past experiences and take SpoozToolz out for a spin.
We promise not to say, "I told you so!"
Boca_Bobby
I beleive a "test-drive" has been available for months now. Call for an appointment at the Spooz Offices and I'm sure they will be more than helpful to show you around. It's the least they can do for us loyal shareholders such as yourself.
Boca_Bobby
You are correct Skyaddict.
SpoozToolz is not released to TT customers as of today. Nice twist of words. Anything else you need confirmation of? I'm sure someone here may be able to do DD on any questions you may have.
Boca_Bobby
tisk tisk tisk
My uninformed friend, did you realize that after TT saw the demo, they had a contract on Paul's desk to team up? that contract came to Paul the very next day. Look it up. I'll wait.....
Hmmmmm, I wonder why TT would want to team up with this so called similar product? Makes me wonder if maybe it may be as advertised....... Disruptive Technology.....
I guess time will tell....
Boca_Bobby
I guess you just don't get it. SpoozToolz is NOT similar to what the others offer. You would know that if you take me up on my offer to ask for a private showing. How much easier can it be for you than the rest of us. Take a taxi and send me the bill. That's how sure I am that you will be extremely satisfied seeing the software for yourself.
Now for your second point, the only thing that is not released is a retail offering. Paul has explained this over and over yet several of you continue to say there is no launch. That statement is simply false. You can continue to twist the facts around or simply send me a bill for your taxi ride to the Spooz offices.
It's another investment for me to you. I pay the taxi ride and you give your review on this forum. I can't wait for this.
Can you hear that? Opportunity knocking on your door again.
Are you going to answer this time?
Boca_Bobby
LOL,
Believe it or not, I've eaten those! They taste like grapes. Found them at my favorite Thai restuarant. You got the idea now. Some fruit look pretty ugly but man do they taste great!
Good to see you watching and on guard today,
Boca_Bobby
Nice game of tennis were playing hey EBI?
LOL,
Boca_Bobby
Man MC,
Don't you ever sleep? LOL
Boca_Bobby
Not one FACT. All OPINIONS. You can choose to twist things anyway you want. IMO, the patient will be rewarded. Paul will run this company at his pace not yours (Thank GOD). If we stop looking at any individual piece of the puzzle to draw our conclusions we may have an opportunity to see the forest through the trees.
Is has been stated over and over and I also agree that this is a long term play. Now let me define what I mean by "long" term play. IMO, the longer you wait the more you will be rewarded. What does that mean? Well for some of us it's 2-3 years. I'm in that bunch.
With that said, it doesn't mean we won't have a chance to make money on the way up or down for that matter. I believe opportunity presents itself each day. So I have a choice, take it or not. But nowhere in the equation does complaining about it help in the opportunity equation.
IMO, Spooz is going places. Come for the ride of your life if you wish. BTW, you can jump off any time as well. We all have choices, there are no victims here.
GLTY,
Boca_Bobby
Your a lucky man. Wow, Chicago at Christmas time and a chance to just see the operations at Spooz. Two of most favorite things right now! LOL Please don't pass up the opportunity to go downtown and check out things. Just like Gmenfan said, Paul needs to know how much we appreciate his hard work. I'm sure all the help you need to understand the software will be provided. If you remember, I sent an email to Paul asking the same thing you are concerned about. His reply was straight forward with me.
He basically said that it would be silly not to provide training for the software. How could they sell the software to the masses if the public didn't know how to take advantage of the tools SpoozToolz will provide for us? So take him up on his offer. I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised. At least I hope so.
Gotta go for now,
Boca_Bobby
I got word from Wing_Walker last night on the phone. He told me the food sux on death's row! LOL
I think it may be better for me to just keep quiet and enjoy my "happy meal" over here. But seriously, I think we're about to see some fruits from the labors of SPZI over the past 7 years of development. Hold on tight my friend.
Boca_Bobby
Dragutin my old friend, where have ya been. LOL It's been a pretty exciting week. We know have a new CEO of 141 Capital and I bet we see a PR real soon about the new "public" life of the company. It seems we are being watched very closely so I have to be very careful with my posts. We don't want to end up in iHub jail during the party!
Hold on tight, we're about to take off.
Boca_Bobby
Would you just want to see news about a company before it was publicly announced who leads the company? Let's just assume people don't sit at their computer and read the iHub boards. Everything in due time my friend. IMO
Boca_Bobby
Here is the glaring thing I see with your #'s:
Total vol during March to June
(prior to the upside breakout): 1.548 billion
Average monthly vol during March to June
(prior to the upside breakout): 387 million
Total monthly vol for July
(upside breakout month): 415.464 million
Total vol during Aug & Sept
(boyant during summer): 372.096 million
Average monthly vol Aug & Sept
(boyant during summer): 186.048 million
Total monthly vol for October
(current decline month): 177.336 million
Geezzzz. If that doesn't scream at ya what will? 415.5M up vs. 177.3M down. If we match apples to apples we can take our break out month and put it up against the worst decline month. Over 2 to 1 Folks on the upside!!!!! Never mind the PPS for one second and it is clear that more people still own what they bought then those scared into selling. The fuse is lit, IMO!
Looks clear to me.
Boca_Bobby
Either way we look at it, I believe we are both going to be very happy in the long term with SPZI.
Boca_Bobby
Hey bucks,
I am not trying to bust anyones bubble here. IMO, there's a difference of where we wish he trading was taking place and what the charts tell us is normal for trading at this time.
So with that said, I tend to agree with Imperial Whazoo that has stated over and over about "normal" trading taking place between $.0045 and $.015. This was the support and resistance levels based on volume (supply and demand setting the price).
This was of course prior to the email scandal. So I suspect that we settle in between these points for a few months longer. IMO, folks want to see the real #'s reported and until we see "real" revenues of "substance" people will fall into line with the resistance and support levels outlined by Imperial Whazoo weeks ago.
If you add my spin of seeing the reported "real" numbers that I suspect people are waiting for you have my reason for saying we will be here for a few more months. I don't see this as a negative at all. I also suspect that at any given time after the "real" #'s are revealed we see a dramtic move up.
This is all based on my limited chart reading skills and DD done over the past few months. This "story stock" has just given us another chapter to talk about. Isn't it great to be in the game! I think so.
GLTY,
Boca_Bobby
Hey bucks,
Here's a good question for you. What is a normal trading PPS you eluded to? Hmmmmm, I wonder who called that price out for the normal trades of this stock?
Thanks IW for your wisdom,
Boca_Bobby
Allie,
Can you ask Paul to send out an official PR when the receptionist decideds to ake her lunch break as well. C'mon folks! Now people want to see an official PR for when people sneeze over at Spooz. Maybe it's like you said, these two employees were hired to do a task. The task was complete and the company and the two employees decided to move on.
Why does there have to be this secret cover up on anything Spooz does? News is coming and was promised to us to come shortly. If we get into December and still hear no news, I will be open to the conspiracy theory.
In some of my previous posts I spoke how I love what Paul is doing. We are not selling milk and eggs here people. This is a very intense and complicated piece of software. It gathers info, makes calculations, and interfaces with many other componets to produce the product. The product IS COMPLETE. The only delays you have is a personal decision by management to wait until January '08 for a retail launch.
I beleive in what Paul has told us. He has stated on several occassions that the set up to capture a huge chunk of market share in the professional arena so we can pick some of that "low hanging fruit." This serves us two-fold. We not only get the revenue from these professional users but we allow them to build our support team.
As issues come up our "new" support team can go through the paces and be ready for the retail launch when it comes. It may also help with the training issues for new users that is sure to come after the launch. Paul has personally answered my question about training in an email that I posted on this forum. Do some investigation if your so inclined.
The next way a delayed retail launch helps is in the fact that another software company just doesn't reproduce what we have and launch a similiar product. Since Spooz is still so small, this would crush us before we even got off the ground. I know, I know, we have a patent on the software. But would like to have to see this end up in court? Legal battles for ownership could take years before the outcome is decided and if any damages are awarded. While this is in court what is going on? Do you think would survive a long court battle?
IMO, we need to just relax. Take a cruise. November is nice here in Florida. Come vist us. I'll pour you some orange juice and we can visit the Rat in Orlando! Paul has everything in control and our best intrests in the front of his mind. I think I will let him run things.
IMO, Paul is doing a great job. Nothing is hidden. He has been totally straight forward with shareholders. He has told us as much as he can legally and without compromising the company in any way. Bravo, Paul, Bravo!
More thoughts from the village idiot of Boca Raton, Florida!
Boca_Bobby
Kinda spooky omen Allie,
I asked for feed back about several management folks before all this broke out.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=24059496
No one responded. I guess we will be talking about the team now huh? LOL
Boca_Bobby
I hear ya.
Just criminal and we as shareholders should be fuming! IMO
I really hope we see justice done on this one.
Boca_Bobby
So I guess anyone changing a header and deciding an email to others gets off on this one. Maybe they can just say it was a joke when the knock comes on the door. I'm sure everyone will get a big laugh and maybe go out for a chat over dinner and drinks.
Lives were affected here! We all know how Paul feels about his shreholders. Anyone, ANYONE, can be prosecuted for this crime. Hell if there gonna throw Martha Stewart in jail for a tip, they can get someone for passing on a FALSE EMAIL.
At work we are constantly warned about the information we write. You are held accountable for anything you write, even on a message board.
Just food for thought, not meant as a pointing of any fingers at anyone. I can only be responsible for me. Rememember the 1st Amendment has responsibilties as well.
Boca_Bobby
You kidding us right?
Oohhh, good one! We needed a laugh after the past few days. Yes companies have access to this information. Did you get your personal invitation to the shareholders meeting?
I did. I wonder how Spooz got my address? Hmmmmm
Boca_Bobby
Look under the short interest tab!
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=spzi
No smoke there! It happened!
Boca_Bobby
Another great job Allie,
You and all the mods did not over react to the situation. Remember folks that there is huge amounts of DD on the board. Many have spent so much valuable time to give us as many answers as possible for a great beginning to understand Spooz as a company, creditability of management, description of the product and technology, etc.
IMO, if you are going to invest your hard earned dollars wouldn't you want to know as much about the company as you can. If the answer is yes, then trust yourself not what anyone says on this or any other board.
Hell, right now I am the laughing stock of Boca Raton, Florida, you know, the village idiot! Let's see if those sneers turn to silence in a year from now. And in the silence, I can look at everyone with a smile and give them a little wink. There will be no need to rub it in, because it will hurt to much for them as it is.
Do your own research and trust yourself. You have it in yourself. Stop doubting for just once in your life.
God Bless,
Boca_Bobby
Thanx Buddy,
And thank you for the debates we have had in the past. Keep up the good work with your DD. Whatever you find, good or bad, just post it here and let the world see what SPZI is all about. Like I keep saying, know what you have here. This may be one of the greatest opportunities I may ever have. I know full well that it going to take time and I am here for the ride.
At this time I won't be as bold as you to give a PPS projection other than to say we are definately going North from here. This thing is way oversold, IMO. I am loving the sale price and will be munching on as many as I can until my piggy bank is dry! Thank God for the overtime! LOL
Boca_Bobby
LOL....
Sorry, I forgot one thing in my post.
"IMO"
ahahaahhaha,
I am long and everyone here knows that I am. I have even said we need 2-3 years for the explosion. I have even said that I sold my "extra" shares a few days ago. I have even clearly stated why I said this move down was normal for SPZI. Prices between $.0045 and $.015 were the bars I said to look for "normal" trading to take place. I have also said that I would try to play the trade game to increase my "core" holdings and that's exactly what I am doing. I have my "core" holdings and still think we are going NORTH! How's that for a pump!
I believe that it was Imperial Whazoo that told us all about watching the volume and how this trading was "normal" for SPZI based on the volume. SO now I look at hundreds of posts about some email floating around. I didn't know about the large "short" position taken until a few posts ago. Seems like it all makes sense to me now. That's exactly why we dipped below $.0045. And now si nce most can clearly see that the email was probably a scam and not SPZI being a scam is why we will go NORTH!
So pump that! I just call 'em like I see 'em. I am open to others that can give reasons usually with a link to back up their thinking of why they do what they do. I have been straight forward with everyone. I have produced facts for the reasons I lean one way or another and even told you if it was a fact ot my "gut" feeling.
I am just a small time investor and I doubt my posts caused the PPS to swoon. It was a "short" position with the infamous email throwing fear out there. I said it before and I'll say it again. TRUST YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE. Pull the trigger if you may but please, please have something more than an iHub post for a reason to pull the trigger.
Your friendly neighborhood pumper? I think not. But I am excited to have shares of SPZI and I will continue to tell the world this!
Boca_Bobby
Hey Traderfan,
I've been rreading the board a little bit today. Seems like you have come to the other side. What's this world coming to? LOL
Hang in there buddy. We are going North. Go SPZI
Boca_Bobby
Hey Folks I'm back,
Been real busy and still have alot to do. I can only pop in from time to time for a few days and then back to normal. I love this opportunity for a buy. We're on sale folks.
Attention Spooz shoppers! LOL
Boca_Bobby
ThSeeker,
I originally bought my shares back in April. I bought what I considered a large block. Since then I have been adding to that block. I just sold off some for a profit and want to see where we land in a few days to few weeks.
Some here think we may hit the $.002 range. Who's to know for sure. Those who think it will go below the $.0045 level I see give no reason for the decline. I do. Volume, Volume, Volume
It's pretty simple. IW has tried on several occassions and now I will also. We have had 4 out of 6 heavy volume days on the positive side. This gives us a major number of shareholders that bought vs. those that sold. I don't want to get into the #'s since it has been explained already. I believe IW has put a 1.5 to 1 ratio on the buys vs. sells.
Since then we see a sell off. Or do we? What does the volume say? Is it light or heavy in comparision to those 6 days we see in the last 6 months? I believe it is relatively light and usually under 10M traded since early August.
That tells me that the laws of supply and demand are in play here. The majority of the supply is holding tight. Those wanting to sell are hiting the BID not the ASK. It is a mini panic IMO. I saw it back at $.011 and $.012 but just held on.
Why? Because I listen to the greedy one inside me. Emotions got the better of me again. I lose again. So now I sell for a smaller profit and wait for the dust to settle before comming back in stronger than before. I have shown how to make money or build position on the way down with my SWARM example.
So short term we trade between $.0045 and $.007, IMO. But long term (2-3) years I can still see us getting to $1. I guess I am gambling a little but it's what the charts are saying to me. Please do your own DD before you make up your own mind about SPZI near term and long term.
Boca_Bobby
Buddy,
I just don't see a reason to fight the "low quality" PPS right now. Here is my thought, if you look at the 6 month chart you will see that on 6 ocassions we hit 40M in volume or better. Five of the six times were before the early August sell off. I will get back to that.
So out of those 5 heavy volume days we are on the plus side 4 out of 5 times! Then we have the early August sell off down to $.0045 with an immediate recovery to over a penny within days.
Since then we have had only one day of 20M in volume. So in my book this is all "light" volume in shares. So on the early August sell off we see the PPS go down to $.0045 and quickly back to $.015 within a few days. THIS IS OUR RANGE. I will not elaborate about the 1 day we hit $.0045 but none of us was able to get it at that price. Some here have speculated that it may have been someone setting a stop order and the MM's walking it down to pick up the shares. I believe it was a 2 million block of shares also.
All through out the rest of August to early October we traded up and down between $.01 and $.012. Tading could have taken place during this period if someone wanted to. You can see my post about how SWARM would have done it using only the (9)MA as a swing point.
So now we go below $.007. That's why I say on low volume we will continue to trade from $.0045 and $.007. It's perfectly normal. This stock is taking a little breather. I think we will see this until Spring '08.
People want to see #'s. I can understand that now. So why fight it? I sell my tradeable shares and keep my "core" so I don't get caught without any. It's just a normal thing that every stock will do.
I personally love the last PR's speking of how Paul is strategically putting us in a position to grow in the near future. He is right. Sooner or later people will have to take notice of the market share that Spooz will have in place. We are first to market with the technology. We have a product. We have investors.
But why speculate on the products, the technology or anything else at this time while obviously others want to see #'s. We can trade and make money also while waiting for the move. It's risky but isn't investing in "pinks" risky anyway?
JMHO,
Boca_Bobby
Looks like SPZI is doing exactly what stocks do. They go up and they come down. I am still in love with the technology and know this will be very successful. But let's remember folks the bottom has been set at $.0045. The news that's coming will help but at this time I still feel like we will be trading sideways for a few months. I can see us testing the $.0045 level before we move back up. It's just my opinion so that's why I hold a nice chunk of shares and will wait for the testing of the $.005's before I jump back in.
I don't see this as a negative. It's perfectly normal to have this low volume and PPS go down. I predict a huge spike in volume and a move up after we get back to the $.005 range.
Since most of us believe this is a 2-3 year hold, I would say this looks like a great opportunity for some. What are others thinking?

Well Good Morning Spoozers,
I was doing my usual research over the weekend. I just look over and over at the same things that are known. I am still holding long here to my "core" shares but dumped some today.
There are many reasons for my decision but it basically comes down to one thing. My gut feeling for right now says in the short term we will be going south. That's not to say we are headed into trouble but south of the current PPS.
About a month ago I wanted to take some profits and didn't listen to this "gut" feeling. I am trying to read the chart here to the best of my abilty. I see a direct corrilation to the news coming from Spooz and the drop in PPS. I am not saying that the news is bad at all. I do believe that when folks do not see something that they can sink their teeth into they tend to sell. It has become clear to me, IMO, the thing people want to see are "real" #'s concerning financials.
OK, I can play that game. So I sell my tradeable shares and wait. Looking at the chart over the past 3 months I see a trading range of $.0045 to $.015. Since I do not see SPZI giving out the #'s some want to see, IMO we go downward.
Now how long can this be before we go back? IMO, I think we will see trading between $.0045 and $.007 for several months. We may even see days hiting below the $.0045 mark. I just wanted to stop fighting the trend for a while. I have my "core" and will look to trade now until I can double my "core" size.
But over all, I am still very long with SPZI. But I think I can make money on the way up as well. Off to do some trading for awhile.
Boca_Bobby
Traderfan,
I stand corrected (or sit in my case)LOL. I looked to quickly at the slide. I was looking at Paul's projections for 2011 and not 2010. I then said since his projections were intentionally on the conservative side, I pushed everything up one year. Thus giving me my $1 PPS projection by 12/31/2009.
If I still do extrapolate the numbers out using the same method I would get a $1 PPS projection on or before 12/31/2010. So I bow to your better knowledge on this one. I think we are both excited about the prospects of SPZI but maybe waiting for "real" #'s to be reported would be the best way to continue our debate about a future PPS.
I throw up the truce flag on PPS for the time being.
Boca_Bobby
Birdito,
That's my point exactly. A PE ratio need to be added to any figure to come up with a "real" PPS. Paul has already told us that the figures presented at the EXPO are considerably conservative. The slide in 2010 showed a 60M after tax profit or a $.04 PPS (without a PE).
My speculation says that we may hit these type of revenues before 2010. Opps, let me put a date on this for those the are just licking their lips after every one of my posts. LOL Let me put a date of 01/01/10.
I went to Yahoo and looked at Microsoft since so many want to look at a giant. I then clicked on the "competitors" link and see a "PE" ratio for comparison purposes only!
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/co?s=MSFT
The PE listed foes from a 17 to a 52 with the Industry average being a 30. So if I say we can hit the 60M after tax profit before 01/01/10 and we have a "Industry" average of 30, then my speculative PPS is $1.20 on or before 12/31/2009.
I would much rather give a methodical example of why I come to my figures then by following the example of others. I use my limited skills of DD instead of the sharp dart method for my projections.
I hope this clears up any confusion of any of my previous posts. I do like to see speculations of PPS. It can give me hope to stay or reasons to run. But to continually say that it's impossible for SPZI to hit $1 without due cause is in my mind either irresponsible by the person or it shows they have another agenda at this current time in the stocks life.
Just my opinions folks,
