What part of the last 3 PRs makes it the same (so-called) scam? Maybe, just maybe they were scammed before and they are finally trying to get it right this time?? Step back, take a eep breath and watch, if in a month or so it's bocus, then it's your board, got for broke.. GLTA
You are saying the same thing over and over and over, we got it! This company is definately not on top of your christmas card list. Wouldn't hurt to toughen up that skin of yours. It's only money, it's on a stock... We got it!! GLTA
I can't imagine the rest of the story, care to share? TIA
Got it, thanks (just curious)GLTA
Sorry I think you misunderstood my question
BRIG 88 as in 0ne star general?
If I may, BRIG as in one star?
Crad
you have to be patient for your answer, the other board is down and he can not be told what to say yet..
Oh No! The troops are breaking ranks from the General.. RC, I'll hold the bag, you shovel... LOL
I have this funny feeling we're gonna be filling sand bags, but I'm willing to give the General a few days.
Ooooookay man, I'm with ya! (what the hell,I've been here this long and heard about all I thought I could hear, but I'll bite)
Who IS this Masked Man? "he ain't heavy, he's my brother" help me out RC I need some of your humor.. Wheeew!LOL! (I'm dying here!)
That's cool Sir, TIA
That's fair, but i tend to think it's not his style.
I would be very surprised if he left off such a line.. IMO
Quality Stocks anything new going on with this company? Are you still in favor of the company? TIA for response.
CT
could you do a chart on UYG? TIA
This thing has turned into a real dog.. Hope it recovers..
I wish they do a better job promoting it. This thing is going no-where but down.. IMO and observation
There was a time you bought that, hook, line and sinker. So let this poster have his/her beliefs.
Clay
Thoughts on GOOG? TIA
Crad
What are you going to sue them for?
I was thinking along those lines as well. Why after reading the other board for two years does this person now want to "get right with God" on us? Maybe PA and team are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and many folks don't want to see that happen.. I have a feeling he/she won't last long over there.. But what the hey, GLTA
Sidney
(if I may?) Do you still own stock in AQUI?
you said; I know lots of people still invested in AQUI.
Sorry I misunderstood where you were coming from..
I thought you had a problem with the pumpers posting 700,800, and in one case if I remember coorectly over 1000 posts about this thing going to the moon..
So it appears you just have a hard-on for AQUI and Weiss.
Again, I stand corrected...GLTA
I don't think we even trade on some Fridays.. LOL (you gotta luv it!)
IMHO it is a bit premature to be putting Mr. Whistles on a pedistal. Granted I believe the fat lady is in the house and even tuning up with the pitch pipe, but she has not sung yet. So hold off on the party hats for the time being.
But aymon, some of the "#1 life changer"'s are back up on their feet and working a few new ones. Better put on your cape and mask and go save some of the peolpe before they start hearing, "we own Fridays".
I guess we are at the stage that a little humor is needed. GLTA
You said, "FOR THOSE THAT KNOW ME AND FOR THOSE THAT DO NOT"
I have to apoligize, but I don't know.. Could you explain (once again)? TIA
I hear ya!
BTW I read your post this morning and read between the lines.
In the ole' wild west days you would have been called a "Gun Fighter"
When a stock is out of favor, it sure makes for some strange bedfellows. IMO LOL
FCC approves Sirius Satellite acquisition of XM
updated 24 minutes ago Font size: By Peter Kaplan
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Sirius Satellite Radio Inc's <SIRI.O> $3.3 billion purchase of XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc <XMSR.O> was approved with conditions by U.S. communications regulators on Friday, clearing the way for a deal that will leave just one U.S. satellite radio service.
The FCC's commissioners voted by a 3-2 margin in favor of a proposal that would allow the deal to proceed as long as the companies met a series of consumer protection conditions, including a three-year cap on prices, setting aside 8 percent of their channel capacity for minority and non-commercial programming and payment of a $19.7 million penalty for past FCC rule violations.
"I think this merger is in the public interest and will ultimately benefit consumers," FCC Chairman Kevin Martin said.
The companies also will have to make available to consumers radios that receive both Sirius and XM. As part of the order, the FCC also will conduct an inquiry into whether it should require that all satellite radios be built with technology that allows them to also receive high definition terrestrial radio signals.
Martin said the conditions the FCC imposed on the merger would ensure that satellite radio customers would be able to access the best programming from both XM and Sirius and choose smaller, lower-priced packages of programming if they want.
With the approval, XM and Sirius cleared the final hurdle in a regulatory marathon that began after the merger was first announced in February 2007. Antitrust authorities at the U.S. Justice Department gave their approval in March.
The merger would bring entertainers such as Oprah Winfrey and shock jock Howard Stern under the same banner. It has been criticized as anti-competitive by the traditional radio industry, and by some U.S. lawmakers.
A major obstacle was removed on Thursday when XM and Sirius said they expected to pay a total of about $19 million to settle FCC compliance issues involving certain radios that include FM transmitters and terrestrial repeater stations.
The companies also said they would take steps to make sure their ground-based transmitters are brought into compliance with FCC rules. Critics have complained that some of the transmitters have exceeded allowable signal strengths.
The approval came over the objections of the FCC's two Democratic commissioners. They have warned against allowing further consolidation of the U.S. media, and have said the concessions sought by Martin were not strong enough to protect consumers and preserve competition.
However, a 2-2 logjam over the deal was broken on Wednesday after Martin reached a compromise with the final commissioner to vote on the deal, Republican Deborah Taylor Tate and won her support for the deal.

Go for it Hero, but beware the ides of the "Charging Order"
OK when they do all that I agree.
Question for you, when will you get off their case, .25, .50, forward split?
By the way, you don't need to read french to get the gest of what that last posted document was...
Ok, let's break down what you have said;
1. I would start with the questionable beginning of this company and their involvement with the shady coastal holdings gang-
I think we are beyond that(IMO).
2. Then move on to the initial claims about contracts that never got executed. The questionable and abrupt departure of Dasilva.
Maybe you answered your own statement there with your second sentence.(?)
3. The claim that they had retained the services of Ernst & Young only to have to pull the information from PINKSHEETS when E&Y found out about it.
Did they lie or was E&Y fed up with the aggressive calls from some so-called motived posters on this board? ("We will do your audit but take our damn name off due to all the distractions. We'll take credit when all is said and done")I don't know, but to pull their name when they found out we used their name, don't know on that one either..
4. The lack of information coming from Aquagold about any material developments. The complete collapse of the share price with no word from the company.
They forwarned us that they were dancing to the Chinese Fiddler in a CEO letter. But "we" do know that we are dealing with a different business culture. The share price, I don't think anyone is happy with that, I know me and you sure are not. But I don't think that's the priorty right now. Plus it could be orchestrated? The old "one hand washes the other" mentallity. Let your business partners, the people that greased the skids etc.. in at .005 instead of .05,but I don't know.
5. The fact that the IR firm dropped them publicly.
I think Weiss was impatient. He's a mouth piece (I say that in a good way) he promotes. He was not being given anything all of a sudden after making us his miracle child for months and even "best of breed" for the year.
My point, and sorry I babbled on so, but, yes there are questions, there are people that are mad because that thought they were getting a grand slam because the "message board told them so (ie.. "we own fridays" and the Whisling Dixie crew on the other hand) but to call them crooks and criminals I think is unfair and a stretch. GLTA
"I am fairly comfortable calling them frauds."
Very interesting. Thank you..
Any thoughts on GOOG? TIA
This is white collar crime and in this case "chump change" compared to most, (no disrespect to those of us that lost real money here) This azzhole won't see an organge jump suit and a pile of rocks.. You are reading stuff the DA's office wants you to believe, (trust me!)
Again, I'm not a betting man, but....
Sammy, I agree with alot of what you have posted the last few days. We will be the last ones to be paid, there are numerous expenses that will be paid before they finally get to us.
The part I disagree with is he will do many years in the pen. Even though I would like to see him HANG from the highest tree in Utah, he cut a deal by pleading to(some) counts. That makes the DA's office and the FBI happy. No more expended man-hours. They got a conviction. DAs get re-elected on convictins, the FBI Agents get promoted on convictions. If I was a betting man, which I'm not (don't let my handle mislead you, it has nothing to do with gambling) he cut a deal to serve his time in a country club(minimum dentention facility) in some place like Arizona. He'll probably get six years, suspended to four, granted work release after 18 months. The SOB will start an internet business while in and probably start the cycle of "conning" all over again, at the expense of the tax payer. The FBI does not have a block on their final stat sheet pertaining to which faciltiy the CONVICTED serves, just a block for convicted, hence solved.. The DA gets re-elected on conviction rates not where the convicted was sent, be it Sing Sing or a country club re-hab (LOL) center. After all, we had no "perp walk", this is not MR. Isreal and his fraudulent hedge fund. Again I would like to see his lying, thefing azz swing. They will not spend alot of money tracing his funds as long as they get enough for the lawyers to be paid and the DA's office shows some sort of recovery. Sad, but that's our system. the best we have going for us at our level is a tax write-off.
