Now that's comedy! Thanx ole friend, I needed that a lot!
Boca_Bobby
Even though we don't see eye to eye on the volume issue pushing or pulling the PPS, at least were both fighting for the same team. In my book that will make us both winners. Who cares how we get there, right?
Boca_Bobby
Now there's something for the 141 board to speculate!
"3 million shares will be used to set up 141 capital, pay for the operating expenses and use part of it through SWARM.
I wont be surprized if SWARM uses less than a million USD to start with. "
That would be the million dollar question. LOL
Boca_Bobby
I guess the term "bagholder" just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If you are in the boat I am in you know that this stock is a "very" long hold for the reward. It doesn't mean anything for the PPS to go up and down between the levels I sopke of earlier.
I personally believe that these prices are screaming for folks to buy in. Others don't see the same thing. I'm ok with that. It's all part of the game we're in. IMO, the very best game in the world!
Boca_Bobby
Hey Diabolic,
"Hint: Kauderer Group will raise 3 million USD from investors.
3 million USD that represent maybe 60% of the total shares.
Would that matter if some of that 3 million was used for expenses to set up 141 Capital? Or is 60% number supposed to based on the amount of Capital that will be used for trading with SWARM?
Boca_Bobby
Granted. Does the market stand still? If not I guess you gotta pick a side to place your bet. If your not gonna play the game maybe a nice savings bond would be better for some folks.
Boca_Bobby
Let me ask you something. If 1,000,000 people buy a stock for $1 per share and the next day 10,000 sell this stock for $.50, what is the true value of this stock?
This may be extreme but it sort of reflects what we are seeing now with SPZI, IMO. This is not worth $.0045 that the current PPS will try to make you beleive. This stock is not worth the $.015 we saw for a high in early August.
I am saying that this stock will trade in between these values until the "herd" decides it's next move. Time is on out side as long as those that bought before and during the run up want to hold tight.
They are not selling at these levels. New buyers have not shown their heads either. Who is going to blink first? My bet says we get buyers before those that are holding decide to sell and move on. We will see more as financials start to be reported, period.
No pump. No bash. Just what I see.
Boca_Bobby
I'm sorry my friend. You have not answered my question. Where did all the folks go that bought during the accumulation period? Again, here are FACTS,
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=24203719
There are no "BAGHOLDERS" yet. The volume does not dictate this. IMO the thing you have not factored in is the "time" factor. Unless the "herd" decideds the weather is better to the South they remain grazing calmly in the fields. They see no reason to be concerned about the current PPS.
EXAMPLE ONLY: You just cannot make a simple statement that says since 100 people have sold at these lower PPS the stock his in for trouble when 1000's bought before and during the run up that are still holding. Now if the if the 1000's decide to dump, we got problems my friend.
I am not pumping or bashing SPZI. I am trying to see what the chart dictates. And there is a lot more information on a chart than PPS. We are starting to get recognized:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=10585
this board is calling us out as a "pincher" play. So the "herd" is grazing with seemingly no concern about current PPS. Sooner or later someone is going to blink. either buyers start comming or the "herd" starts selling. Everything cycles and IMO SPZI is taking a little breather before we move. Could be North, could be South. VOLUME will lead the charge.
Investing involves risk. I am putting my money on the side of where I beleive the herd is currently grazing calmly. Wherever they want to go I will follow. I hope this helps you understand my position,
Boca_Bobby
You stole the words out of my mouth. LOL
Boca_Bobby
I'm sorry sir but I disagree with you. I never sid every stock will eventually go up. I also love to "short" as part of my overall strategy for investing. But following trends both up or down based on volume is a great idea and many people do just that. If you can be on the side of the "herd" (volume) you have a great chance to ride the waves.
So if the "herd" is going North. I don't care what's going on, eventully the rest will follow. If folks have been accumulating this stock and continuing to buy during our run in late July, where did they all go?
The PPS has gone down, yes you are correct. But does the volume match or excede the volume in the following months to the volume we had durring the accumulation and run up back in July? The answer is simply no.
So I ask again, What happen to the "herd" that was accumulating during that period of time? Did they just vanish? I'm sorry you or others can't see this. But the volume #'s dictate that folks are holding what they have right now.
So where is the buying now you ask at these levels? IMO folks are waiting on the sidelines for a PR giving a clue about financials. Folks that are holding seem to have their appetite filled for now and new money is waiting. Thus we have a stalemate. This is why I have said I suspect that we will be trading between .0045 and about .012 (used to be .015).
I beleive that after some news about financials come out, sometime in January I suspect, we start the slow move up. This move may be accelerated after Q1 2008 is reported and people see more revenues being reported. I am not a profit. But from the sentiment of this board alone I can get a feeling that there are more that are looking for an "official" PR about financials.
So I wait. Add funds. Buy on the dips. Increase my postion.
Rinse and repeat until the day comes when we move. Now with tha all said, if the volume goes crazy and the PPS is going down, guess what Boca_Bobby will be doing?
Please do your own DD before you make any decision to invest your hard earned money. Do not ever invest strickly from information you get on a message board.
Have a great trading day to all,
Boca_Bobby
Well Mr. Whazoo, I was not going to spell things out over and over for some that simply refuse to open their minds just a little. I have come to understand that doing DD is a personal choice and some simply will not do as much as make a simple phone call. You have given example after example of what to look for. You have given literature to support some of your trading strategies. I appreciate all you have done for this board and for me personally, but my fine Texan friend, you are right again when you told me about leading a horse to water.
I will remain open minding to all you share and hope that maybe I might be able to incorporate some of your methods to build my own style. It has been a slow process but things are coming along well especially using SPZI as my investing project to be studied.
Thanx for all you do,
Boca_Bobby
Traderfan,
It's pretty simple I think. It has nothing to do with "smart" or "dumb" money. Since the beginning of time the laws of supply and demand settle the PPS war we have going on here today.
If you look at the posts IW made earlier about volume you can clearly see we have huge amounts of folks buying when we shot up. Although the PPS has gone done here as of late, did the volume match or even exceed the volume we had when the price went up?
In short, the answer is a resounding no! This can only mean we still have many investors holding what they bought when we ran up. The #'s simply don't lie.
The laws of supply and demand will always, ALWAYS, prevail. It has been happening for a few years now (millions maybe even hundreds of years). It doesn't seem like a theory to me but you keep playing 'em like you see 'em.
I just like to use something more to more investing than a "gut" feeling.
Boca_Bobby
Why not?
IMO, if your here with a mindset of being a holder for 2-3 years, why not speak of your dreams of a PPS hitting the $1 mark. A lot can happen in 2-3 years. But let us keep in mind that to speak of $1 in 6 months is probably unrealistic.
Hope that expalins myself,
Boca_Bobby
Many of us have a big party planned if we it the magical $1 figure. But do you really think we will hit $1 for the "quick flip" you are looking for? A lot of us are in the boat that we may see that $1 further down the road in 2-3 years from now.
Is 2-3 years your idea of quick? Just wondering.
Boca_Bobby
Not me Dr. Watson.....
I have stated over and over that this is a very long buy and hold. I f your here for a quick flip you may be in for disappointment. But good luck, play 'em like you see 'em.
Boca_Bobby
Anyone see the L2 today? Looks like we may have a great day. 2 on the ask @ .006 and then we go up to .015!
http://partners.microcaptrade.com/export/level2.jsp?symbol=SPZI
Boca_Bobby
That is exactly what most longs here really believe IMO. And that would put us with Spooz fevorishly working on points 2 and 3 in your realistic plan. IMO there would be no reason then to fear the PPS at these levels.
When we get to point 5 of your plan the PPS will probably be way out of reach for cheapies to be aquired. Let the games begin! LOL
Boca_Bobby
I'm going out for lunch now. Will someone have Paul put out an official PR for all to beleive. We all know that this man is in control of all. LOL
Boca_Bobby
My oppinion differs of the man.
Boca_Bobby
LOL. Why not just let me pick up more from those too scared and selling at these prices? Just a thought. But after we get over the $.02 range in PPS I will be sure to take you up on that offer.
That's rich......
Boca_Bobby
I'm sorry my friend. I wasn't caught off guard one bit. I understand that software is USUALLY delayed. How long did it take Microsoft to launch VISTA (formerly called Longhorn)? What was the reception to Vista? This is not a pizza you ordered from your local pizza joint. This is a very complex piece of engineering that I believe with revolutinize all of trading. Not a microwave dinner.
So if we get another delay, I'm not worried at all. This will happen. And it will happen when all the bases have been covered. I'm also sorry that Paul doesn't seem to be on the same time schedule as those demanding what they want to hear when they want to hear it.
Boca_Bobby
These are the posts that crack me up the most. Paul is damned if he does or damned if he doesn't. I guess today will be the day to attack Paul Strickland. LOL
Boca_Bobby
A repost for all concerned:
Traderfan
1. Can you please comment on the relationship with Ameritrade and whether we still have a deal with them or WILL have a deal with them in the near future? Afterall this name was dropped a couple of months ago already.
"We do have a marketing agreement in place with TDAmeritrade."
Sounds like a deal to me. We just don't know the details of the agreement. So the answer to your question is.....
YES.....
IMO, patience is needed for the reward.
Boca_Bobby
Paul said:
"Less than $500,000. The successful sale of the SWARM license to 141
Capital could mean that Spooz will achieve a profitable Q4 2007."
Let's not start assume anything. Let the cards get dealt first is my thought.
Boca_Bobby
Sounds Familiar but you say it so much nicer. LOL
Go Spooz,
Boca_Bobby
"Anything can be writted in an email, none of the information can be verified. Not all investors are on Ihub.
What's "writted."
IMO, anything can be verified if your willing to do your homework. Homework is done many different ways.
Paul has already given us here on iHub a shout out. He has encouraged many to go there for information. So wouldn't it make sense to keep in contact with investors on iHub.
Or should we pay for a PR each and every time an investor want to know something. You would be amazed at what can be dug up and interpreted if you are willing to do homework. Maybe MC can ask Paul to PR something when his receptionist goes out for some office supplies.
I guess that why I live by:
Research.....Research.....Research
Know what you have and your worries will be lessened, IMO.
Boca_Bobby
Old for some and refreshing for others I would say. I for one, enjoy the fact that a CEO has agreed to talk to us once a week through this email set up.
JMHO,
Boca_Bobby
Maybe the Forex market is calling you my friend. Flipping currency may be a blast while we wait for the explosion of SPZI, IMO.
Boca_Bobby
I would think if the dollar "tanks" that would open us up for new buyers using Euros! Let's remain calm and let Paul run the company. One little piece of the puzzle at a time and when the real picture is finally exposed it will be to late for the competition. IMO
Looking forward to another small piece of pie please,
Boca_Bobby
LOL.... could be.....
Boca_Bobby
Wow!
Now there's some PR for ya! LOL Congrats to MC on his ..uh...er..promotion? LOL
Thanx Allie for all you do!
Boca_Bobby
Precisely Watson! LOL
Boca_Bobby
Sorry, I thought you knew him.
MuchCompensation, our mod, was also at the event at the invite of Paul Strickland. He was our "Johnny on the Spot!" LOL
Boca_Bobby
Relax Buddy. I applaud your efforts. I just asked you to submit the question about the 80M shares as a question for this week. I have no hidden agenda, I think your doing a great job in asking your qustions.
Looks look for a great week from Spooz!
Boca_Bobby
OK Allie,
My first question for this week to Paul.
"What dates does he plan to file financial reports for Q4 2007 and Q1 2008? Will these reports be available on pinksheets.com for all to examine?
Boca_Bobby
My thoughts exactly.
This is going to be fun!
Boca_Bobby
MC was there also from the board.
I loved his response about Spooz may be profitable Q4 2007. I have been feeling this way all along. This is why I have been saying we may see trading over the next few months before we exculate North in PPS.
Until Spooz can report the #'s for Q4 2007 folks are just not going to beleive. We may see PPS movement shortly after the Q4 2007 report but I really suspect PPS movement after Q1 2008 is reported.
We will then be able to "officailly" see the growth engine started with this little "Story Stock." So there lies the risk. Do you buy now and get as much bang for your buck ot do you wait and jump on the wave after you can confirm real "official" revenues.
IMO, you jump in now and get fitted for your SpoozSuit ASAP!
Boca_Bobby
Traderfan,
It seems that Paul will answer anything he legally can answer. Why not just put all of your questions down and post them for Allie to forward for next weeks Q & A session. I think you may surprised with the honesty and integrity of Paul Strickland.
2nd Note:
I also think we may want to seperate our questions. Spooz questions can go to Paul and 141 Capital questions should now flow to Errol.
Just a thought,
Boca_Bobby
He didn't promise a buy back with retirement of shares either. It's all in how you look at things. No reason for doom and gloom all the time. Let's see how things play out.
Boca_Bobby
