Yes, nice close for AURC today above the lows. Seller exhaustion is imminent and the next upleg about to begin imho.
BTW that was PTGC options I was referring to in my last post as a reply to Wes. Sorry for any confusion.
Wes,
Those are incentive stock options that don't vest for 1 year. The vast majority of them exercise at 1.00 to 2.00.
Of immediate concern is 3.8 mln wts @ .45 that expire 3/31/06.
PPS will pop then imho.
Picked up another 30k today at .095. Since .09/.10 is a support area my next buys will be in the .05 to .07 range if...
My low sells are 5k at .195 & .245 and 10k at .295. Just small enough to help feed the fire on the next upswing without stepping on it.
Good luck to all,
Vic
What I expect in the next 2 years.
1. JV's and asset based financing. Possible new business combinations in Russia.
2. As a fully reporting company, a move to the OTC Bulletin Board.
3. After profits/stockholder equity and mkt cap thresholds are met, a move to the NASD Small Cap mkt. That will be after the pps is above 1.00.
4. Get bought out.
For those that are still confused by the current share structure, this from latest SEC filing:
"CHANGES IN SHARE CAPITAL
------------------------
At the time of this filing there are an estimated 214,913,920 shares outstanding
post the reverse stock split of 1 for 12 and the issuance of 180,000,000 shares
for the acquisition of Nord Oil (Russia)."
That was then, this is now.
Last 10Q that Amyot signed off on:
"CAPITAL NEEDS
We anticipates that we will be required to raise additional funds to provide for
the current plan of growth and existing operations through June 30, 2005. The
principal source of capital has been equity financing from investors and
founders. Meeting the future financing requirements is dependent on access to
equity capital markets. We may not be able to raise additional equity when
required or may have to borrow on terms that may be dilutive to existing
shareholders."

From the latest 10Q that the new owners signed off on:
CAPITAL NEEDS
-------------
We do not anticipates that we will be required to raise additional capital since
current cash flow is sufficient to meet ongoing business operation."

To those that are afraid of a scam. Would you risk going to prison by signing a false sar-box statement?

the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2001.

I agree with you, but didn't want to sound like a pumping maniac for now.
Just trying to keep it real to newbies. Like GOOG, we can keep raising our targets as time goes by.
I'm strictly a buyer and won't even consider selling anything until we a have big runup on HEAVY volume.
I don't care if we go to a buck. If the volume is not there I will sell nothing. Be very discreet with your selling.
Ie: bid for 20k for every 5k that you sell, and keep the upside pressure intense until we reach fair value of 1.00 minimum, but more likely 2.00+.
My total included 2 associates and my kids acct. It's probably closer to 1.6 mil and we are all looking to add.
It's not like anybody is tying up major bucks here. Even Wes since he bought a lot under .03 is probably not tying up much more than 200k.
I'm not done buying. Will let you know later. U can put me down for 1 mil minimum in the meantime....
I second that.
When news of financing hits the questions will be:
1. what are the terms (dilutive or not)
2. who are the lenders? Quality names or someone we never heard of.
3. How much? A couple mil we're still small time. 10 mil plus, now we're talking.
If we get quality names doing big bucks financing at favorable terms the pps will fly up so fast you won't know what hit you.
In the meantime buy buy buy before the bargain ends.
All imho,
Vic
Bought 75K so far this week avg .147. Looking to buy 200k at .12 to .095.(possible) 500k at .06 (unlikely) and 1mln at .03 Very unlikely).
Willing to lose 50k to make 500k +... 50k won't wreck my lifestyle but 500k+ would enhance it.
Please find your own comfort level and stick to it.
All imho and good luck to all,
Vic
2create, I based my 1.50 target on 33 mln bbls p1 + p2 resvs + cash flow from current ops - downsiding the Rus tax rate that may effectively make the realized $ per bbl $30.
If legit, 1.50 should be a no brainer in the next 12 months imho.
GL to you,
Vic
After having read all of the SEC filings the past few weeks, I have initiated a position here and will be buyin' large and working the bid for the next few weeks.
My low 12 month target is 1.50.
Do your own DD and good luck to all,
Vic
Thanks rrufff, you sound like a good man to keep it real around here.
Best of luck to you and all longs here,
Vic
rrufff, welcome aboard as the new moderator. Looking forward to your input in your new capacity here.
Best to you,
Vic
Pretty strong today (knock on wood) considering the beating that energy and precious metals are taking today. Always hard to swim against the tide. It is a show of very high relative strength.
Airdale, Just a little feedback on some of your questions.
They are already mining so permits shouldn't be an issue. It's the expansion of current mining they hope to accomplish.
I think they have already stated they want to go after the 2 largest properties with 3mln ounces. One of which is 20 to 25 grams per ton.
I would nix the palm greasing question. Don't ask, don't tell, LOL.
I like most of the questions. Good list.
I'm more comfortable as a minority holder in Russia than I would be as a (non-Russian) majority holder.
Jmho, past politics and all.
Vic
Because the Russians have a 75%+ stake in AURC (and NDOL), comparisons to non-Russian controlled entities (in Russia) are not relevent imho.
Access to capital from the American/Canadian/British minority holders is not a perk to be given up lightly imho.
IMO, they will make this work to everyone's benefit to ensure future access to capital at favorable rates.
Vic
OT/TREE
Take a look at AURC.PK. If they're for real could be worth up to 2.00+ per share.
LOL, I couldn't resist.
Good luck,
Vic
PS: Buyin' large next week
Mike, thanks for the update. Good to know that emails are being responded to.
Vic
RU, thank you very much for your time and efforts here.
Good job,
Vic
I've been buying like a madman from .16 all the way down every half penny. It's getting to where I am going to start putting my relatives in it now.
As soon as I saw all of those NDOL SEC filings, I knew that Gerald was legit.
All imho and good luck to all,
Vic
You picked a pretty good one to get started. I was the main MM in a Nevada Junior in the early 80's that went from .25 to 8.00 in six months, so I know what can happen here if the pieces fall into place.
I was looking at DROOY (DRDGOLD). They are a high cost producer (about $400 oz). Looking at their reserves and production and mkt cap, I calculated that AURC would be about $2 per share to be on a par with them.
Opposing viewpoints welcome.

All I can say is "WOW! It's been awhile since I've seen a gainer like this so quick. News or no news, I'll love to see how high this goes when we get the same volume or more as occurred at the lows! (4 to 5mil+ a day).
Keeping my fingers crossed AND knocking on wood that we see nice financing soon.
Good luck to all,
Vic
"how about the sellers? Where are you guys, we know you're out there somewhere..."
I took 19% off the table today at .135 avg...In the absence of news I wanted more firepower on a pullback. If it goes straight up? Well, that's ok too as I still have 81%.
If I see solid news/financing to validate the assets I will buy a LOT more HIGHER than where I sold a little.
Just want to see news to support the move.
Vic
Daily stock market timing for maximum profits (gains?) copyright about 1962 by Joseph E. Granville (out of print and good luck finding it) is the most awesome book I ever read about technical analysis. He invented OBV, On Balance Volume.
I lent my copy to a "friend" several years ago never to see it again. Bummer.
He (Granville) turned into a wacko in the 80's, but his work before that was exceptional. Anything he wrote in the 60's is VERY good imho.
Good luck and let me know if you find any of his older work/books from the 1960's/1970's.
Vic
Shab, when I find a stock I like I jump in and take a 25% position at the mkt immediately so I don't miss the boat.
After that I place bids 10 to 20% below the mkt for more in case of an MM shakeout.
That's just me. Do what you think is best for you.
Good luck to you,
Vic
Trops, good TA, thank you.
Vic
I don't have an exit point yet. If financing comes through on good terms it will add legitimacy to this. In that case I plan to buy extremely large up to .50 and wait a few weeks to see how it develops. Of course I would sell a little .75+ to get my seed money back.
With no news I would sell 10% at .15 and 20% at .20 and let the rest ride.
If no news for the next 3 weeks I will be looking to trade my way out of 50% a month from now.
Good luck to you,
Vic
""Parkin should make himself less accesable until all report's and news break's. These constant phone calls are an impediment to getting the job done and I believe he will get it done."
Wes, I disagree. The unavailability of the company would scare some investors and tank the pps short term imho.
A declining pps would be more of an impediment imho.
Vic
Mt streamer and account both say a .09 close. Nice to see PERFECT chart action while waiting on news.
.15 this week is looking very likely imho.
Several people were told last week to expect news this week. Tuesday (today) or Wednesday were mentioned as the most likely days. If nothing else, an announcement that discussions are in progress and how close they feel they are to an agreement should be put out imho.
I just don't think you should tell several investors to expect something and then put out nothing.
JMHO
Perfect chart action today. If non-dilutive asset based financing comes in as mentioned earlier on this board, the .50 threshold will be quickly reached imho.
As far as naked shorting is concerned, I knew a guy once that bought the entire float with cash and then demanded delivery of the certificates. The pps went from .20 to 10.00 on the panic covering the next 3 weeks.
Maybe we should all demand physical delivery of our stock certificates to force the issue.
Yes, it is nice. It's why I am so bullish for 3/31 expire date.
1. The converting and selling pressure will be over.
2. The extra cash that ptgc gets funds their immediate needs and we don't have to worry about being blind-sided by some financing deal anytime soon.
The real fun starts after 3/31/06.
That's when Warrants to buy 3.8 million shares @ .45 expire.
It's a false lid on the pps until then imho.
Good luck all,
Vic
