Yes. New share distributions are typically 60% of the total daily volume. My estimation of average daily volume is around 8 million shares. So, just less than 5,000,000 new shares a day (on average) are being distributed. Not a lot, but considering every day..... that adds up quickly. 100,000,000 a month, etc
Outstanding shares, in relativity, can or cannot be a problem. When the number is escalting to very high numbers it is a problem to investors who care about a potential investment. Authorized shares lends to that capability and the history of the company affords probable future distributions. In other words, if you are a seasoned or knowing investor, MMTC sucks.
Yes. Dilution continues. Even KyMike found it occurring. They are diluting MMTC nearly every day in-between. Less than a year ago the os was under 500,000,000. Today it is over 1,000,000,000 and counting. Someone said it was over 1,250,000,000.
Remember...... they had a dilution deal for $1,000,000 and $2,200,000 and the $1,000,000 deal was cancelled. That is still a lot of shares, buckaroo.
Dilution continues. Nonstop. No mercy. Down the tubes it goes.
Yeah, you are right, I do. MMTC will be an empty shell and clean in five years.... ready to start the next scam.
Done fer the day. They were giving money away today.
Good luck with it.
e
I disagree. They have to have some little something but it not showing its face to peers, universities or those in the know sends up a huge red flag concerning it having any worth whatsoever. Throw in the stock fraud CEO, outstanding shares multiplying by 4 in a year for not enough cash to do much of anything with and another huge warning is sent up. Failed timelines, proven false pr's, a 12 year old patent on a grocery scanner, etc assemble more red flags indicating scam.
MMTC has nothing else it would be visible and in use, or in the very least, on display and reviewed by peers.
MMTC is shorted because it is going down in share price. People with investing knowledge know that dilution drives the share price down and makes the makers on the thin side drop the bid in disgust. If a pink or bb stock is shorted it is the financier, afterall, he controls the downward pressure and knows all the inside goodies.
A fella I know from Norway has his own small offshore financing organization pitched in the Cayman's. He lives in Rio and works maybe two months a year with the arrangement of a couple deals with companies like MMTC. He told me there are so many companies with nothing to sell that it is unbelieveable...... and laughs at people who try investing in them. It is all legal.
Caveat emptor and all that. My point is there are probably hundreds of companies and shells selling nothing for the sake of making money from knaive investors.
No. He is not involved with MMTC.
You can buy a shell for $750,000 and start your own scam. Anyone can do it.
If only they existed (sigh) eom
In my experience...... the typical new share distribution ratio is about 3:2 of total daily volume.
Now...... If you were a daytrader and MMTC was a real stock, the close print on Tuesday (spd) would warrant a long position within an hour of the Wednesday open. Do you feel lucky, punk?
yeah. Like Nunez - stock fraud and tenure at multiple convertible debt financiers.
This is just $1 million of a $3.2 million package. They are selling new shares just about every day. DILUTION galore!
I trade every day. My good reputation is well intact. And I get private messages every day giving me thanks for my opinion and honesty. Do you?
I will be right in the end as well as now. MMTC has nothing.
MMTC has been doing the same exact things for over 12 years. Where is the share price? What do they actually have in hand? Who is supporting them? Who is managing them? The answer to all of these questions is absolutely nothing.
Let's say they actually have something. And it was ready to be certified or anything remotely possible to making it real. And everyone and everybody wanted it to happen. And MMTC, who is broke, wanted only $2 million dollars to make it fly. Does that make sense to you? Of course not. If they had anything real they would have real money and real partners jumping up and down about it and it would happen very fast. But no one nowhere is announcing anything.
It does not take twelve years to do much of anything anymore - I don't care who you are. MMTC has lied and cheated for over 12 years and has absolutely nothing to show for it except a bunch of angry shareholders.
MMTC is conning you and everyone else who believes. I'd bet they don't even have a lab with equipment adequate to test much of anything they claim. These people are liars and thieves.
Dilution is bad for everyone. EPS being diluted results in share price decline. It is a natural process. You are withessing it now and ever since late July. Nothing can change that
LOL. No way. They are still selling new shares from a past deal..... the one deleted from the intro board here. And it is more than twice as big as the one you mention. MMTC is going down.
New share debenture financing works three different ways. The shares can be bought at a discount and then sold, they are given to the financier on fixed dates then sold; or are piped to the finacier in fixed quantities and can be shorted or sold or both. All of these methods destroy shareholder equity. That has been obvious since July 2010 with periods of more and lesser activity. They stop long enough for the technical condition to improve, then resume selling new shares.
Ideally, they will orchestrate a positive pr witha large push in new share distributions. Right now, there must not be any good pump stories so they are unloading at will.
I was greeted here with open arms as a trader. And my analysis was received well until I found new shares being distributed. Mentioning that brought a collection of attacks on me where discussing facts was the rule. I hope you enjoyed them all. MMTC sucks.
I am flat. You have to remember new shares are coming out as quickly as they can. In-between is destroying you as you pump this. The people doing this do not care about you. They sell below the ask nearly always...... even at the bid. It is systematic and never rests. Longs are having their head removed and not knowing it.
Do all the others you mention involve themselves working for convertible debenture financiers? Of course not. And those that do are in prison or work in crap companies that sell nothing and have a shareholder population that want to believe.
Yes. He was caught in stock fraud. There were two posts connected to the board intro about his new position with MMTC, one of which had the SEC brief on his crime. Both posts were deleted.
You should be able to find it if you Google his name...... andhis history in convertible debenture activities with other companies.
Good luck! I am finished with it. Too much painted air here. Even the intro boards are manipulated in hiding the truth.
Destination .0001 ALL ABOARD!!!!!! Go MMTC!!!!!!
The facts are key here. LOL I had 850,000 shares left yesterday. Fewer now. The CEO is a proven thief. They have worked on this over 12 years with absolutely nothing to show for it. They are selling new shares. And offer empty promise after empty promise. Those are the facts.... every one posted in independent medium on this board.
I am playing the truth.
You took down the pr posts about dilution.
If they have not found a meaningful player to assist in the management and development of whatever they might have in 12+ years, common sense says they have nothing.
All that has been given to shareholders for their trust is meaningless timelines and lies throughout the entire process for over 12 years. And now MMTC is down to this: .003 share price, convertible debentures out the whazoo, a CEO caught in stock fraud by the SEC, 100 machines that no one has seen or reviewed in any way, a said certification that was never paid for, and continued pr releases that regularly prove false.
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!!!!
That does not mean he is a good anything. Thieves and crooks remain thieves and crooks and they often associate with thieves and crooks. Birds of a feather and all that. Con men are good at being con men. Longs will be very disturbed after this con unfolds. It has already been 12+ years and they have absolutely nothing to show for it all.
So, you are saying Nunez is your choice for this company? A caught stock fraud con by the SEC and one heavily involved in convertible debentures most of his career?
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!
yeah. right. I can sell on a ladder down or dump the whole wad in the mid to low .002's. Probably will. MMTC is nothing..... not even a trade any longer
Go MMTC!!!!!!!
Considering his resume, Nunez is all about finance. He was employed by multiple convertible debt financiers. And he was caught for stock fraud by the SEC. He is a top notch CEO, I'd say.
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!!
I have stated why. And like investors holding the MMTC bag, the company has screwed over traders having more than a few hundred thousand shares. The spread has been and can be more than 50%. The object for MMTC is to only sell new shares.
True. Pinkies are gambles. Investors have lost from day one. I still have 850,000 I can't sell because they have pushed the bottom away.
This stock will go to .0001. That is what happens when the company has nothing of value. They don't even have the certification paid for if a product acutually exists or works. MMTC is a bad joke.
ga
ga
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!!
Nunez was found in stock fraud by sec. Ya call that a rocket you wanna be on?
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!
But it does matter. You yourself caught them selling new shares. The destruction of shareholder equity, even if it is on a high school science project, does matter.
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!!!
I tried selling MMTC. Ya see...... when they are selling new shares, participants (makers) on the bottom are selective and can be reluctant to keep the bid up. I was able to sell some of it. I think MMTC shareholders wanting out are in big trouble.
What about the other $2.2 million in convertible debt they arranged? It was in the pr you put up (and took down).
tried...... could not sell them all.
Be real. They have one patent on something like a grocery checkout scanner that produces histograms (the patent brief does not go into defining them - they must be nothing important) . Big deal. They have been working on it for more than twelve years and nothing at all to show for it. Big deal. They claim to have 100 units that no one has seen or heard of, no peer reviews, no endorsements, etc. Big deal. They cannot secure one meaningful business relationship without there being a payment from them somehow. Big deal. They enter repeated death spiral convertible debt financing arrangements. Big deal. The stock attains multiple favorable technical situations and they screw them up. Big deal. The current CEO was caught in stock fraud. Big deal. The share price cannot sustain any increase for more than a few days. Big deal. Their timelines and announcements have proven errant. Big deal. And they cannot muster a full payment on something as important as product certification. Big deal.
And you continue touting this?
What MMTC has successfully done is cheat and rip off many people.
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!!
Sure they need cash. They also require intelligence and honesty which appears absent.
A 12 year old patent. Repeated convertible debenture deals. The hiring of caught thieves for CEO's. Layaway certifcations. LOL I mean nothing at all about this crap company makes sense.
If you can make sense from it here is what I get: The toy they claim will save the world is worth little or nothing. The only support they can muster is convertible debenture financing. The only job these crooks can sustain is jerking a few hundred shareholders around on painted air press releases and paying themselves a couple hundred thousand bucks a year. Then keep doing it over and over until none believe. And when the dust settles, buy another shell for $750,000 and create another scam.
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!!!
The full moon on Sunday will give this dog comapny something to howl at.
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!!
Exactly. The volume patterns are distribution....... past deals or insiders are systematically selling. KyMike caught them himself today and did not know it.
They took a perfectly good technical scenario for a decent share price run and flushed it down the toilet
Go MMTC!!!!!!!!!
So...... If MMTC had arranged $3.2 million in convertible debentures and now $1 million are gone, that leaves about 1 billion shares to sell. Gosh. Oh, my. Geepers.
Go MMTC!!!!!!
