Its not confirmed yet, but could be exciting!
Electric Machinery Enterprises, Inc. ("EME").
EME is a seventy-year-old company based in Tampa, Florida. Its principal businesses include providing electrical contracting services both as a prime contractor and as a subcontractor, electrical support for industrial and commercial buildings, power generation stations, as well as water and sewage plants in the United States and abroad. Through a wholly owned subsidiary (EME General Contractors, Inc.), EME also constructs and services towers used in the cellular telephone industry. EME Modular Structures, Inc., another wholly owned subsidiary of EME, is engaged in the construction of concrete modular buildings.
EME's financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2003 reflect revenue of $31,021,000, and pre-tax profit of $635,000. As of June 30, 2003, EME had $31,134,000 in assets and an equity book value of $10,200,000. Based upon audited financial statements, EME had Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization of more than $13 million over the last 10 years, and is ranked among the top 75 companies in its industry.
The transaction will be closed in connection with the confirmation of a Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization filed by EME last month. The transaction will be consummated primarily with preferred stock, resulting in minimal dilution to EFTI's common shareholders.
Taken from an old EFTI PR.
While I hate to spread rumors:
I thought I might mention there is one regarding another of EFTI's subsidaries EME, going to IHDR. The news might set us off and running. 1step
VOLUME 200 MILLION. LUNCHTIME
More powerful!
The single 12 cylinder slice unit produced a constant ability to achieve over the designed 7.0 kilowatts per slice at the designed p.s.i., while still maintaining an outlet pressure which shows it will be able to be utilized for energy then continue the water flow for other uses at significant remaining pressures.
Can any figure out how many solarpanels it takes to generate 7.0 kilowatts?
Longs Great day today without news.
IMO we will be .05 before by the end of next quarter.
If you are new here, Welcome.
BANY is a great find, with huge potential,
if you're looking for a quick flip,
please keep it to yourself, and good luck.

zero volume, strange.
Great day, hold your shares!
This application will move the pps into dollars!
"Another text-book application for the Energy Commander system is its application in municipal water flow pipes from reservoirs, utilising large force gravity feeds as the water goes down the pipelines. In this manner, IHDR has worked in Europe, through Cm2, its Italian based production partner for Europe, and is currently reviewing placements for the systems along water supply pipelines in southern California where pressure reduction valves are required to slow the gravity flows. In Europe, and in Italy in particular, the aqueduct system has been studied by Cm2 for just such application of multiple sets of the Energy Commanders in a single location due to the ready availability of water in pipelines with psi of 200 or more, and the use of pressure reduction systems along such routs. By its nature, the Energy Commander is a pressure reduction system which can take that wasted energy and convert it to the mechanical force to produce electricity. In the situation in southern California, the pressures present cause the use of up to three stages of pressure reduction stations along pipelines that are not sufficient for micro turbines of any appreciable power, while the same pipelines can utilise multiple Energy Commanders."

May be record volume day!
PENNYLAND!!!!!
I have a request to put the transfer agent in the header, but I cant find it. Anyone have it?
Welcome Caneman & Rookeeper.
Good news. This stock will move if there is a Nobo lists
Well you're doing great being in this one. IDWDscam
Thats a strong posibility IMO, and a good move.
The silver lining to todays PR:
The company's Mesa well being drilled in Roosevelt County, New Mexico is at approximately 5000 ft. in depth and is expected to reach its first targeted zone at 6100 ft. sometime this weekend. The total depth of 7200 ft. would also allow the well to test the Montoya Dolomite zone at 7000 ft. Geology studies indicate the structure to be primary gas bearing with possible reserves of up to one trillion cubic feet. Eldorado has a net 33% working interest in the Mesa well and 11,300 leased acres covering the center of this very large reef based structure.
Very soon!
I just bought another 10,000 shares today.
Call me crazy but Mesa is where the money is.
New Highs!
Here's mine:
"The system does not cause oxidation to the water flow, and it readily accepts filters to maintain fish and organic life, meaning it is considered environmentally friendly. The use of the system in existing dams can avoid many of the drawbacks that face turbines, including environmental and other issues, and will most often use only the overflow such as the Kerr dam project."

Positive displacement sets us apart from other microhydroturbines, which is why our technology is green.
You know I dont need clarification, and I dont need a term paper.
SUPPORT your arguement with an article. If you cant, then your statements false, and should be deleted. In fact, I might recommend that if you want to continue posting on IHUB, and avoid having all of your posts deleted, that you cite all of your sources from now on.
Mesa is the payday.
You google it! I want you to back up this statement!
"A hydro turbine of about the same power of the EC V will have almost identical environmental impacts."
or go!
News:
Eldorado Exploration Well Results
IRVINE, Calif., Nov 29, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Eldorado Exploration, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:EDEX) announced today that the Sparkman well in Hardeman County Texas has been plugged and abandoned as a dry hole. The target zone had oil shows in drilling, but had very little permeability and would not have been a commercial producer. Eldorado had a 5% working interest.

Eldorado Exploration, Inc. is an independent oil and gas company that utilizes a process called Passive Induced Polarization 'PIP' to detect electrostatic signals given off of some geological anomalies. In most cases a positive response indicates a hydrocarbon accumulation and a negative reading almost is always a dry hole. When used with the standard geological tools and methods, the PIP process enhances the odds of success for discovering oil and gas.
OK Paper...Back it up!
Show me one article!
One shred of evidence to support that claim!
I'll make a deal,
back your statements or go back to Raging Bull (where you can speculate with yourself)
Greta day! Hope we finish HOD!
Because of the environmental impact of traditional turbines, they cant get EPA approval.
As far as Paper & Residiuum go....
The answer to why they post is the most simplist,
its their job!
They know the PR's are coming before we do.

LOL 2Stepping time Bucfan.
Dont fret the PPS for now. Shhhhhh.
Im trying to add before the utility PR hits.
Congratulations! no drawingboard, we're going to market.
We can finally call all the great people we have around this stock.
Les Kohl and Jim Kelly!
Chart looks great!
Thanks for the analysis Imperial,
my only criticism is
you called IHDR a "pinkie" again.
But other than that thanks for the chart lesson.
I bought another 25K shares today @ .12
Todays News is NOT like any other PR.
Certification results make all the difference.
No other project could have taken place without them.
These are the specs that can answer every question we've ever had reguarding the functionality of the ECV.
Do the slices lose power after their stacked?
How scalable are they?
The contracts are going to start coming,
and Id rather be in this stock than chasing it.
Id prefer a buyback or retiring shares as opposed to a RM. I believe that might be more likely considering the the 20% WHE aquisition.
THE News! Way to go Longs!
Here comes the bounce.
LOL Bucfan. Pond Sucking!
Is he softening up?
Losing his edge?
It was bound to happen over time.
This one is practically a compliment-
In my opinion, this bubble may slowly deflate over time but it has a ways to go.
Very True Lowman.
