Wow! Thanks, TF. I've never seen that email before now
I can confirm these figures as most likely being UNDER-reported, and not current. This news is great for profits, however. The discrepancy of these figures are presented healthcare workers across America, as it is a common topic of conversation related to morbidity/primary prevention among Endocrinologists, Diabetic counselors, and all other licensed care-providers. Without elaborating about my professional background, I can assure you that Ronald Reagan was totally wrong when he said that ice cream was both nutritious and wholesome - that was quite irresponsible of him. Despite this, Americans LOVE their ice cream and even Thomas Jefferson has his own vanilla ice cream recipe. If that’s not as American as baseball and pie, I don’t know what is! : )
A company is more than able to launch an investigation into trading fraud if they choose to do so. On April 23rd, they tweeted the following: “In response to the high volume of investor correspondence, we have requested that FINRA examine the unusual trading in VRUS shares on April 18th, 2019.”, followed by this, on the same day: “We take our fiduciary responsibility to shareholders very seriously, and part of that responsibility extends to fostering a fair trading environment. We felt obligated to report this irregular activity to regulators for further examination.”. How far will they persue this, probably pretty far, I would bet
NO, I am not suggesting that at all. On the contrary, actually.
VRUS is insisting on an investigation, as far as I've been told. That's some serious $hit!
I don't necessarily buy their narrative either, and will entertain almost an hypothesis. With that said, we are looking at this from a variety of angles. Could etrade be complicit in this? Could one or more of the shorts, dumpers actually be employed by etrade? Not sure, yet, but I have a feeling transactions and associated IP addresses (which have been logged) are going to be/are in the process of being seriously investigated. If more than one person orchestrated some of the massive, apparently timed drops we have seen or at least 3-4 occasions (something else I have record of and spoke to etrade about)... well, if I were them, I would be freaking the F out right now and consider getting the hell out of dodge
Additionally, I'm called etrade back, giving them as much information as possible in order to help them find an explanation for these high-volume days. Prior to this call, I immediately went through SEC filings, Prs, and company tweets, and found the following: (day in question for usual volume = 2.12.19), day of tweet, article, etc = 2-11-19. Information = "Verus International Announces $1.45 Million Financing and Retirement of Notes", which was HUGE.
The next day of "extraordinary" volume was Feb. 22nd. Leading up to this we had a major bull flag that had finally showed signs of breaking out for the next run. This, coupled with the SEC filing on 2-19 (general statement of acquisition of beneficial ownership), served as a major catalyst that warranted such volume.
Finally, April 18th, the day in which Sellout supposed dumped millions and millions of shares, was the day after a long-overdue bounce off of .01 While it is (currently) unclear whether or not sellout did this by himself, orchestrated it with a group of people, or was even part of this dump, what is known beyond any doubt is that this was on the Thursday before Good Friday/Easter, the last day before a 3-day weekend, and what appears to be a clear attempt to "break"/manipulate the chart.
I am happy to say that I am now in regular communication with Etrade, and voluntarily doing everything I can to help them get to the bottom of this. If anyone attempted to sabotage this ticker, I have an immense amount of faith that they will ultimately face legal consequences, as they deserve it. We are just getting started here folks; there are some things that go beyond FUD, and such things are not cute, funny, or acceptable.
We are legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us!
Thank you. I'm always willing to back up my correspondence with E-trade, under penalty of perjury. = )
I just spoke to ETRADe again -- more info! For what it's worth, I actually had a 10 minute conversation with etrade about longs receiving questionnaires, etc. They didn't give me too much information about that specifically, but eventually referenced 3 days of unually high volume. 2 in February (the 12th and 22nd), and the third being April 18th. They told me that these days (where volume exceeded 100mm shares were noted and being looked at. Him and I then went over the 1-year chart together (upon my request), and I turned his attention to the high volume last summer, where trading 100mm-200mm shares/day was par for the course. He acknowledged this and then pointed out how there was a MAJOR volume drop in volume up until mid-January 2019. I explained to him that the ticker change -- and publishers still using RBIZ as the ticker symbol -- affected the volume in this manner and how a steady stream of company information coming out could account for the increase in volume, obviously. It seems that the high-volume on these 3 days made etrade suspicious, which is naive as can be, as far as I'm concerned.
Mark is aware of a buy-back option, but to speculate, as you've asked us to, I would say that a buy-back is theoretically possible. One could also speculate that ONLY a buy-back would be needed, while someone else could speculate that combination of a buy-back and a modest R/S would be necessary. Then of course one could speculate that NEITHER are needed to uplist to NASDAQ/NYSE.
IF this company ever does an R/S, and if it's modest, it could actually propel the PPS. This has been seen recently with a ticker than did and 8:1 R/S (and didn't even uplist to the big boards) - their pps went from .024 to .03 the day the R/S was announced, then had a pullback the following day to .028, then went up to .035 the day after that. That almost a 50% increase in pps post-RS, and if never went down to or below .024 since the RS. This is one of many example of how a modest RS can actually add confidence - and be beneficial to the share price - without even reaching a milestone by doing so. If a ticker has a modest R/S In order to uplist to a big board.
I personally feel that such an R/S would be greatly beneficial to the share price for the previously mentioned reason, in addition to the whole new cultulre (big board traders) finally willing to invest in the company because it's on the big boards, as well as any doubt or apprehension that was previously felt will be diminished, since the objective of doing something so extraordinary has been met - this would surely instill major legitimacy and confidence, imo
Because of this, I'm not worried about either scenario, as I think the company and it's team are much more aware of this than myself, and the strategic minds they collectively possess have shown what an OTC ticker can do -- sustained value and growth to the point of astonishment
Very good. The g-force on this one could upset some stomachs. Also, make sure you haven't gone diving anytime recently - the bends can be fatal : )
When I saw the numbers 48 and 6 I immediately thought of .48 cents followed by 6.00 on big board uplist...hmmm...coincidence?
The prototype for Slapman 5000 running smoothly. He should be running by Monday morning without issue. Perfect time as for the chart is calling for it : )
uplist plan is big board by 2020 (end of 2019). As far as the process goes, we have several dominos yet to fall. Financing secured, possibly more, and 8mas being discussed, with 2 in end-stage negations, while we wait to uplist to QB, which wasn't their initial intention (they wanted to go straight to the big boards). Basically, hold onto your $crotum, $hit is getting real!
lol. I hear asparagus oil is the only medically recognized "cure" for hangovers...well, that and owning a couple million shares of VRUS. Damn VRUS is strong = )
When $hit gets real, slappy has done his job. I hear slappy is buying 2mm shares at 930 on Monday. Canyon confirm this JV?
Check out the chart I posted. It’s objective and accurate. Try to disprove the correlation between price action and pr releases... just try; we will wait : )
Lol. Thanks, TF. I tried to reach out on here but was pressed for time awaiting a response. I’ll surely use your aid/resources for my future posts. I’m off to inebriation land myself, with my mind on my VRUS and VRUS on my mind. Good lord this stock is strong! = )
Thanks, Shinook99. I’ll continue to post visual aids on here then, not that I seem to finally understand how to do it. : )
Well, who knows... .10/share for this lender (on May 1st, when we were trading at .0125 TOPS - which is exactly 800% higher...If we were to apply the same 8-fold offering of price per share, then we would be looking at .24(24 cents) for the next lender, at THESE modest prices. At .035, it would equate to .28. theT add the MA candidates and so on.
NO ONE thought VRUS would offer their lender shares at 8 TIMES the price back on may first, so I will reserve any notion of limitations with this company, and as far as I'm concerned, there aren't any. The scientist would say "more information is needed". But I do know one thing - Verus continues to blow the $hit out of all of our expectations. = )
Thank you! I'm fairly newish to ihub but I post ALL the time on the VRUS twitter feed. Hopefully everyone who wanted to view that chart was able to see it? Did I post it incorrectly or to a limited audience or something?
No that I know of. It should work fine now, I hope. If not, click on it and it should expand
Amen! VRUS is strong; VRUS strong. VRUS 4 LIFE
You have been saying that 6 month BS for like 3 months now. You never had a position, and your DD skills are apparently horrendous
A visual showing chart/corresponding PR dates since 2-11-19 (all of them). Obviously, people don't "dump on the news" with this ticker...quite the contrary...I may make a visual of the chart with the corresponding SEC filing dates if people like this one. I had to use subpar software and you may have to click on the images to view them in their entirety; I apologize. Attached is a screen shot of the PR headlines/dates -- a preemptive measure to prevent FUDsters from trying to speak some nonsense:

The Screen-cap of Pr headlines/dates:
Talk about horrible timing! lol!
Have a safe 3rd and 4th, everyone. Have a fun one too, fellow strong longs ; )
They offered their lender shares at .10/share up until sometime in November...That should say something right there...
I'm making a basic visual aid showing the chart with corresponding dates of prs. This should look nice, especially to refute the next storm of FUDers that say longs always sell on news. ; )
The market closes in 17 minutes and 30 seconds (1pm EST)
Slapman coming EOD in time for fireworks?
In the future, longs shouldn't sell during breakout. That wasn't good at all
Let's show the bear what fireworks look like, again! Happy July 3rd. Happy VRUS = )
Fight strong tomorrow. It may be a last-ditch effort for bears to get I.n for as cheap as possible before turning bullish, imo
We are seeing a lot of new faces, bulls and bears. We aren't hearing anything new from the bears, as usually. The new bulls seem to be grateful to have found this tickers though. Many people have yet to have even heard of this ticker yet
3 month guess? over .15, easily, if I had to make a blind guess based on nothing but the exponential growth
The chart history over the last few months wold suggest the next run to blow the hell out of the 4s imo
Great idea, Colonel NestEgg. Playing this like a gem of chess. Playing this MFer for keeps!
We have had people buying any dip a their support levels in a heartbeat. We have seen this at multiple levels over the last few months. VRUS is damn strong!
