New ownership should not affect any claims you havegainst the officers of the company responsible for fraud. As far as the company itself, a plan is being worked out to issue 30% of the shares to investors based on the amount of their investment. Participating in any plan will not affect your rights to sue Paul or even me.
Did you tell NASD what Corey's doing with BANY -- taking a company that had 200,000,000 shares and diluting it with 2,000,000,000 shares on the open market.
And 'ole Aetheum came by over there to check on things -- he's always where the action is.
Hope they don't delist NCVT before the new owners can fully take over and issue restitution shares to the stockholders.
Hey Paul, you're fired!
I don't know why Paul doesn't get a transfer agent that can DWAC his shares into the account. Oh, I forgot, no other transfer agent would turn a blind eye to the printing.
Starting to? www.ccdxcorp.com .
You mean bidding. Who the hell is bidding on it, and willing to put up for 2,500 shares!
That's a great song ttgop, you know, maybe one day we can get a case of Bionic Water, sit around the camp fire, and sing that tune. I pee, see why.
Well I think Charming Trader simply mean that Paul Taylor yearns to be a pirate with a patch over his eye, I don't think Charming Trader meant it any other way.
It sure is ironic. Paul Taylor just needs to be held.
Nah, we need him around to give us the scoop. Besides, he'll just get a new alias.
Well one thing is for certain: With Paul Taylor controlling the stock, it will go down, down, down. Just like CCDX and any other venture he puts his slimy hands on.
I am a new investor. Is this a good stock Aetheum?
Why are you so hostile to Serfdom -- since you have no financial interest in CCDX, NCVT, or IPCY.
Well ttgop, I don't think that Paul knows where they went. He wound up and dissolved the company he transferred them to a couple weeks after he did it. Poor Paul, lost all that money. Where did it go? CCDX maybe?
Well we also noticed that Aetheum sometimes put a space before his punctuation, e.g., a space before a semicolon, something that PT did in the past as well. Serf noticed that right away.
Who else would be here with such intricate details defending Paul Taylor while saying there is no financial interest (see his post on IPCY repeating he has no interest).
It's laughable. He smoked himself by becoming so emotional.
I dial, I smile, I'm not in jail. Have I been indicted for the press releases Paul Taylor issued in my name with respect to NCVT? If so, I'll gladly defend.
Well, yes, spam. Spam -- the reason why CCDX is no long quoted on Pink Sheets' website. SPAM, right around the same time that Bellwether received stocks to promote CCDX. SPAM, Aetheum, spam.
Then why spend so much time arguing Aetheum? Are you Paul's lover? Because if it isn't for the money, it's for the love.
Not confused at all Aetheum.
Would you like to play a game, Aetheum? My name is Rodrigo Calderon Araya. Do you have a name too? You lack credibility without a name, Aetheum.

How do we get started? I assume you cannot DTC the stock?
If not, I would like the Certs in the name of ‘The First Fidelity Group Ltda’.
How can I be assured I will get the value out of the stock – you know how the market goes up and down?
I can scan the documents for the company into PDF files and e-mail to you. Or would you prefer the original
documents? This year we will need to renew the company filings in Panama – do you want me to do this? If
so the cost will be US$1,500.00. Do you want the company information to show the new ownership or would
you prefer to keep it as it is with my Panama company providing management and directors?

Simon

Ok , follow me here
Corey wants paper – but not control
So here’s the plan.
12,795,410 -- issued and out now
2 sets of old preferred that my clients own = 61,000,000 shares today
Therefore – 73,795,000 ( None of the new common can be sold – its all still 144)
One more swift ATM – say 10% / 2 --- 3.68M + 3.68M
Now its @ 81,174, 951
Now we ‘extinguish” the debs with say 50,000,000 shares – 144
Let Corey worry about opinions
THEN !!! SUDDENLY
The Preferred shareholders REVOLT !!!
They resign – all of them
They surrender the 61,000,000 new 144 they got and shred them
Oh oh – now Coreys 50,000,000 controls the deal …
Does that work for you ?
Well Aetheum, I was provided some checks by a third person for a business venture, but they were less than cashable. An investigation ensued and I was cleared of any suspicious of wrongdoing by both the bank and the oversight officials.
You know so much for an uninterested person, a person that is neutral in this matter. In fact, sounds like, contrary to your first messages, you know Mr. Brian Niessen.
Allow me to refresh your memory about inside information. Here's some advice from your friend, too bad for him that he didn't follow it himself.

Oh Aetheum, why bother arguing here? Why not just issue an exaggerated press release? We all know who you are. You're that guy who has no interest in these stocks. Just like Paul Taylor is a consultant for Netco.
No, Aetheum, I'm the soft pimp -- you should know you made me a website www.rcathepimp.com! I think he said soft pump, you know, not as hard as all the spam you sent for CCDX.
Aetheum has no financial interest in NCVT, IPCY, or CCDX he said in his early posts.
However, I think he confessed. Check it out and tell me your interpretation of it:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=11932736
Aetheum confessed! Paul's going to jail!
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=11932736
Well I'm not sure what you're implying Aetheum, are you going to jail? Is that what's happening?
38 Billion shares at .0001 is $3.8 million. They plan for a company that is "bigger." If it's projects can create a company that is worth more, or psychologically more, than $3.8 million, then .0001 can be overcome.
I admit that it's alot of shares.
I'm here ttgop, and Aetheum likes to pop in even though he has absolutely no interest in this stock, CCDX, or NCVT.
Paul's been trying to get the stock price to go up, but it just hasn't worked out the want he wanted it to.
Paul will probably buy some at $4.00 to make it appear to go up.
Aetheum's over at BANY learning to use the monk-e-mail. Maybe Aetheum knows what's coming for CCDX. Or for him. LOL. Gotta love Aetheum. Maybe he doesn't post on CCDX because it would violate certain sunshine laws.
Umm, Paul renogotiated my salary. He said the President receives $2,500 per month. Not alot, but, as the company became profitable. But after a month or two, my salary stopped coming. I heard stories of wire transfers, Western Union, and other delights.
But Paul, he receives a salary. He just printed and printed. Print, sell, print, sell, print, sell.
I asked Paul when he acquired the convertible note, and he said when he was an officer he loaned alot of money to the company. But Jon Miller stole it all.
Then I learned that Jon Miller didn't steal it all. It never existed. It was imaginary.
I was President of an imaginary company with imaginary offices and imaginary phone services.
And woosh all the assets went away to a company ran by Paul Taylor, but despite millions, the new company was able to dissolve within weeks.
POOF! All the imaginary money was gone.
But Paul wasn't done. He continued to print. Print. Print. Even at .0001, five billion shares is still enough to have a nice house in Delray Beach Florida listed in your wife's name.
That's Paul Taylor, President of CCDX, consultant to NCVT, megasomething at IPCY.
If he "gave" Frank shares.
An individual that has shares of a company may transfer them at their leisure. There is nothing wrong with that.
What is wrong with it in this case is that Paul Taylor issued the shares using his alleged convertible note and did not have them designated as restricted since he was an "affiliate/control person." That's why he said he's not an officer, just a consultant.
The fraud lies in his misrepresenting his control of the company.
Tricky con artist is a bit different than brilliant. If you bought this stock retail, then you are relying on him pumping it up. In that case, good luck to you, but I'll be around educating the public and investigating every move that's made.
I'll be contacting the announced McLayne customers and showing them that their names are being used in the latest Paul Taylor pump. We'll see if they keep buying Great Ink.
I feel bad for Cody, but maybe when Paul is in jail or involuntary bankruptcy, he can take over the shell and make a nice company for RKD.
I'll buy on the news of PT's fall.
Well the PR said they are restricted shares, and I don't doubt that PT gave him restricted shares to hold. He provided me restricted shares. IMHO I think Cody was duped by Paul.
See, he gives out restricted shares to people. That's fine. He gives himself "preferred" shares that he can convert to common at his whim. That's the CCDX game.
I never said it was planned specifically. However, Paul Taylor likes to have companies which have similar counterparts. Concorde Resources similar to the oil company. Morgan Guaranty Co., sounding similar to, well, you know. Netco similar to Netco Investments (Washington).
He also likes to spell names one letter off.
It appears to be some type of plausible deniability.
Yes, Aetheum, that Paul Taylor is a tricky one, or at least he thinks he's a tricky one.

This is the guy that Paul has running McClayne. That's from the whois registry for mcLayne.com . If anyone is interested in learning about this company, give him a call. He answers at his house and claims that there is a real office. He's known Paul for two years.
Sorry to offend you RKD, but you're name is in it. Your name is in everything. Your posts speak for themselves.
You see that the documents came out with Chef (Frank) who received shares from Paul, and when push came to shove, Aetheum, Paul, whoever, didn't help him much.
We're not saying you received discounted shares from Paul, but it's awfully suspicious that you'd be supporting -- through multiple posts here and elsewhere -- a stock from a known stock scammer even as whatever investment you had must have fell drastically.
Your position wildly changed notwithstanding that you were previously lied to and/or conned by Paul Taylor personally. In fact, a link exists on the main board here to your messages a couple of years ago that show your conversations with Paul.
So, sorry RKD, your name is in it.
