Maybe last ditch try to shake the tree...I think we are all more comfortable with ADM and Cargill.
We may see a real power hour.
2 green products featured on GMA this am....one from Ontario ETEE & Stashers most likely made with succinic acid in process.
Sorry got my conversions backwards...using Pegaso's 43 USD or less equals 65.65 CAD or less.
Depends on currency...70 USD vs 49 CAD...I believe it has been paid down to 39 CAD as per Seeking Alpha. Not completely sure about number but it reportedly has been paid down form PWC's first evaluations.
Just the opposite could be said...Actually its probably so damn good there's been no leak.
I'm MUM...LOL
If trading isn't halted when we open up in am...we should see significant movement with all this buzz.
Good chance they'll bring PPS sufficient to get back on NYSE.
Scooter Bud...I hope you are in on the sly.
It is possible even if not probable. BioAmber fits the product...depends on if it's viewed negatively in the sector...or just the management. I could see a scenario where its ends up a subsidiary.
Would make sense as to why this is prolonged and without PR>
Damn … I had that thought too earlier....I was thinking Cargill and ADM...joisting or perhaps bedfellows...couldn't figure out how the BOD
resignation got into it...unless their was some kind of joint agreement and the judge ordered their exit.
They could be bedfellows.
Succinic Acid is a premier Nutraceutical.
When I find myself in times of trouble
Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
Points to the obvious...a strategic buyer at a bid over 100mil.
Right but there are eight more listed BioAmber owns outright. Actually they have more than 70 I believe.
For sure that's really the golden ring here IMO. They don't won't someone else acquiring them through legal wrangling.
Some big blocks on ask … this is the lightest volume I've seen.
worth reading.
Quite reasonable and in the realm of possibility IMO
Still in the realm of possibility. But I love Cargill.
Some dreams foreshadow waking reality. Lets hope so.
A guestimate from our good friend and adversary Bruce.
Bam...thanks Bruce for the optimism...who would have thought the plant alone sells for 70 million and then there's the rest....
LOL...great if you find them how about loaning them to me.
No...but that interview with the guy talking about being disappointed with the BioAmber MGMT team...keeps running thru my head...when he said they where more valuable dead than alive and Cargill seemed like the likely candidate to step in and buy them out.
Follow the Green Brick Road...tap you green loafers together and we will find the pot of Green.
LMAO...good investigative work my friend.
Truth has nothing to do with a feeding frenzy...its about eating all you can.
Namaste
they have a vested interest in corralling the yeast patents for sure.
Again a well stated, clear and unbiased opinion on the facts as they stand.
Could be like the last supper did someone from PTT kiss Dick on the cheek?
I think when and if we see the numbers the debt is going to be significantly less than folks think...I believe it has been paid down some.
Have a nice remaining weekend...GLTA see you Tues morn...unless there's a leak!
For sure...NO!
I'm not for sure...but it is lower than that...there was some confusion about it being USD rather than Cad. I believe the debt is lower either way because of revenues earned from selling inventory.
Pegaso nice to see you moderating!
