MMEX LONG
I think its quite possible to see this go over .004 at some point today. And still a ridiculously low price for a piece of MMEX... the soon to be sensation of the nation and beyond. IMO
MMEX LONG
Watch out for flippers looking for a few cheap shares to flip.
MMEX LONG
No dumping here. I may be crazy but I'm not dumb. Financing done in a couple of weeks or less as per MMEX letter. You think I'm dumping now? I haven't dumped up to this point, I certainly won't be dumping now. Duh...
MMEX
Oh my, was that a million at the ask... mmm folks are waking up.
MMEX
And lets not forget the bigger picture here; if the 10,000 bpd refinery gets built, the larger one will get built, and then we're into very serious territory, and lets also not forget that jack is also, in tandem, working towards securing permits for said larger refinery as stated in previous communications and while this is a couple of years off, its just a couple of years off. Sorry for the run on sentence. I got carried away.
MMEX
Oh, and the current PPS is irrelevant if a refinery gets built... which it will. IMO
MMEX
A refinery is being built in Texas, on the Permian basin. The land is purchased, the permits are approved, the road is built, the fence is up, the product is sold, the financing term paper has been signed... come on folks, what more do yo need. This is gonna happen. IMO
Smiley faces everyone....
MMEX
That's not what he said. Perhaps you should read his post again.
MMEX
Like I've said before, those who want in at a high risk high gain position are in and locked down. Those who want to get in at a lower risk lower gain position are locked on the target and waiting. When financing is announced, big money will be coming fast a furious, with shock and awe. IMO
MMEX
Just had to say it again... look who's going to be where on May 31. Just interesting is all. This is the same day that MMEX is supposed to have closed on financing, well at the latest, it could be sooner.

MMEX
I feel like MMEX is stored energy right now. When what is holding it back lets go, its gonna gooooooooo!!!
Be behind it, not in its way. IMO.
MMEX
There ya go. What more do you need to know? Awesome.
MMEX
Me too, and I'm a kijillian miles away and know nobody. Just going on MMEX track record, letters/filings and my gut feeling on how much sense this projects makes. As for the price of oil affecting refineries, refineries in the Permian will get oil at a premium just because they're close to the source. Genius IMO... that Jack is a genius i tell you, a genius. He's a ground breaker, a visionary, a go getter.
MMEX
Are you suggesting that because there was a scam a few years back in the same geographical location as MMEX, than MMEX is also a scam.
Please explain your logic here.
MMEX
Look who's gonna be in Texas on the 31st. Just saying.
https://www.dallasnews.com/news/elections/2018/05/05/donald-trumps-dallas-fundraiser-rescheduled-may-31
Well, there are certain people in this world who just can't seem to miss out on a good photo op and the credit for a good news story to go along with it. lol
MMEX
Exactly... wa??. Well I guess readers will read and decide what they think you and I are saying.
MMEX
Let me start by saying why I hope it succeeds. I hope this refinery project succeeds because i have money invested in and if it succeeds I stand to improve my economic situation. Also, I think it would be a good economic driver for the area, which I think is important for the well being of people there.
Now, would someone please answer my question.
MMEX
Not a "false claim". Read the exact excerpt from the MMEX letter below. I thinks its pretty much what I stated. perhaps you should apologize for saying I lied when I clearly did not.
"The Term Sheet is subject to successful completion of Due Diligence and execution of a definitive credit agreement. If those conditions are completed satisfactory to the Lender, then financial closing is projected on or before May 31, 2018."
MMEX
There is likewise no evidence to prove MMEX do not have financing etc. What we do have is an 8-K regarding a shareholder update letter that states financing has been approved pending due diligence. This is provable and not hearsay. Maybe some here know more than others. I trust the evidence, and I trust the track record of MMEX as they do what they commit to doing, and which is impeccable to date. As for myself, I also trust what some here post. Everyone should do their own DD.
MMEX
Lol. Where I come from we float large platforms with everything you've mention and more 100 miles plus out to sea in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean. From there we suck oil from thousands of feet under the ocean floor that is thousands of feet below the surface of the water. No obstacle too big when there's money to be made. Where there's a bill (as in dollar bill) theres a way. MMEX should be easy considering.
MMEX
No, I'm pretty sure that's with regards to the refinery in Alberta, Canada. I think the company building it received some sort of government loan guarantee to help enhance financing terms. I haven't heard of anything like this concerning MMEX. Would be nice though.
MMEX
Sitruc, thanks for the common sense blitz of pertinent facts here today.
Cheers.
MMEX
Everything is in place including the financing terms as per the last newsletter.
Will be like Krakatoa when the financing is finalized and the money is available.
MMEX
Thats awesome. Thanks.
MMEX
Why write a letter now when the mostest huge announcement is imminent. That would be a waste of time and Jack is busy.
MMEX
Yup. This one is gonna go like Krakatoa. Can't wait!
MMEX
It did go to .0006 a couple of weeks back. I don't think this one is dead yet. Service industries like this one (if legit) will do very well in the Permian over the next few years and maybe longer this time. Oil is heading up which means more money for stuff and services. I have a small position here. Just waiting to see if legit or not. If it is legit this one will fly. Hopefully the next time we hear from the company its positive.
Built it and they will come with their paper clips, computers, snack trucks and porta-pottys. lol
MMEX
For the initial CDU, the diesel that will be produced will be purchased and utilized locally to help with further oil production. I think other products will be used in this way also. So, its not isolated from its current markets (off take agreement states as much). As a matter of fact, its in the best location possible for the CDU portion at least. Its near the primary source and the secondary market. makes sense.
MMEX
Thats like saying Ford trucks have better markets and production potential etc., so why would GMC build trucks. Obviously this type of thinking is flawed. Mountain mole hill again.
MMEX
I've no clue. If it is, I'm sure the engineers can take care of that too. I have no idea why you're troubling yourself with all these issues that are addressed all the time on industrial sites all over the world. No disrespect, but I think you may be making mountains out of mole hills to be honest. There's a Tesla driving through the galaxy as we speak and you're worried about how water, sewer and electricity is going to get to an industrial site in the well developed world because in order to make a boat load of money, all these things are needed. Trust me, if there's money to be made it WILL happen. And, there is money to be made from an oil refinery in the middle of the Permian Basin.
MMEX
I'm pretty sure you don't pour water on a gasoline or oil fire. I think there are chemical suppressants for that. I could be wrong.
MMEX
Yes. That's exactly where they're going to poop, with the cattle next door. Cow paddys, people paddys...whats the dif really. As for water, not sure about Texas, but where I'm from it falls from the sky and collects itself somewhere so we can conveniently scoop it up when required.
As for the electricity, now that we have the toilet/water issues resolved, I have no idea. that's why we have engineers and electrical companies a wires and stuff. I'm sure they're going to figure it out.
MMEX

Ya know, just maybe the 78,000 is for site prep.. Things are gonna happen fast once financing is announced and the on-site assembling of the prefabricated CDU commences. It would be advantageous to get a little ahead of the game. IMO.
MMEX
Who cares about offices. In a little while work-site trailers including offices, wash trailers etc. will be arriving on site and construction, commissioning and operations will be administrated from said trailers until permanent offices are in place.
We have the technology... its a piece of cake.
MMEX
It seems to me that places have been set. Those who don't mind a bit more risk have the position they want, those that are not willing to take as much risk are waiting for financing before they buy in.
Different strategies, but both will make money. The ones waiting to buy in are probably sitting on large amounts of money to risk, and probably of the institutional variety, IMO.
All good!
MMEX
No May shareholder update letter yet. I'm guessing this means they're thinking we might as well wait for the big announcement before this month's letter goes out.
