It's not bragging when it's a fact! Goooood Morning SGBY! Hoping for good news when I come back online tomorrow. Heading to the land of no cell service for a day.
The best part is an extra 10% once it hits a year. I truly am long at this point in time. Everyone has their goals and I feel .015 per lab is a solid base to gauge the valuation of the company at this point after their Cert is Approved. Depending on efficiencies and laws being voted on that could be higher or lower. For right now SGBY is on the right track. I truly feel this company is .06 to .09 after the release of the first quarter 10-Q 2017.
Agreed....this was from Wil Waldrop himself last week.
"All of the ORELAP inspections have been scheduled for our facilities to be
inspected and barring any unusual activities, I am extremely confident
EVIO Labs will be accredited by October 1, 2016. Keep in mind I am
accrediting three labs individually, technically, I only need one lab to
become accredited to serve the entire state. Once we have completed the
accreditation visit and have been given the physical letter from ORELAP of
our status, we will then share that information publicly.
Regards,
Will"
No SS Changes!!!!

I'm about to send the email now. Stand Bye.
On pace to easily clear 20 million in volume. Looking good!!!
Love it!!! UP UP UP!!! This is probably the buying we saw out of no where last week. Someone new something. This was it!!!
Good Lookin out Fester. Greatly Appreciated!
MM's will continue to play games while they can and accumulate in the .005's. We should see some relief even without news and a .006 close today or tomorrow once they move up.
LoL had a feeling there were a few of us that moved over here.
I think Steep Hill is private from what I can dig up. That's why I ended up with a brief investing stint in PZ*O. I wish I would have found SGBY first. Would have saved me some head ache, but lesson learned. I don't know that SGBY needs Steep Hill at this point. The cost of the labs are low enough to start up, and in a new market I don't know what Steep Hills brand would actual bring in value compared to cost. Would definitely make things interesting though.
This is who PZ*O had first right of refusal on licensure in all new labs in any state. Steep Hill recently terminated that relationship. They basically franchise everything out to private lab startups.
Yes but nothing in roughly the last two weeks.
Still no change. Looking good....
Good Morning,
The share structure for SIGNAL BAY INC as of 08/23/2016 is as follows:
3,000,000,000 shares authorized, 732,608,466 shares issued and outstanding, with 304,010,001 shares restricted.
SGBY is holding strong even with the low volume. People sitting on these Mid .005's waiting on news. Things look good, just need that 10-Q or the Certification news to breakout and we will be hitting .01-.02 in no time!!!!
Good Morning SGBY!!! Hopefully we get some sort of news today! That 10-Q Would be nice!
Well said. I'm curious to how they are going to time the next two pieces to drop ( 10-Q and ORELAP Cert ). I'm praying they are smart enough to separate them into two(possibly 4) separate runs to optimize the PPS. My guess is we see the 10-Q then three possible separate releases of ORELAP Certs, one for each lab. Anything at this point would be a nice bump close to or over .01.
Every once in a while I'm right. LoL. T trade for .0056 looks really good. Lots of accumulation establishing that new base around .0055 to .006.
I started paying closer attention to these ID's. I used to get so frustrated at "NITE" thinking it was one person. It rarely is, I just found that when I purchased more SGBY that my Fidelity account used "NITE". It's likely not the same person under that ID.
Every board seams to have one or two. It's just a slow trading day with MM's messing around. Nothing to be concerned about. It will probably end up closing around 58-63.
MM's are playing trying to take out stop losses it looks like in an attempt to accumulate mid .005's. Good accumulation zone still with the low low volume right now. I expect this to run into the .007s without news this week and stabilize mid .006's. It appears to be the pattern unless we get some news.
Thank you! Was just about to send them an email. Looks like someone is misinformed....LOL
Did you email Pacific Stock for an Updated SS? Or are you assuming this is dilution?
From the Kenevir Research Facebook page last Monday at 1:05PM......Getting Closer!!!!
"Just a reminder our Murphy sample intake facility is closed today as we prepare for ORELAP accreditation. We will reopen that facility next week. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.
Our laboratory location in Central Point will remain open to serve your Cannabis testing needs."
Did some digging on Will and Lori as well on LinkedIn last night. These two definitely appear legit. SGBY was Lori's consulting company prior to Will coming on board. Lori brought Will on to expand the company and its customer base. Probably the best decision she could have made looking at the results so far.
The St. George and Tangiers notes if k remember correctly were being dealt with and we saw significant dilution a few months ago. I'm not sure about the Kodiak note as I honestly can't remember and was hoping to get a clearer picture in the next quarterly report.
I agree with this 100 percent. The move would be made once the company is ready to jump to a major trading platform and away from the pinks. Likely at a point where they will look to start paying dividends. Way way way down the road.
Waldrop appears to have everything together and his plan is playing out just as he envisioned it. I believe the next level of expansion will be into California. Then look for them to expand to other states as testing becomes mandated (Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, West Coast Focus). Look for perfectly time acquisitions toward the middle to end of next year as new testing mandates are rumored throughout the country. They will likely see increased revenue from existing properties and it appears the going rate for these labs are around 400-500k.
Overall I see this stock running hard for at least another 6-9 months. Then a more conservative increase in PPS the following 12 to 18 months due to expansion and realized revenue increases as the market expands thru 2018 and 2019.
Ultimately it's all speculation at this point and that's why we are buying at such a low entry point. I firmly believe in SGBY or I would have sold and taken my 3x gains.
Nice work and breakdown here. The math makes sense. This is all contingent on the certification which appears to be all set. Along with dilution ending it is going to be an interesting ride in the next year.
I guess on Saturdays we don't use spell check. I'll give him a pass considering his fast response on the weekend. LoL
"We are working feverishly with auditors to complete do ww can release. By rule I cant give one person an anticipated timeframe.
Keep in mind this 10Q will only show one full month of consolidated operations since OAS closed on 5/24 and Kenevir in 6/1.

Sent....As soon as I have a response I will update.
Will,
A few more questions. Do you have a date as to when the next 10-Q is going to be release. Very anxious to see how the company is doing in relation to account growth, revenues, and expansion into Portland and Northern California. Also I wish you the best of luck in Maryland with the applicants you have assisted and consulted.
That is correct. From the research I did yesterday and the links to Oregon's State website it appears SGBY is the only one looking for multiple locations to be accredited. Also note that some of the labs on that list may already be ORELAP certified in other areas of testing where SGBY's Specialty is in Cannabis. Where SGBY is going to gain ground is with their sales force and advertising campaign. They are truly leading the charge from what I can find during my DD.
Agreed. This is the response from the State of Oregon I received that was posted earlier.
"We have accredited one lab for full scope (Pixis) and expect to have another lab (potency, pesticide extraction, sampling) by the end of next week. We have 15 audits scheduled before October 1st and depending on their audit, I expect a decent amount of them to be accredited by the deadline.
Thanks for reaching out. Feel free to ask questions anytime. I am trying to do some industry education about working with the labs and the new rules but have only been to a few industry meetings so far due to our heavy schedule.

Communication with the CEO- Will Waldrop - Straight from the source himself....put this together with the previous email from the State Contact in Oregon and you have an interesting situation brewing.

I agree but the numbers are there to make this work. That's why I keep sticking around. I keep moving my stop loss up every time I see higher lows set here. I did get nervous today when I saw .0049 hit. But like a champ it bounced back. The new low appears to be .0055 at this point. Lots of churn the past two days.
Overall I feel the same regarding Pixels as they likely received the Cert without an audit. The remaining to be audited in my eyes are likely new players like SGBY that need an actual audit performed. Here's to growth and hopefully good news!!!
Roughly 1500 customers per lab. If Waldrop is being truthful we already have significant market share in the early stages. Also keep in mind that all of these labs may not be interested in a significant market share. For example Pixels who also does water testing and a number of other specialties.
I don't see the Cert as an issue especially with the Political State Ties that SGBY now has with the acquisition of Kennevir Research.
Just received this.... Looks like things are moving along. Pixis was already an ORELAP Certified Lab for other items. The 16 more labs mentioned below is a little more than half of the total labs listed on your previous posts website. Fingers crossed!

"Is this a media request? If so, you need to go through our media department. I believe OHA is holding a list on one of their websites. I am off today but will check when I get back to my computer.

I just sent an email to the listed contact to find out if anyone has been approved in the state of Oregon. Hopefully they elaborate on a possible deadline if nothing else.
You too Fester!!! Go SGBY!
