There was this one time......;)
Where are you from mandrake?
What stock did you make 15000k? Sounds good.
Buy back in, it's going to go back up....try to even out your losses.
Indeed, tumble weeds all over this board.
Trying to envision what news they could possibly concoct to help this....? May be early for financing....announced that in 2014 with "dutchess"...

Minimal to no effect.....
Very nice! Watching very closely!
All future investors need to know is: there is a CFO and CEO, operating two companies, one private company, one public. Transactions occur between the two companies with little to no resistance. Some they have to answer for, some they don't. They can engineer deals however they want (between Advanomics and sunshine) and accept almost any terms they want, minus some SEC oversight. The "life changing" drug: Adva-27a is listed on both companies websites.....it's confusing who actually owns it, seeing how the companies are run by the same people.
My worry....and hypothetically speaking, who's to say it actually gets financed, and enters phase, Advanomics doesn't "acquire" it back for whatever amount they want?....It's the same people running both companies, who's going to decline their offer? Themselves?
I can't imagine anyone financing this setup without changes in leadership. Conflict of interest is way too high to take the chance...only way this progresses is independent management running SBfM. Just my opinions and conclusions, watching this for 4 months now...some boast chart fundamentals, how about business fundamentals? And I realize it's an OTC....
Thank you for your honesty. Not surprised. Very, very poor leadership here. Curious, Advanomics lists all sorts of drugs in various stages (on their website)....curious what funds those?
Curious...do you still talk to our great friends at SBfM? If not, why?
I did. I found an agreement from April, 2014. http://m.marketwired.com/press-release/sunshine-biopharma-secures-funding-its-adva-27a-anticancer-compound-from-dutchess-opportunity-otcqb-sbfm-1903980.htm
References a three year agreement....Idk where this stands. Perhaps Brando can ask Camille on his next call?
Ignored...it mentions the next 3 years...you do more harm than good buddy. Enjoy your day.
You are like a robot. I sent a link which announced financing dated: April, 2014. Did you read it?
I swear I'm rooting for the company! I just do a lot of DD. A lot!
Doing a bit more research. Found this (I'm on my cell, sorry you will have to most likely copy and paste) but dated: April, 2014: http://m.marketwired.com/press-release/sunshine-biopharma-secures-funding-its-adva-27a-anticancer-compound-from-dutchess-opportunity-otcqb-sbfm-1903980.htm
What are the feelings on this? Already spent, never actually materialized? I apologize if someone already discussed this, didn't see it.
Can I ask why Slilanty, CEO of a billion dollar company (Advanomics) wouldn't send himself money to fund Sunshine's (also CEO) patented Adva-27a drug? I don't see how he looses? It's argued to be a billion dollar drug, costs to finance at least phase 1 are said to be minimal, and perhaps the drug would be sold soon after entering phase ! He can essentially create his own terms of repaying himself, if he defaults, he can go after himself....if he's so confident in this drug, why are we waiting for outside funding? I hope I'm asking a dumb question here.....
You pump the drug, we are talking about the management needed to get it there....two very, very different things.
How in the world do you know that?
Private and public companies are very different (as many are aware). Operating with public investor money demands a different mentality and respect than a private one....all I'm saying.
Most public traded companies would oust a CEO if their stock tanked this bad...at least shake up management....I understand it's a penny stock, but respect for shareholders doesn't seem to be a priority, especially from a CEO running a "successful" private company along side a public traded company. One management style cannot work for both a private and/or a public....Anyone else see the problem here?
I'm sure it will go higher, at some point. As a small business owner myself, I've noticed what I like to call "comfortability" CEO's/business owners alike, reach their personal monetary goals via their business size or net worth and they put things on cruise control. They made their money, they loose that fighting spirit. Sounds like Camille and Slilanty made quite a bit of money to date, perhaps they are comfortable where they are...not making the most of what they have, which is why I'd be willing to bet, fresh leadership, looking to make a name for themselves would really push this company to the next level, and do so quicker and more efficiently than the current. Again, just my opinion. Reading the charts, listening to the medical advice from folks in the business, the PR....nothing seems to move this stock, one of the few constants here is: management. Time for a change, IMO. Stock can't get much worse.
To me: it's not a matter of should I sell now, but when should I buy.... I am trying to figure out why the PPS isn't at: 0.053. There is something holding us back....I personally think sunshine climbs quickly if independent management is named, in lieu of Camille and Slilanty. Just my opinion.
I agree with this! I am not bashing the company (well maybe their management), the drug definitely has potential, I am simply managing expectations. This just isn't an overnight, get rich tomorrow investment.
In reference to your comment: "nows this companies time"...if you read the last 10Q (for new newbies), specifically: In June 2015 we received a sample of the scale-up manufacturing process for evaluation and confirmation of adherence to specifications. Based upon our laboratory analyses, the sample meets all of the required chemical, physical and biological specifications. This paves the way for moving forward with large scale manufacturing of a 2-kilogram quantity for the IND-Enabling studies and clinical trials. If the timetable for generating the 2-kilogram quantity is met, of which there can be no assurance, and subject to receipt of the necessary financing, also for which no assurances can be provided, we expect to move into Phase I of our clinical trials in late 2016 or early 2017.
And:
Adva-27a's initial indication will be pancreatic cancer and multidrug resistant breast cancer for which there are currently little or no treatment options available. In June 2011 we concluded an agreement with McGill University's Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, Canada to conduct Phase I clinical trials for these two indications. All aspects of the planned clinical trials in Canada will employ U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") standards at all levels. If adequate funding is obtained, of which there is no assurance, we now anticipate that Phase I clinical trials will commence in late 2016 or early 2017 and we estimate that it will take 18 months to complete, at which time we expect to receive limited marketing approval for "compassionate-use" under the FDA and similar guidelines in Canada.
Not to be a bigger buzz kill than buzz killington, but where is your information coming from, that suggests "any day, soon, coming"? Their own 10Q filing gives tentative dates, with no assurances (end of 2016 into 2017) maybe......I'm rooting for this stock, but I'm also practical. I hope they release an up to date 10Q with better timelines...
I also have some reservations about the connection between Advanomics and Sunshine. Same owner, but transactions between the two companies. I'd personally love to see Sunshine run by an independent CEO, alleviate conflicts of interest. Just my two cents...for new readers, or investors thinking about this stock
Has everyone finally chilled out? Let's make some money, shall we? Goodness....
For the record, you predict .03 to .05, then another sell off? Got a guesstimate as to when?
Well congrats, I'll just off my high horse and acknowledge you were correct on this one, nice play. Let's hope finance news comes with maybe a 10Q?
I'll admit big time, you were close. There was a 50/50 chance on that guess. What's next Senior "Unstoppable"?
Saw that earlier. I agree. Especially the last sentence. I am of the opinion that finance news comes within the next few weeks. Stage is set. Today was panic based on assumptions or incorrectly interpreted data. I'm most driven today, by the bounce back. We did loose 20+%, but it bounced from the 47% low, once people started breathing and performed a button DD for themselves. This drug just needs a chance, I think we are finally at that point, IMO.
What are your thoughts on the drug itself? Minus any variables...do you think it has value?
It's interesting, I bounce around quite a few other boards, and no other board has haters quote like this one. It's very interesting to me...any particular reason? Management? Lost $$ in the past? Just curious.....
Interesting. While I agree the management is questionable, I think most of us are impressed by the drug. I actually hope it's purchased, seems like the current management has upset quite a few investors in the past. I think fresh leadership would take this drug to new levels.
Approx how many shares do you own? Curious how you are playing this one...
I have to agree. The bashing, the nonsense mini sell off, the assumptions, look where we are. Probably recover for the morning loses. This is impressive, wish I could buy more. Need a few days, argh!
Perfect play. Average out the down turns, always making a profit. Well played sir. Some panic, others see opportunity.
Nice play, this is going to get exciting. Wish my money would transfer faster, argh.....
Interesting reply....think he'll be better than Dilma ;)
They were better off not announcing anything...I'd have to say the same thing about you big time. How's the weather is Brazil today?
Big time is back! Love the charts and references you provide with your rants....oh wait there aren't any. Just so I follow your big time logic....you said its going down to .0005 maybe lower, and your bid is at: .007? Did I get that right?
Ignore in 3, 2, 1.....please tell me no one listens to this guy....
Excellent! For those watching from the side lines.....time to get in! IMO.
