With this orderly rise today I would think tomorrow we should close at .50+ as it is obvious for anyone that can read a financial and looking at Q3 we have a PE of about 6 going forward. Possibly more as management has restructured a lot of debt for less.
PS PE of 6 going forward. Let that set in and resonate for a moment. Incredibly cheap IMO.
With over a million shares today I believe we should break $3 easily before profit taking sets in and at that point hold and consolidate awaiting the next PR.
Perfect trading today. Should continue higher IMO. Real good volume but not what I would call blow out volume. GLTA Nice consolidation with profit taking.
1 million reached....yeah
Go golf tomorrow. Things went very well without the boss in an orderly fashion...lol
Never expected this. I did my best to try and hold it back with negative opinions...lol Oh well no more cheapies.
Is the difference from the $118 MIL Star Bud's deal and the amount paid for the 6 dispensaries(around $37 Mil) the amount of financing needed?
The aggregate purchase price for the assets of the Star Buds Group is approximately $118 million, subject to adjustment upon the closing of the Purchase based on, among other things, the target inventory as opposed to actual inventory and target working capital as opposed to net working capital of each member of the Star Buds Group, and shall be payable to the Star Buds Group and the members a mix of cash and shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Purchase Price”). The Purchaser will not assume any liabilities of the Star Buds Group other than accounts payable by Star Buds Group, liabilities in respect of any contractual arrangements assigned to the Purchaser by the Star Buds Group, and liabilities in connection with administrative fees associated with obtaining necessary governmental approvals or waivers of such approvals. The Purchaser has also agreed to pay certain transfer taxes in connection with the Purchase. The closing of the Purchase is subject to customary closing terms and conditions, and the closing of the purchase of the assets by the Purchaser of any Star Buds Company is subject to additional closing conditions as set forth in the Agreements.
Or do they only need the difference between the $72 MIl-$105Mil they possibly already have financed from the $118 Mil
On November 16, 2020, the Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement (the “SPA”) with one investor to purchase shares of preferred stock of the Company in a private placement (the “Private Placement”). The Company is in negotiations with additional investors in connection with the Private Placement. The Private Placement provides for an minimum offering of $72 million and a maximum offering of $105 million, and will be made in reliance upon the exemption from securities registration afforded by Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “1933 Act”), and Rule 506(b) of Regulation D (“Regulation D”) as promulgated by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) under the 1933 Act. The Company will use the proceeds from the Private Placement for the acquisition of Star Buds.
While reading the past SEC filings it was of my opinion that management was given generously to insiders with options in the past. Must say with this appointment this year nothing has changed. A very good salary $264K and then 600K options at $1.71 These seems very excessive IMO.
On September 9, 2020 the Company appointed Nirup Krishnamurthy as Chief Operating Officer and appointed Jeff Garwood as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). Mr. Krishnamurthy and the Company entered an Employment Agreement effective March 1, 2020 (the “CIO Agreement”). Mr. Krishnamurthy and the Company will not enter into a separate agreement following his appointment to COO. The CIO Agreement provides that Mr. Krishnamurthy shall be paid a base salary of $264,000 per annum, in accordance with the Company’s usual payroll practices (the “Salary”). In addition to the Salary, on the effective date of the CIO Agreement, the Company issued an aggregate of 600,000 options to purchase shares of Common Stock, at a purchase price equal to $1.71 per share (the “CIO Option”). The CIO Option shall vet one-fourth on an annual basis beginning on the first anniversary of the date of grant, such that the CIO Option shall vest and shall be exercisable in full on the fourth anniversary of the date of grant. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the CIO Option shall vest in full and become exercisable upon the occurrence of a “Change in Control” as defined in the CIO Agreement. All shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the CIO Option are subject to a limitation whereby Mr. Krishnamurthy may sell no more than 5% of the preceding give day average volume of the Common Stock on any given trading day. In connection with Mr. Garwood’s appointment, Mr. Garwood is expected to be granted an inaugural award of $50,000 value in shares of Common Stock within 90 days of board service.
With what they paid for the 1st 6 dispensaries is the difference between that and $118 Mil the amount of money needed to close acquisition?

I have heard Apria sells Bud to them. Is that a true statement? If not who does? TIA
IMO, we need the completion of Star Buds for this to happen. When it happens I believe anything is possible after that.
Many read and do not post. Sometimes when you feel someone is informed it is much better to listen and then do your own DD as to be attacked verbally. I do not always respond myself but follow closely. GLTU. I follow certainly people because they have something to add.
I find the numbers they are saying unbelievable currently. They talk $29 Mil per store for 5 stores and now $35 Mil. yet the last Q only had $45 Mil totally. Doing the math that means they only have 6 dispensaries consisting of the 5 that do $20Mil plus the one that does $35 Mil. Numbers do not add up for the amount of dispensaries and claims.
Without the closing we can do many dog and pony shows but without deals we are a $2,25 stock. IMO, whether we close or not we absolutely need to move forward on the opportunities as they arise. While I believe we need this to close the fact remains we should not put all our eggs in one basket. Personally I would love to see them rehab some of the empty store fronts and build them out. This would be strong validation to what they conveyed in the recent presentation. Have not and will not sell a share. My guess is we have about a $55-60 Mil run rate currently and with all dilution we are at full value at $2.25
Totally agree. Restructured debt, an acquisition, and now awesome Q3 earnings report. This is a thing of beauty. Thanks John for bringing this to my attention.

Is it time to get into Harvest Health? Based on Q3 and prior Q comparisons net income is coming and should be rather quickly. I tend to razor focus on a couple of stocks and not as diversified as many are here. Currently still in LHSIF holding 100k and will let those become AYRWF shares. Building a position in SHWZ and looking for another one. Bought HITIF based on boards and follow up on DD. Will probably trade it and then start a long position.
That stinks. How many? Still believe we will get bought out. If not the l-term is still very good.
Actually another decent week of Bud sales.

Excellent consolidation today. Did not buy but will if it either drops or shows signs of taking off. Long & Strong 40k
I thought everything was put off until 2022.
Lots of warrants but also lots of time. Share count looks bloated however, they are growing nicely. Bought 32k today. GLTY
Just got a starter of 10k. Thanks John for the heads up.
Totally agree. Whether they succeed or not our time is coming.
Somewhat agree but the fact that it bounced back hard can not be overlooked. Plus you must take into account that Cannibus stocks have been hit hard today.
Looks like the profit takers sold out at the opening. Panic is absolutely a killer. This is inexperience and unfortunately after the next leg up these people are should of could of but didn't people. Smart investors saw it coming and added on the dip. This whole scenario played out is text book. The strength displayed this week through volume is obvious. GLTA
RSI is still intact. More new yearly highs coming. News is coming and when it hits you best have a position.
Shares short as of DEc.31
12/31/2020 198,271 -22.29 316,877 1 No No
Certainly took a dump today.
I think that was the amount of shares currently shorted for Dec. Personally I do not short stocks very risky. Did a little margin last year but never went over 10% of account. Got a call once and it was brutal.
Somebody said today they had a pretty nice chunk of shares shorted. Usually they cover on a run-up and short again. That could bring more upside along with the traders and flippers. Would love to see a PR soon tomorrow would be great time. Let's see that $2.50 close tomorrow. IMO, another 500k would definitely do that.
Wow those are my only rules. Great mines think alike. Must say I was burnt on both of those rules.
I am not a day trader nor a person who shorts stock. The fact that someone is shorting to me is of no l-term consequence. However, drop a good PR and bingo. Make no mistake people shorting stocks have to cover at some point and that is good as it does bring in liquidity. We will without a doubt have a good run. IMO, in 6 months we will look back with this 500k trading day and say we shoulda and coulda bought a whole lot more.
PS Time for day traders to get out and lower the PPS eod.
Just hold $2.30 and all is good.
Seems like everything is very small retail currently. I would be very happy to get a close of $2.30 or more. Excellent volume but not blow out which IMO is very good s/term.
Yes it is. I tried 1k at 2.16 for only a partial fill. Now volume is currently over 50k. Unless severely undervalued as SHWZ it is more prudent to buy into strength.
We need some good volume today IMO before the next move. We will definitely see some profit taking after a 15% gain, Not sure day traders will come in here with the low volume. Hold strong and watch this grow up. With this administration I believe at some point the NASDAQ is not to far of a stretch.
would think $2 will hold although it could be $1.95
The volume tells the story here and confirmed the breakout a few of the old timers have called. Not blowout volume but up 50% above yesterday false breakout. Looking for a bounce and then probably profit taking. Any news and right to $3 and much more with the 7 dispensaries. Currently holding 38k. GLTA
Every day is a day closer. I believe $1.10 is a fair pps based on other buyouts.
I just hit it for 2k at $1.95 also as it appears the wall is coming down. Good luck THCM. Great minds think alike...lol
Gotta say Drugdoctor you da man!!Good call.
I'm good with that too. I did buy 2k today. Wasn't going to buy over $1.80 but railrider, Hop, and you have convinced me. I thought I brought good questions but you all answered them well. It is the management team that excels and their philosophies that will proper this company to the next level.
