Well, the big shareholder's meeting has come and gone with nary a word by way of a press release or even the once bi-monthly but now monthly update. This company no doubt possesses very good and viable technology. I know this from conversations with people who have installed and operate HydroFlo systems. George, if you read these boards, WTF is going on? Can't you say something, anything? I don't buy that "I'm scared of the SEC" crap. That is horse shit. The SEC doesn't give a crap what you say as long as it's factual. We aren't asking you to pull a "Mast" and make up a bunch of B.S. All we ask is that you tell us the truth of what is going on with HydroFlo. Do you intend to make HYRF a successful going concern? Is BCGU going to pull some kind of hedge fund flim flammery? Is Mast transferring everything over to "Shine" and leaving the rest of us out to wither on the vine? Mast sure was talkative when he wanted to inflate the share price. But now you guys don't seem so interested in talking to us peons anymore. You OWE us in the very least to have the decency of telling us some friggin thing, even if it's bad. We can handle it. But what I can't abide is the apparent attitude from you and Dennis that you guys give a sh*t about shareholders any more.
Have a nice day,
jc
I am not going to give you a hard time about a word you have said. You may be 100% correct. I have been equally frustrated with this company. As for the company being dead, maybe. I have been trying very hard to gather third party confirmation about the systems HydroFlo has in place around the country. What I have found so far leaves me completely flummoxed. I spoke with the engineer from BP Barber who oversees the Anderson County, SC waste collection installation. He told me on the phone that the HydroFlo PLUS system operates exactly as it was represented to. He said the level of oxygenation is "off the scale" . The installation was nearly painless with only a minor difficulty in getting decent CAD drawings from HYRF during installation. Most importantly he tells me Anderson County is completely satisfied inasmuch as the odor problems are completely gone.He told me BP Barber would consider HYRF for future projects. Also, I was able to track down the location of the "major" food industry client in the Northwest....it is ConAgra. HydroFlo is an approved vendor of ConAgra foods. ConAgra operates over 2000 food processing facilities.ConAgra is a $Billion plus business. The installation I located is the Pasco plant in Washington state. This plant is operated by Lamb-Weston, a wholy owned subsidiary of ConAgra. The plant engineertold me that they installed two PLUS systems in 2002 to resolve sulphurous smells raising complaints from the community. The PLUS system worked so well that when they increased plant capacity in 2004 they added two more PLUS systems. He said the installations were smooth, the systems operate perfectly and are practically maintenance free.
I have communicated with others about HYRF installations and will continue these efforts. What leaves me completely baffled is the fact that all the customers seem to be so happy with the product. Why on earth has Mast made such a muck and mess of things? It defies logic. This system has been installed all over the country. Even now it is being put into facilities in the Southwest.
All I can conclude is that it is a good viable technology in the hands of incredibly inept management. So from what I can see, either BCGU sees the same thing and will take a controlling interest which will give them the lattitude to turn this mess around ( I note that on the Raging Bull one of the most level headed long time posters is convinced that BCGU has bought a contolling interest from Mast)or BCGU will take HYRF through one last gasp penny trash stock pimping promo and that will be the end of that. Whether of the two, who knows.
But in any event, what a crying shame it has come to this.
jc
The reason I know little or nothing about this company is because there is apparently little or nothing to know. I am casting doubt on nothing, just occasionally voicing my opinion ( without name calling and ridiculous claims about you). I have no intention of saving anyone. Do what you like. I have become quite accustomed over the years to the classic bag holder's response to someone who likes to have a look under the hood. In the classic fairy tale of the "King's New Clothes" I suppose the little kid who pointed out that the king was butt naked would qualify as a "basher" since the great majority were adamantly proclaiming how glorious the imaginary garments were. What was in it for the kid? He scratched his head and said what he saw...that's about all.
May I ask, do you have a purpose or motive in posting on something you know equally little or nothing about? Are you trying to help sustain the share price?
Try the product? No I have no reason to. I am only interested in knowing if there is interest in the product among the community of them that are possible subscribers. Can you give me any evidence that anyone is waiting for this product to come out ( other than a few shareholders on a couple chat boards)?
About my "assault" I watched patiently durring the first highly anticipated release and said little or nothing as it flopped. I will watch this one too. But my scepticism is born out of my observations from round one. It looks like the same scenario is playing out...dejavous all over again...but if the least little voice of dissent rocks your boat to the point of swamping it, I will refrain from further posts until after the next big release. You will see that my opinions will make no difference one way or the other on the outcome. All that matters has already been determined by what has taken place behind closed Spooz doors. If they come out with a product that brings subscribers and they start making money, I will probably buy shares.
See you later...
Merry Christmas...
jc
That was refreshing...an honest reply.
The only pink I have ever personally been happy with is ITWO. They were a pink and made the long climb back to profitability. One I follow now that has viable and proven products is HYRF. But alas, it is managed by scoundrels and it's survival is doubtful. I have not found many to have a viable product. I have found some to be outright scams like COHG or ZKID. The common denominator with them all has been to dangle a carrot on a stick while doing everything behind closed doors. So you have no idea what is really going on. Logic dictates that if a viable product or idea comes along it will creat a stir within it's industry. At least some mention within trade publications, web sites, etc. Third party confirmation. HYRF had everything going for it...sales of working units, low float, I drove to their offices and facilities and found them to be real, they were getting good press in the industry, things really looked good. But I guess the CEO and his cronies couldn't resist the easy and quick money available by turning to stock promos. They were attracted by the same thing we all are I suppose. Like you, I have learned some hard lessons about these pinks. When the conversation becomes all about share price...head for the exit.
Well, a Merry Christmas to all,
jc
No. I don't care what you do.
I am not here to bash. Buy all you want. Say anything you want...I don't care. I don't hold your optimism here. I guess that makes me a basher even though I have followed Spooz about as long as you have but rarely post. I don't care about that either. But can you show me any third party ( ie. not from Spooz or a promo outfit) confirmation that the target industry has even a minimal awareness and anticipation of Spooz? Can you show me any group of people excited about this company besides a handfull on some chat board?
jc
Before the initial release.
Can't find anything new.
Have you seen anything in any trade publications anticipating Spooz? Any chatter at all that doesn't come from Spooz or a paid promoter?
jc
No, I told you I don't have any shares, so no problem. I have followed Spooz since the big release of the first product some time back. They have gone backward since.
jc
No, no shares.
Of course I don't know anything about Spooz. Neither do you.
It's a non reporting pink. Is there some crime in me pointing that out? Do you believe someone should own shares to have a valid opinion? I guess that is why the government forces stock pimping web sites and publications to disclose that they have shares in something...so their statements are valid, right?
LOL
jc
It's a non reporting pink. We don't KNOW much of anything except dilution and declining stock price. Everything else is hot air.
jc
NAKED shorting is illegal. It is perfectly legal to short outright as long as you cover.
jc
This thing is being shorted to oblivion. It has fallen and it probably won't get up. The shorts will likely continue to hammer it in order to keep the lid on the coffin. It's a shame that such promising technologies are in the hands of an egomaniac and his cronies. I wouldn't be surprised to see the University of Wyoming pull Mast's license to the arsenic filter patent...for that is all he has. They own the patent and were no doubt expecting royalties. I checked with UTek ( the ones who brokered the deal between Mast and Wyoming) and they told me there are conditions under which Mast could lose the license. Of course the sewer treatment stuff is his, but he has about run that into the ground too.
jc
Just wait and see. He will do this all over again. A new promise not intended to be kept...a few shares exchanged for some promos on penny pimping "newsletters", etc. Then a whole new crop of "investors" singing of pie in the sky. I have watched him do this over and over again...LOL

Cable...
Your plan would not have worked for you anyway.
Share price can be, and in this case actually has been bellow
0.0001 which is the smallest number the typical quote system will register, but the stock can actually be selling for less than that. Plus, if I am not mistaken, a F/S if 150/1 would have resulted in aproximately 450,000,000,000 shares issued and outstanding. It's absolutely mind boggling and I seriously doubt it ever would have been okayed by the SEC. I have followed this "company" with detached interest for about as long as you have been in it. Have you ever yet seen any promise fulfilled here?
jc
Yes , you learned a cheap lesson. When the next press release comes out, be sure to read the most important part...the disclaimer:

Market Makers don't sell at some arbitrary point. They sell at the best price they can get for it...at least they are supposed to. What devastates the stock's market cap is the absence of assets or income. It is a scam. It has, does and never will produce anything but paper.
It will again be at 0.0001 soon enough. It doesn't matter how many times they manipulate share price. What it all comes down to is the absence of value. Zero divided by one share or one billion shares still equals zero. This COMPANY is worthless. The STOCK is worth whatever you can get someone to pay you for it.
jc
If it isn't, it should be.
jc
You are not unique. I have seen dozens come and go in this stock with a story just like yours. The sad fact is that AC doesn't know who you are or care. One of my favorites was a poster called geoly37 ( on the Raging Bull forum). We started at opposite ends of the spectrum. He was a big supporter of CDVJ which is one of the prior symbols of COHG. I posted about all the lies I uncovered as they were put out. Geoly37 would constantly call AC on the phone. Man what a bunch of crap he was spoon fed. Geoly and others formed an email network whereby they exchanged in private all the crap they were told over the phone. Man, were they taked to the cleaners. Geoly37 eventually came full circle and became one of the most outspoken detractors of this scam. He was a decent fellow. He just had a hard time believing that someone could be so cold and calculating and just plane deceptive as AC was. I guess he found out the hard way.
jc
It's nothing personal. I have followed this thing since it was PAVP a couple years back. It is amazing to see that every once in a while the entire cycle repeats with a whole new crop of bagholders. Truly one of the most blatant scams.
jc

Anything, and I mean ANYTHING this "company" puts out in a PR is suspect at best. Anything they do is for the express purpose of dumping more shares. It is and always has been a scam. It exists for no other purpose than to print and sell worthless paper. It is impossible to beat AC at this game. You have to buy shares and sell them at a profit. He doesn't buy them, he prints them. For you to make money the price and volume need to increase. For him to make money he just needs some poor sap to buy them. Price is not relavant to him. HE DIDN'T BUY THE SHARES. What ever he can get for them is money in his pocket. You would go a long way toward understanding how these pink sheet trash scams work if you understand that the companies as well as those who receive shares to promote the stock DO NOT CARE what the price does. They do not buy the stock. They only sell it. You are at a great disadvantage because you bought the stock and so to make money, you have to sell at as higher price. Chances of that with these scams are very few and very far between, if there is even any chance at all.
Bottom line...if there are no filings showing revenue and growth, the stock is likely worthless.
jc
Well, nothing personal. I've been posting about this scam for years and only rarely does anyone listen. So, yeah, I guess a little "rubbing" is understandable. This stock is one of the most blatant frauds I have ever seen.

Yeah, but what "new aquisition" are you talking about? Can you name it? Have you ever contacted the people at any of the previously touted "aquisitions" and asked what went wrong? I can tell you...they were never aquired, as in never were paid. I have followed this crap since the days of the St. Hubert Airport scam. Claims of paying Transport Canada $200,000.00 for soil sampling and environmental studies were flatly denied by three different offices I contacted. The airport manager confirmed to me that during the entire time AC was selling stock in his airport project he never made any attempt to secure property at the airport. He did have one parcel surveyed, but the parcel was roughly 1/2 the size of the project he was advertising and he never surveyed more.
Have you followed the littany of people that have come and gone in various PR's? One of my favorites was a Public Relations babe he hired to handle press releases and investor relations. She quit promptly when she could not verify any of the things she was being asked to craft into press releases. (People with integrity don't jibe with this operation.)
How about the fingerprint scanner that turned out to be a pirated picture from a defunked Italian company? How about the "Luxury" condoes in Virginia? You know, the deal involving the roofing company? What came of that? What about the Paris land aquisition and the promised development there? Are you familiar with that one? Oh, and let's not forget the oil wells he was going to close on...and never coughed up the money. Any word on that?
One of my favorites..."Efoora" or something like that. Some kind of medical supply company aquisition that never happened. The thing I liked about that one was when I discovered Efoora, a supplier of medical supplies, was reprimanded by health inspectors for the less-than-sanitary condition of their facilities...LOL. I know there are more, but I just can't recall them all. Can someone out there help me out?
Now then...why don't you ask the company to provide you with the names of these so-called interested Israeli firms? You won't get it. Oh, and be forewarned that when a PR does come out, it will mention that Coastal Holdings is buying "a stake" in XYZ. You can put one Kona coffee bean in a burlap sack full of cheap beans and legally call it a "Kona Blend". So what is "a stake" in something? Live and learn...you will be one of the detractors soon enough. Oh, you'll go through withdrawals, denial, you'll be "averaging down", talking about "naked shorting","Bashers", "crooked MM's" etc. & etc. But sooner or later you will come around.
LOL
jc
...and let's not blame it all on shorty. If you look closely you see that most of these pinks go South because they don't do anything outside of pump -a-dump paper promos. Hell, I don't like naked shorting either...it's criminal. But short selling the right way is part of stocks. Who in their right mind could resist shorting a company that doesn't do anything? It would be a no brainer to short crap like this especially given that today's price is the highest it will likely ever be until R/S #4 ( when and if that ever happens). I have followed this garbage all the way from PAVP days. It never, NEVER does anything but sell paper to knuckle-heads who don't get it yet. All this ballyhoo about "Israeli bio tech" is just recycled blabber-gab. It has never happened before and it won't now. Do you notice that they never identify any of these "cutting edge" companies that they are supposed to be so interested in? I wonder why that is? Could it be because everything they have named in the distant past was quickly picked apart by posters and revealed as nonsense? This shell company was created for one purpose...to flim-flam the unwary and foolish out of their money. It has no other purpose.
jc
Post split adjusted you closed at 0.000072
Enjoy it...it's going down.
jc
Flim-Flammery and Skim-Scammery DUE. The more PAVP changes, the more it remains the same. Zero divided by 5 billion is zero. Zero divided by one is zero. Share count doesn't matter, only the value of the company. Zero...
jc
Still scamming after all these years...LOL
Flim-flammery with the share count will not attract serious investors as the news release proffers. The only thing that will do that is for a company to actually offer a verifiable good or service followed by AUDITED financials detailing the same. This so called company never has and never will. It's still a shell game designed to separate the unsuspecting from their ASSets.
jc
Braden,
I haven't been on the computer in months...sorry.
I like NNLX as a long shot. But watching my backsides and keeping an eye on share structure. I don't want to get punched in the EYI again, if you get my drift. Lots of things I was told turned out to be male bovine feces. I will continue to refrain from posting much and will likely stick to big board stocks with a track record.
jc
If I see a rise in posts and a lot of new faces, I generally take it to mean there are publications, "hot pick" sites, whatever, doing a promo. I bought before the SpoozTools press release, but sold quickly when I figured out the share count doubled that month. There is a lot of "he said- she said" stuff but it's a non reporting pink, so none of it amounts to anything...just speculation and wishfull thinking. Anyhow, we'll see if there is a PR and if so, what the share count does. If it is good news I will continue to follow the stock. If it's another sell off I will not.
jc
Lakers,
If you come to the boards looking for facts and info about a non reporting pink sheet company, no wonder you are frustrated. You will not find facts and info on an internet chat board...just speculation. Not one in a thousand posters are ever likely to do any real digging. Chat boards are not sources on info, IMO. Call the transfer agent, call the community that is the target of this company, read trade publications for traders who might use this product, etc.( I seldom bother calling a company because you know what they are going to say). Gather your own information and draw your own conclusions. Until such time as this company begins to file timely reports, you will get no better info than what you can glean on your own.
...all the opinion of another faceless poster...LOL
jc
