For a form 15 filing company.....that means they DO NOT HAVE TO REPORT ..........ever ask yourself why they post those meaningless form 4's if they don't have to report?......and they only post the ones that show them buying ????.....doesn't that just seem the least bit strange?... I mean they voluntarily filed the FORM 15 so they no longer have to report......so why would they post those forms that show them buying?.....to me it seems the only logical reason is to sell more shares.....

Yea...thanks for the wishes......I am definitely one of those " one tick flippers" ....maybe on some really STRONG volume I may even hold for a few ticks.....IMO most all stocks on the OTC especially the trip stocks are scams of one sort or another.......never could understand those that hold these thinking they will go to pennies and uplist on the Nasdaq .....learned a long time ago to never ever fall in love with ANY penny stock....never even consider one for an "investment".....but.....lots of profit to be had for those that don't get greedy.......

Notice the 3 INSANE huge volume spikes......with zero movement in the PPS..?....notice how they surpass any volume by far....I mean loads of shares bought ......go back and notice the PR blitz that follows the 3rd volume spike.( they just so happen to be a month apart)....perfect example of pond fishing play...or pump and dump.........friends and family loading up for the bought run....notice the attention pop....to see if they could get retail to bite....when they did you can clearly see the PR's about restructuring blaa blaa blaa, and financing bla bla bla.....almost like they took the play straight out of the pump and dump play book.......

Volume has been steadily decreasing ever since the initial run........
