Thursday is a good day for news.
Typical "day" traders. Every book I have read explains what they do, They buy and when the market goes against them they either panic sell or chant, "If I could only get close to break even, I will sell" Then when they get close, they sell for a small loss. Then when the price continues to rise they end up buying back in at a higher price, rinse repeat.

Here is the info, if people would read the article and they would see Jack Hanks has performed exactly like he said he would. So, my thoughts conclude that he is working in such a way as to get this uplisted ASAP.

I should have said PR. A nice PR saying "we have started the process of uplisting etc..." So far Jack Hanks has performed admirably on everything he has said he would do and in the time frame he has mentioned. His word has been golden so far. One thing we definitely can conclude about the IR dept. they are definitely not into pumping up the stock. How anyone thinks this is a pump and dump is beyond me.
Yep, I have the patience. Would like to see more news on the progress of uplisting though.

First .10 then .25 then .50 then over a dollar. Jack said he wanted to uplist ASAP. Also this guy has said $5.13 all along. I take a dollar in the next few weeks or so.

FULLY aware. I do believe I have said $5.13 many many times here. Not sure what the issues are in not being able to understand that.
It's obvious that people will sell for a small loss and others when they even get close to break even. The shares get scooped up like today and then like a tightly wound spring, WHAM, it pops. This is just weak selling and bigger players holding it down so as to scoop up more. Jack hanks has been true to his word so far concerning MMEX. Everything is right on schedule.
Please admit that no-one has a clue whether he is a long ways off from raising the money,
that is a completely untrue, only Jack Hanks and his immediate circle knows what is going on with financing, anything else is pure speculation.

I'm in the real estate business and unless you know the exact title company you are SOL on finding information until it's filed and that could take a month or so! Even if you do have the correct title company, they probably would not give you that info anyways. Nice try though.
Yep, soon enough there will be politicians flocking to either take credit or latch themselves onto this MMEX gravy train of success. They can't help themselves when they see something of this magnitude!
Lots of anticipation in the air from the Ihubbers. I wonder what the rest of the investment community is thinking as well. What kind of news is expected this week and will Jack shed light on a new IR firm? Will the SEC respond? Will the land close soon? Will permits get filed? So many potential catalyst. Many eyes on this!! Only post for the day!!

Well it is obvious that the market does not know what to think!! There is definitely an air of uncertainty. Retail has bought all they are going to buy for now until better and more certain news comes out. All of the bigger players have bought and have purchased quite a few bigger blocks lately but today seems different, are they waiting now as well.
No one is selling either. This is a standoff. Any purposeful leak of news way before it's time would be obvious and could get someone in trouble so they are holding this close to their chest. Is closing happening today, the 2nd to the last Business day of the month?

Looks like only people selling are impatient (understandable) retail and there are very few of them! Most people have moved on but this will soon catch the eyes of better quality investors.
Hopefully we will soon be uplisted, maybe Hanks is working on that as well, he did mention in one of his interviews he wanted to uplist as soon as possible.Only post for the day.
Closing on the land could be very soon, most real estate transactions take place at the end of the month! Just guessing

So people are saying that there is no PR/communication because they are not allowed to because of the S-1. So does them replying to you violate the S-1, and if not why haven't they put out some sort of PR or at least a web update? Only post for the day!

Not that I agree with the way the IR is going because I most certainly do not. But sometimes I wonder if CEOs get so focused on getting the business up and running and with all the obstacles to overcome it just is not at the forefront of his mind, more like 10th on the list. Besides, the common share holder does not make the company any money, we are just buying and selling from each other. My one post for the day and thank you for your efforts, I too PTL.
You might just be correct on the jack hanks not knowing. I doubt if a lot of CEO's know the ins and outs of the filings with the SEC. I'm banned for 2 weeks BTW.

Yep, after I closed on each lot I purchased for each home I built, I went out right after closing because I was excited. Then I took out the architect then the builder etc...This was promising!!
