Stop posting nonsense dkl.
There are no outstanding criminal warrants in the U.S. or Canada against Paul Giles and you know there aren't.
'I don't care about their salaries'
Where do you think that money came from?
The cost of living is substantially less in Thailand. To say they need 6 figure salaries to live there is absurd.
I posted this last week -
They state in their SEC filings that they need $60K per month to operate a business that generates no income. The average Thai citizen makes a little less than $5K per year. Paul makes $106K per year while Chris makes around $85K.
They don't live the in the U.S. They live in Thailand.
Unless and until WM gets current with its filings and those filings list revenues that validate the 'shipping product' PR's there isn't much left to talk about.
The problem is you can't prove it.
Apparently is perfectly legal to sink your company in debt to pay yourself $200K a year with the lofty intention of convincing corrupt governments to regulate cash businesses they themselves also profit from.
They state in their SEC filings that they need $60K per month to operate a business that generates no income. The average Thai citizen makes a little less than $5K per year. Paul makes $106K per year while Chris makes around $85K. I'm sure Col would argue they need and deserve to pay themselves that kind of money out of bad loans the company generated.
They also state in their filings that they are a long shot to succeed.
It really wasn't that hard to formulate a business plan in a tech industry and state you have the new state of the art idea and release enough fluff PR's until technology has passed you by and you go quietly into the night.
But like I said you can't prove it so unless your contracting agency works for the dark side that's all just a pipedream to recover anything.
Myjo you make me laugh. Thank you for that.
It's like the scene from Casino where Nicky wants his money back.
WM's investors?
Who's that, you and Tom Weisman?
Stating you paid someone to recover losses 'by any means necessary' was not a smart move on your part. That sounds like a threat to me.
My point was these companies are in a great position to catch 2 wheel market share.
My DD shows India is a hot market.

'CEO Paul Giles stated, "India represents a huge market"'.
I would post articles about World Moto's successes in India but I can't find any.
I know, I know. They have been contacted and are in talks with India. Uber and Ola are killing it. Don't forget sales were imminent in 2013 so it's not like we're entering the game late.
Thanks.
What email address are they responding to Fox? I've emailed a few with no response.
Whoever Tom Weisman is, he never posted on this board warning anyone of anything. We've read your same cut and pasted post so many times here. What point are you trying to make that hasn't been made the last 40 times you posted your endearing comments for the great Tom Weisman? Thank you Tom Weisman for impacting myjo's life in such a positive way. Tom Weisman. Tom Wise Man. Oh now I get it. He is literally by brand name a mythical person beyond his years.
Myjo, there have been many, past and present who have expressed their skepticism for World Moto and its principles. We heard them and we hear you. Please pay my respects to the Tom Weisman shrine during your Sunday worship services.
Thanks for this. I guessed $2K - $5K.
I don't see how a fee this small would stop them from filing but seeing how they lost their lease in addition to everyone leaving and are no longer reporting I don't think a valid license is making much of a case for them.
It's an active license.
Which might help if they are working out of someone's garage now.
I was looking for info on the Thai Science Park and found an active license for World Moto Inc in WA State

Richie where are you seeing that?

Silencing those you disagree with goes against the grain of democracy.
What is your source Col?
Are you saying the company is communicating with you?
How much could it possibly cost to file. How could they not have money for that.
Col you're too much. They stated in that PR they closed a deal and had sales to report.
They told you it's their policy not to report sales outside of filings.
'They' no longer works for the company and there is no communication with the company at all now.
Yup, there's gold in the hills of Columbia.
Patrick told you WM has a company policy not to disclose sales data outside of filings. That clearly was a lie based on the Snapchat PR I just posted.
Do you think it's at all possible Patrick wasn't honest with you about anything else?
Too bad he jumped ship and can no longer be reached.
The company policy of not disclosing sales outside of filings must not have applied here
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/world-moto-beats-snapchat-to-revenue-wheelies-preview-product-sold-out-otcbb-fare-1857859.htm
I stand corrected.
We know they sold a meter to Col so technically that is true.
For the record, World Moto has never released a PR discussing sales data. They have said they shipped product off to a distant land. That is the only info World Moto has given to the public.
Col's claims are his assumptions that this means sales.
Can you please post the PR that details the sales data you mentioned?
I know Sewer and others have stated WM is broke because that's what WM stated in their last SEC filing. I have to believe if they say they are broke they are most likely broke.
Thank you board moderator. I don't think anyone would have noticed without you.
Me too. But only because if the stock ever hits a penny again I'd be pissed I left.
APS - Awesome Penny Stocks was a promo company the SEC shut down for fraud. Their game was creating shell companies, promoting them, and dumping shares on the market during the promo. Usually 1-2 weeks later the stock would crash. You can Google the companies they promoted.
Fare was an APS promo in Dec 2012 after their merger with Net Profits 10 and the 181 forward split. Fare stock shot up to around .33 and then crashed around Jan 10th 2013. This is all easily verified. Since Jan 2013 we have all been waiting for Fare to strike gold in Bangkok. Still waiting...
What stock are you talking about? 3 years ago Fare was promoted by Awesome Penny Stocks who was shut down later that year by the SEC.
What we know
Is that everyone's opinion is speculation since WM will not communicate.
These are all facts - they are 2 months late on their filings. People in the company have quit/left. They have never reported revenue. They have never stated they have made sales. 'Shipping' is not 'sold'. Their previous SEC filings specifically state they have no money. Share dilution and toxic financing are a serious problem for this company that most here either do not understand or choose to downplay how disastrous this is.
13 years ago when Paul Giles had the idea of the Moto Meter it was a great concept. 5 years ago when they said Bangkok was entering its test phase it sounded promising. 3 years ago when they stated sales were to begin in 2013 the company sounded like it was going somewhere. Based on what my investment portfolio looks like, and yours, it's evident to date nothing has happened. If this revolutionary company was on the verge on multi-millionaire mania can you make an honest argument as to why it's trading at the current share price? Do you honestly think that the group of us who post here are the only lucky individuals in the world who know about World Moto?
In 2013 I invested in another company that coincidentally was an APS play. I won't make the scam connection since FARE was never mentioned in all the press when APS shut down. I invested in that company around .35 and sold around .55. A week later it crashed. I visited that board today and it is still alive trading at .0009. There are still investors posting there who are convinced they are about to strike gold in Columbia. Unbelievable.
When World Moto's employees are leaving and they are no longer filing SEC reports we are no different than the bag holders who are waiting for gold to be found in South America.
Go Fare.
Richie do they still respond to you on FB?
Thanks Minkman apologies for my response.
World Moto's business model is dependent on government regulation. It's the only shot they have to succeed and it's the reason meters didn't go into production years ago.
I'm holding on to hope that they can still find a way to success in other markets like Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Brazil or any number of African countries. My concern for WM is the industry is moving to apps not meters. As others have pointed out the HailYes App has little downloads and based on my personal experiences with the app in Thailand they are not getting any market share in this market.
The proof will be in the filings and WM won't file.
As I just pointed out a Chinese patent does not offer any hope to investors. That was the point. Reality should be discussed here not hopes and dreams.
Sorry Minkman but you can't 'make me go away' I'm one of those investors who is too far down to sell. If you don't like my posts then you can block me.
Correction
A Chinese patent likely comes at a cost to WM as companies there are probably already using the patent to copy the technology. That's what China does.
Didi Chuxing is worth $20B and Apple just invested in them. Uber is valued at $60B. They subsidize their driver's wages and pay their driver's fines when the police arrest them.
How does World Moto compete with that? They are worth zero and are millions in debt.
China patent
This article says it all. A patent in China is worth absolutely ZERO.

Based on what?
And I told them you weren't.
Who cares? I don't care that Patrick is caymen_west. I do care that the only contact we had to WM is now gone in addition to everything else I have mentioned lately.
Google Patrick Smyth Vancouver and check out his business ventures on his personal blog. You already read LinkedIn. Now look at caymen_west's activity on iHub. It's a little too coincidental.
