In january, 2019, maura healey's office was put on notice.
They will pump and dump as long as they can, I suspect.
Does he even work there any more?
I agree with you reponses/ assessments. To say the poster “mis-spoke” would be phrasing it softly.
I certainly hope you’re wrong on employee #’s and frequency of office visits. That’s no way to run ANY business- never mind a public company. The two people you describe sound more like maybe a landlord and the pest control guy to check rodent traps in an abandoned building
Old news, but perhaps worth revisiting.

“” And I suspect you are correct. “That the mfo provided us with a term sheet and they are shorting to improve their conversion price.”
You nailed it,and I suspect there are others involved.
I love a good toil, which is about to unfold:).
To me Ireland is more of a curious announcement.
What I find intriguing, in a curious way vs an illicit way, is why no deal(years after announcing the quest for a deal(s)) as well as the very low share price. That makes me scratch my head more than the entity in Cork county. Fortunately, I’ve relatives in Sligo
Your source?
You proclaim “ a test of shareholders meddle is coming”. I’ll argue we’ve(investors) already been long tested, similiar to the the 1/28/86 space shuttle lift off(which a teacher from my home town was a member of), which did not end well due to poor performance.
Does le know someone at the Boston Business Journal? Where have you gone Don Seiffert?
3 articles and out? Was it bad reporting? Did he receive bad information about company prospects? Don’t reporters follow-up anymore(my mother was a reporter and often referenced journalistic integrity as key to any report(story)).
Leave no stone unturned.
Zandant,
Understood.
A brief review of sec filings of direct Ehrlich filings reveals a common theme, failure.
Be it Leo-nanoviricides(nnvc), saliva diagnostic systems, ctix, or ipix.
The Barrett edge( might the edge be le?).nxga, obmp?
Helena- DTRC
Elliot Ehrlich is no longer show on the sec website, how did that happen.
They(bpth) also had a 1 for 20 reverse split on 1/18/19.
I reckon we’ll be there soon.
Has Mr Leo Ehrlich not proven to be a master of public traded enterprises?
Congrats for your lucky day,!
"I would use word presumed. As in "it is presumed that GC4419 has anti-tumor effect". So far no evidence of this has surfaced from either phase I trial or from still ongoing phase II."
Are we(ipix) in a better boat? I think not, based purely on their(Galera)ability to attract 15 times the amount of money, while at the exact same stage, than ipix.
I would love to know who ipix's un-named $10M MFO is vs Galera's $150M named team of investors.
Sorry, I see I hit the "r" twice.
Inferrence.
Perhaps. If so promising, why the super slow recruitment(a cousin of mine passed from OC 7 years ago, after living with it for 5 years, and having searched every treatment under the sun- after being "chemoed out", holistic was the the final draw), there's high demand.
Good analysis(answer).
LE should call Galera(they are private) and try and work in tandem as gc4419 seems to have an anti-tumor effect.
"This is just as wrong-headed as the claim that Galera is somehow "ahead" of IPIX and that IPIX's Brilacidin-OM is "doomed" if Galera comes to market first.
How absurd."
Galera is ahead of ipix. They've(Galera) started the phase 3 for OM, secured funding to complete it(not through Aspire, or an MFO).
http://www.galeratx.com/galera-therapeutics-raises-150-million-for-gc4419-phase-3-trial-and-pre-commercialization-activities-in-lead-indication
Not sure, but perhaps the big boy investors' are drawn to this part of the Galera pr as much as they were to gc4419's impact on OM..." GC4419 demonstrated an increased tumor response to radiation therapy while preventing toxicity in normal tissue.". That may be important to a cancer patient.
Perhaps B-OM and GC4419 could be used in combination? Irregardless, it appears to me that Galera may have taken some wind out of ipix's sails, based upon the measured responses(150M vs 10M) within weeks of each other.
You may be correct, but history points otherwise.
More likely a handful of “investors” playing long/short games till this game is done.
May my “stink bid”( trade mark owned by a frequent commenter) be realized.
I await Maura’s response.
The leaching field is clearly plugged. Ipix has faied to pass perc tests and we await results of the third. To jump in now is akin to diving into a septic tank.... somehow the tank is oveeflowing reesulting in complaints by neighbors and calls to the town.
20 times todays price puts the price ~$2.60. I recall certain posters(some still here)advising others' on this board to "load up" when the sp first slid back below $2.00, " it won't stay here for long, load up!”
I would argue $2.60/sh is still a good price for a billion(s) dollar company ($1B to $15B, depending upon who’s crowing).
I would not advise any to jump in yet until the algae clears from the lake. And the toilet flushes freely.
I don't think they are emigrating, I thought they were establishing a subsidiary. Will re-read the pr.
BioVie did the same thing. A company officer even worked awhile without pay, both situations similiar to ipix(ctix) instituted measures..
Number one, I was not speaking solely to bp. Secondly, ipix(ctix) has referenced deals/partnerships for years now.
I do hope it(deal) happens but it appears they can barely “pay” attention, lest anything else.
No pertinence to ipix. Thousands of deals signed everyday in business.
Are the propagandists' slowly departing?
Why?
It seem's so....
Is anyone able to respond to keltoi post# 256916?
No luck here, why?
Your right, I will detach myself from this board because 95% of it is not for education. It is used to spread propaganda."
This site seems to spout propaganda as you've noted.
Who are the propagandist's?
When you first joined this board, what was the level of "education"(in excess of 5%?)? Who are the 5% remaining educator's today(and who were the keen educator's lost since(George,??? anyone else?))? Why have those educator's given up?
Are the propagandists' slowly departing?
Why?
Don't underestimate Maura Healey.

It's not like he has lived hand to mouth while piloting this ship. His salary has always been irresponsible, along with his "generocity"(giving away shares to family and friends). I believe KARD(the cro which was involved with the preclincals), comprised of Menon's and at least one Ehrlich, was paid quite a bit(~1.9M?).
"Could it just be being responsible with what little money they have left."
I would describe it as a lack of foresight.
"Management is trying hard."
They don't even have an office secretary. One would think with 20 cda's that the phone would be ringing off the hook. Think about it, the ceo/cfo also answers all phone calls, reads all proposals, writes all responses, attends all meetings, writes all pr's, is the investor contact person. Remember, AB supposedly works most often from remote places(according to his contract).
For whom the bell tolls?(if the bell rings at 151-b, does anyone hear it?)
Boca is not far from Jupitor, FL.
"Hang in there everyone. There will be news coming soon one way or another, hopefully it's good.
Good news serves all well. Bad news serves subpoena's. Not good for ipix "brain trust". Some of the posters here would likely have to work pro-bono as some here appear to know more than HQ. There will be news coming soon one way or another, hopefully it's good, but always, be loaded for bear.
Thx Karin, a rhetorical question- for the most part.
Q remains-Was BP shown something different than what investor's were told?
Begrudginly, I fear I know the answer.
"The genius was terminated"
Lighten up Irene, I'm still here:).
"The market doesn't think it's likely. They didn't think P was viable, and were right, and they don't think B is. (K is still early stages.)"
Was BP shown something different than what investor's were told?
Were/are they licensed in MA as a CRO? A kid can barely sell lemonade from the driveway without applying for a license and and paying other fees.
I guess Seiffert's head is in the "clouds" which, perhaps, is why he's not followed up on those ctix stories- oh so many years ago?!??

My money is lost, I suspect(my forward looking statements clause), regardless of his words. My opinion of his(LE) operation will be not lost.
