You start brand awareness somewhere and all these videos have done a lot of good for Besado.
In essence, the seed has been planted a while back, and now we are at the point where the company can bloom.
Based on recent press and company tweets, it looks like they're about to roll out a national ad campaign with a nation wide distributor on board.
It could be a beautiful bloom!

If people only looked for something that stuck out for whatever reason, heck, most wouldn't buy half the things they do buy because they don't stick out in the sea of choices.
RATHER:
People seek out certain products based on brand awareness, and product placements. ISBG already has a great ad campaign currently going with product placement in models hands, music videos from well known artists, and an upcoming satellite radio ad campaign.
Bottom line, people will seek out Besado because of the advertising/product placement, not because the bottle pops out. The fact that the bottle is kind of cool to some is the just the added bonus.

I'm loving the exchange of shares in larger share allotments that we're seeing lately. Volume before price!
The move from low .03's to .15's was more of an organic move on low volume. Higher volume suggests new interest, and the trading still suggests a very low float.
With press becoming more active, and a tried and tested product that sells, I envision a continued move north with the usual trading behavior of push, pullback, support, consolidate, push higher, pullback, support, consolidate, etc...

Agreed, in addition BaBa stated:
"What worries me is that as of late there has been many deals with obvious signs of dilution via stock price staying still and volume uptick from known diluters such as certain mm's. People I know around the business have mentioned that the land deal...."
Obvious signs of dilution normally depress a stocks price. If there is dilution, there's a heck of a lot of interest here because the stock price is not dropping. GRNH is staying in a steady .09 - .10 channel.
People BaBa knows around the business?? Seriously?? If BaBa knew people in the business familiar with GRNH's land deal, BaBa has inside information and shouldn't be posting anything here, trading GRNH, or trying to influence with words. That's a major no no, especially if BaBa is self admittedly saying they know people around the business.
Sorry, but that post is so full of you know what. And it's also self incriminating, lol.

I'm a big fan of your IPA theory Sleek!
There's a popular method by which peers are judged that I've used in the professional workplace environment. It's called PIE. I often use this when studying a stock.
P = Performance
I = Image
E = Exposure
Each category: Performance, Image, and Exposure, receives a percentage of importance.
Contrary to what one may think, Performance should be assumed and therefore gets a low level % of importance.
Image receives a much higher % level of importance because it has everything to do with how others perceive the company. If a company has a positive image, they will have the opportunities at hand that will lead to good performance.
Exposure receives the highest % level of importance because if no one knows who the company is, opportunities to build an image/reputation that lead to overall performance are non existent.
As for MJTK, the picture is not yet complete enough to offer an intelligent PIE analysis, just as you've shared that your comprehensive outlook on MJTK is not quite ready to share.
However, to get a glimpse of how MJTK may play out, I see some similarities to another stock I did very well with. Below was my PIE analysis on that stock from a few years ago.

As of right now, I'm not so concerned with MJTK's "performance", but rather focused on how image and exposure will play out when MJTK breaks their silence. And break their silence they will, you can count on that!!

Clay only shows up when a stock has recently had a large percentage move with healthy volume.
This is when there are many eyes on a company and Clay uses this exposure to market his own name and services that he's compensated for.
Whatever momentum a stock was riding, sometimes reverses, NOT because of Clay showing up, but simply because a stock goes through a correction as market makers work to regain control of the stock.
The way the market naturally works is the kiss of death, not Clay. It's funny, Clay tried to do a video explaining why people think he's the kiss of death, and even he didn't get it right, lol.
Enough people have accepted this urban legend as truth, but the truth has nothing to do with Clay's arrival.
In the case of MJTK, Clay's presence had nothing to do with the reversal when he showed up, and will have nothing to do with any turn around reversal if he shows up again.
Don't use Clay as a barometer. Study the market, and use this knowledge as your barometer.

Within context of discussions surrounding investments, we're programmed to think of any 3-4 letter acronym as a stock symbol.

Good morning MJTK'rs.
Maxed A/S is when a stock can really run. No more shares to issue, so no worries of dilution.
Perhaps the A/S was maxed out in order to raise funds for this huge upcoming push and launch of Besado.
With $1.8 million in revenues reported, pallets upon pallets of inventory being shipped, a big time national rollout all but spelled out in press and tweets from the company, the company could very likely be self sufficient without further need to reverse split, or raise the A/S.
Plus, with a healthy balance sheet, non dilutive funding is much easier to access and capital is much easier to come by.

Wow, I re-read the PR and this:
"The firm will handle ISBG's complete NATIONAL logistics, including regulatory compliance, distribution, warehousing, order-fulfillment, accounting, customer service as well as many other behind the scenes support services."
"Their strategic advisory services, including business building, route-to-market planning, organizational overview and strategic partnership will be of tremendous value to our existing team," Williams said. "The distribution platform that is already ready in place will accelerate growth for ISBG brands faster than if ISBG had signed multiple agreements with REGIONAL DISTRIBUTORS."
A national distributor has access to much larger retail accounts, and can get product into any store. Phones are answered, and deals are made, when a national distributor calls upon their retailers.
In essence, the firm ISBG will work with, will open a lot more doors and put Besado in every market, large and small.
This combined with a national radio ad campaign, on what's speculated to be a satellite radio station with 30M listeners (Sirius), sales are going to blow up big time!!
I'll try to add right out the gate tomorrow for maximum return on investment!

The two separate 1 million share prints that went off well below the current bids, were probably some sort of shares used as a form of payment to acquire the membership of 02 Breathe and Tina Aldrich's services.
OR
The share prints mentioned above could have been private placement investment. The company received cash in exchange for 2 million shares below the market price with an agreement that said shares would not be sold in a manner that would crash the stock.
Just speculation in my part. Maybe it will be in a future filing.

I like MJTK's lower volume for three reasons:
1 - When a company is actively diluting, you see higher volume, as we saw over the last month and a half during the period of conversions and dilution. Lower volume in the case of MJTK suggests that dilution is all but over. This aligns with what the company is telling us in their filings.
2 - Since fewer shares are exchanging hands, one might assume that investors are HOLDING their shares tightly. Collectively if the majority of investors hold their shares, we could see a float lock.
3 - With fewer shares being traded daily, it is less appealing for market makers to take short positions because it will be more difficult to cover those positions due to fewer shares being exchanged.
Still have bids in and adding strategically here and there.

BMAK behavior suggesting a short position?
When you see a market maker continuously support the bid, while staying the lowest on the offer, the below example is what could be happening.
BMAK borrows shares and puts them up for sale at .007, but doesn't show how many shares they're selling. (See side note A below) A buy comes in for 1 million shares at the asking price of .007.
Meanwhile, BMAK lowers the asking price to .0069 and puts in the highest bid, which lets say is .0067.
A retail investor who is unaware of what is taking place may see the ask is now lower than before and thinks the price is dropping, therefore they decide to sell 1 million shares at .0067. BMAK just covered a short position they initiated at .007 with the 1 million shares that a retailer sold to them at .0067, and pocketed $300. They can either use that $300 toward replenishing prior losses from failed shorting attempts, or use it to actually buy shares to accumulate a position little by little.
This happens throughout the course of a few days or weeks, until there is enough profit they've made, or enough shares accumulated. They will continue to do this as long as it is successful.
How to overcome this practice?
While BMAK is not the only market maker doing this, in the case of MJTK they appear to be the primary "abuser". Sometimes other market makers jump or undercut the bid/ask. As other entities/investors pick up shares throughout this "dance", if they hold their positions, it becomes harder and harder for BMAK to short and or accumulate shares because there aren't enough freely trading shares (which is what looks to be happening right now, thus the declining volume) and eventually something has to give. Pressure at the ask with some buying volume can put an end to BMAK's practice, as they wont be able to successfully short anymore because shares won't be dumping to the bid, but rather being purchased at the ask.
What would make buying pressure come in so BMAK would stop their current practice?
- News catalysts from the company or sector could trigger a surge in buying volume at the ask.
- A collective effort by smart investors with money, who have already accumulated large positions and understand what is taking place, could start applying pressure at the ask and trigger a short squeeze, or at least push BMAK off the ask for a while. I believe this is a more powerful way to increase overall value in the stock price. And I believe the float (freely trading shares) is being accumulated and held tightly, which will have a tremendous impact on price appreciation when and if buying pressure comes in because it will be hard to buy shares. (Basic low of supply and demand).
Side note (A)
A reason why BMAK doesn't show how much they want to sell at the ask during a time of shorting is because if they sense or see enough buying pressure coming in, they can choose not to let a 1 million share order go through at the ask, but rather just fill 10K shares and move off the ask so they don't end up with too large a short position and get forced to cover at a much higher price.
The above overview is just one scenario that could be taking place right now based on my observation of how MJTK is trading. For those that are patient through this "dance", I believe a much larger return on investment is in order.

As you stated in one of your other posts that I just read, the software platform is in place and likely has relatively low recurring costs.
The bulk of the costs incurred by the company to build out their software platform, should have already taken place.
Now it's just a matter of monetizing the app over and over again, without having to re-invest most of that revenue to keep the business going.
The right variables are set up for this to be a viral hit with high profitability!

Citizen Toke screenshot step by step sign-up process:
Visited citizentoke.com on my IPhone. This was the landing page:
I entered my cell phone number and immediately received a text.
I entered my zip code and immediately received another text message. I cropped the screenshot to hide my actual zip code...but I'm in the Los Angeles area.
Based on what I know, if I'm in a certain radius of a participating dispensary/collective, I'd potentially receive a text from said dispensary/collective with a deal and I'd have 60 seconds to reply in order to reserve the special.
Based on the ease of the sign up process (took me all of a minute to complete), the simplicity of replying "TOKE" if a deal that peaks my interest comes through, and the opportunity for a participating dispensary/collective to acquire new customers with a low acquisition fee (MJTK's fee), I can see Citizen Toke being wildly successful!!
These are all powerful selling points for MJTK to sign up dispensaries/collectives. In addition to these selling points, regardless of whether a customer responds to a text, I assume the dispensary/collective location is disclosed in the text, which puts their name out there, providing another great way to market, publicize, create awareness, and build brand awareness in a very cost efficient way to a targeted audience, with very little effort!
I think it's a no brainer for a dispensary/collective to sign up as a participating Citizen Toke retailer.
All of this should be good news for investors!

MJTK seems to be trading much healthier now.
Volume has decreased which would normally suggest bearishness. However, I believe today's volume will set the new standard moving forward and this is a good thing, and here's three reasons why:
1 - When a company is actively diluting, you see higher volume, as we saw over the last month and a half during the period of conversions and dilution. Now, lower volume in the case of MJTK suggests that dilution is all but over. This aligns with what the company is telling us in their filings.
2 - Lower volume obviously means less shares are being traded back and forth. This suggests investors are HOLDING their shares. Perhaps because the collective end goal by the retail investment community is to lock the float. (Hint hint, collectively we should all be holding our shares to try and lock the float)
3 - With fewer shares being traded daily, it is less appealing for market makers to take short positions because it will be more difficult to cover those positions due to fewer shares being exchanged.
If volume returns to previous levels in the hundreds of millions, it likely means the company is diluting, which is an invitation for market makers to initiate short positions, fueling higher volume, and seeing volatile moves. Heavy volume also triggers day traders radars. Day traders add to volatility, and create resistances when they trade out of their positions, triggering reversals in times that to novices, would appear to be positive momentum. I day trade some stocks, but MJTK is NOT one that I will look to day/swing trade.
Moving forward, I'd prefer to see similar daily volume as today, with a steady climb. I don't want to see any huge moves in volume (reasons stated above) or price. Price, because any big or rapid increase is an invitation for shorts and day/swing traders.
For those looking for huge gains intraday, be careful what you wish for, unless you're a day trader or market maker.
If you look at the most successful companies, rarely did they make huge daily moves on the way to massive growth. Pull up the charts of the more popular ones like AMZN, APPL, FB, NFLX, TSLA etc. and you'll see slow and steady growth over the course of a few years.
With all of that said, be smart. This is still the OTC. So the growth timeframe should be less than the large caps listed above. Sleek knows this, which is why it's a dated investment of 4/20. That date is still 2 1/2 months away, which for OTC, I guess could be the equivalent of 2 1/2 years growth for large caps.
Everyone stay strong, and hold for what I believe will be a much greater reward in due time. Or at least by 4/20.
