I thought that was what I was alluding to as a response to another message.
I would rather have them spend their tight dollars on actual production and acquisitions.
LMAO....If the average cost of production is $70, and companies cannot sell it for more that $60....why are majors still producing? That would put them out of business. That makes no sense.
That would be great....make sure to call first to make sure that they are in, and not out making more deals.
I continue to put in an 'AON' bid of 500 shares at halfway between the bid and ask, and there are still no sellers.
When you have finished completing your DD would you share it with the rest of us? I have not found what you say you have found, and am open to looking at new facts.
Please explain, as I do not see what you say you are seeing. Ethical people like to deal with ethical people.....that is what Bayport management is doing here.
Know when to hold em and know when to accumulate.....Time to buy up Bayport stock now.
That is true....but there are no sellers that I can see. I put in some 'all or none' bids, for 500 or 1000 shares, above the current bid, and none gets filled.
Know when to hold em and know when to accumulate.....Time to buy up Bayport stock now.
Wonder who that buyer was today....maybe someone with 'insider' knowledge?????
We are days away from seeing the audited financials for 2013 and 2014.
Jim Porter has again been nominated for Micro-Cap Ethical CEO of the year. Hopefully, this year he will win the recognition that he deserves.
That would be inappropriate.
LMAO....that is funny.
I have not seen this in any news article. If it is actually true, which I doubt, can you give me more details.
It was not me, as I will not buy above .005 at this time. I already hold 1M at about that price.
Please explain what was said in that post.....I read it as a confirmation.
I was not a buyer at that point in time, but I am today....at a price.
This did not say that the audited financials would not be done until the fourth quarter, it says their fully reporting status would not be completed until the fourth quarter. The audits are already completed, except for 2014. Now they have to wait upon the SEC, and the powers that be to make it happen.
Great information that you are giving. Can you also give a good contact number for the spokesperson for NASV?
Thanks for the confirmation that the 230M shares are restricted. Great news, as I was worried.
Sounds like the government finances. That is great.
Explain how delaying the financials causes sale of stock. That is silly. LMAO.
Thanks for that perspective...but what I was asking was how long ago were they issued, have any been issued since then, are they restricted or tradeable? Does anyone posting here have those answers, as it would be important to understand the direction that Bayport is moving today.
That is interesting. How many of those 230M Bayport shares, that you mention, have been issued in the past 3 months. If you, or anyone else knows, are they tradeable shares, or are they restricted. That information would be important to know to determine what the company is doing.
I was out all day, and did not follow the trades. Were any traded at less than .005?
I acquired them after the reverse.
My bid for Bayport shares may be low, but no one is selling me any shares at that price. What does that mean???
LMAO...they do, they do exist, and are being worked.
Only if they sell at the bid, as I already have 1M.
As another question, when do you see the audited financials hitting the wire for us?
LMAO....I still do not follow the logic of your post. Please give me more information on how this 'painter's ask' is a scam in the making.
I do not expect the price to be over $1.00, so you are correct on that point. But if I have 10 to 20 shares, I will be having folding money.
I do not see how a 'painter's ask' has any bearing on the stock price of Bayport. If cheaper shares of Bayport are available to the public, then the 'painter's ask' will not even show (except in L2), as the cheaper shares will trump that other ask. Please explain what you are saying, as I do not follow.
That is really funny as I am not only holding them, but trying to accumulate more. Some of that ask is me trying to get some cheaper shares. My average is in that range right now, and want to get some more at that price. This is not a time to fold em, but to hold em. The only time I would currently use the folding term here is to talk about folding money.
The ask is going to go through the roof.
They seem to be surviving just fine.
I received my check for about $4 per share the other day.
They are ready to be published right now.
