Did you receive any response from your request? Can you share it with the board? Seriously.
ndforlife
The board has received two very different takes from the patent office inquires. If possible, could you provide the board with any additional information?

IMGG), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D
medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time,
announced that the company's Chairman and CEO Dean Janes was interviewed on

Mr. Janes commented that the company has finalized its general resubmission
strategy after a thorough review with the company's FDA legal and technical

acquisition of images based on the approved imaging protocols and combining
those images and data with the overall package and final submission to the FDA.

You have been very quite of late? Whats up with the case you filed and published here on Ihub?
Can you give the board an update?
Clearly incorrect.
At 19:06 in this video Dean states this is a 501K application not a PMA.
http://www.emergingcompany.com/volume15week14rdsl.ram
Dan, how does one deal with a poster that exhibits mental illness? I was unprepared for this.
Mugs
Im sure Dean would need approval from NASA before he could show any images made with the Dominion from the moon walk?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=61890627
Thank you Madtig6 for all you have added to the Board over the years. Good Luck to you.
KF
roba
Are you kidding? Now we are analyzing Deans eyes? Please, give it a break!
I actually agree with you on this. The only way I see is the FDA grants permission which they can at will. We investors wont know one way or the other. I suspect they did once before when the walk through video was done.
I would be happy to see the images. Won't you?
KF
Well Flash
The experts that I asked work for the FDA. See the letter below. It doesnt get any clearer than that.

The Latest Money TV is now in the sticky box.
I reepeat: Mugs read this once again.
If the Dominion is SCAM the FDA won’t accept a 501K or PMA application either! PMA or 501K are both applications to the FDA. If the FDA accepts the application, I would feel I3 has complied with all asked for in the NSE regardless of which route they opt for PMA/510K I3 choice. If not the FDA will not review the application. Does anyone here think the NSE goes away if IMGG opts for the PMA route? That was easy.
KF
Mugs
I prefer to let your Carnival Barker statements about Imaging 3 speak for them self. I have no comment. You have provided grand Due Diligences. I applaud your efforts.
KF
Kimble !
There will be no PMA or 501K application if Imaging 3 does not supply the information requseted in the NSE. I can't make it any clearer. I think most that read this will understand what I write.
==================================================================
honestly PMA could be the best thing that could happen to share price...contrary to what some think....if they place a unit in the field AT LEAST there will be proof there is a working device...
-------------------------------------------------------------------
If the Dominion is what many claim here"SCAM nonexistent, etc" the FDA won’t accept a PMA application either. I think you read what you want to see in my post? PMA or 501K are both applications to the FDA. If the FDA accepts the application, I would feel I3 has complied with all asked for in the NSE regardless of which route they opt for PMA/510K I3 choice. Are you grasping what I’m attempting to convey?
Kimbe 1
From all the documents I have read "not here say or opinions" that are posted on this board. Both doors for the application are open, PMA or 501K. Are you aware the FDA does not have to accept an application? I suspect if I3 has not complied with all items in the NSE, the application will not be accepted for review.
KF

Not that this is a bad thing, but guaranties we will have dilution in the future. I hope he waits until the 10 PPS area or above.
Under terms of the collaboration agreement, ARIAD will reimburse MolecularMD for predefined expenses for the development of the T315I diagnostic test. ARIAD will also pay MolecularMD milestones for achievement of key development and regulatory activities. The MolecularMD companion diagnostic test is being developed to identify CML and Ph+ ALL patients who have the T315I mutation. A companion diagnostic test is not necessary to support the broader potential use of ponatinib in patients who are resistant or intolerant to the current second-generation BCR-ABL inhibitors, as being studied in the PACE trial. Many mutations in addition to T315I account for resistance to currently marketed BCR-ABL inhibitors.
Hello Board
I have read all sorts of accusations here lately and many lies. They range from SEC violations, Federal violations to Criminal accusations of Arson. By the way that investigation of the Fire ended years ago. The Insurance company did an in depth investigation along with the fire department and found no fault of Imaging 3. The Insurance Company paid off the policy in full! Although Imaging 3 was under insured which is part of there debt to date. From my research and the opinions that have been posted I have found nothing even in a remote investigation of any sort much less formal charges from the Government? If a poster had evidence they would gloat when posting it and provide more than an opinion. If any poster has evidence of criminal investigation or SEC investigation please posts your links.
I do agree that there have been civil rulings against Imaging 3. I don’t know any companies that have not lost a civil suit at some point. Imaging 3 was under insured and this landed them in court. Any customer that had a machine in rebuild lost the machinde in the fire. I think its obvnious they wanted it replaced and filed civil suit seeking damages.
I have to ask myself are there some here that have made poor choices? Ihub permits all post that fall within the TOS. I feel some take advantage of this. All Please read this link::
http://ihwiki.advfn.com/index.php?title=FAQ:Deletions_and_Restores#Foreword
This is just a cut and paste from the link above:
The CEO of the company is a member of iHub. I don't understand why I can't remove posts that discuss her as being "off topic" (discussing other Members) or "personal attack" when others say her business practices are shady.
Discussion of public figures associated with a company is appropriate dialog for our stock boards. If one of the principals of the company chooses to post on our site, they do not have the same level of immunity under the "personal attack" provision in the Terms of Use. The bottom line and rule of thumb when it comes to "personal attacks" is that iHub members are protected from them but officers of the companies being discussed are not, even if they are Members. However; Members should still be civil and express their views in a manner that is appropriate for a public forum.
Thank you
Kingfisher7234
I may be the lone one on this; I was very pleased with the PPS increase this week and close today. The only Gap I look to be filled is the one to 7.32 and we came close this week.
Thank you Flash for the DD. It was not a claim. I was refering to the orginal post which is fact. It stated EU at the top of the page.
Flash
Was this the one from EU? I thought that was odd when it was posted. Why would an American Company file a Lien in EU against another American company unless it was not permitted in the USA?
Sounded like a bucch of BC when I read it.

This is true. And the Next announcment could be that the 501k Has been filed. Has this thought come to mind? Everything posted here is only opinion including my post.
KF
Doesn't change the fact that IMGG is out of CASH TODAY
Agreed, but its nice to have a CEO that will lend the company money intrest free.
And I don't think Dean has $5 million laying around the house that he is willing to loan IMGG to pay the creditors, let alone the lawyers and day to day expenses going forward.
I really dont know what Deans net worth is. I have been told that he is a millionare how many millions? I would consider personal information and never ask him or anyone else a question like that? I know he has kept the compay funded in the past and he has been working hard on the Dominion for years. Only he could say how much more cash he would put in the company.
Dean is already owed $500,000
I'll take your word on that without double checking.
IMGG had a LOSS of $2 million last year.
Yes and many other small companys do also. That could easiely be wiped out with the dominion receiveing SE dont you think?
This will be my last post for now, I have things to do.
KF
Kimble for once I agree with you. I wish Dean had sold shares then also. It would have made going forward much easier debt free and cash on the books. I guess hind site is 20-20. You would have to direct your question to him for the answer.
I think your speaking of this part of the document. Lets get one thing straight. They are his shares to hold or sell as you did yours. He does have to file much more paper work to do so.
I think Dean did the company a big favor. He is useing those funds Intrest Free BTW to support the company when needed. From the document it appears he has done so several times. I suspect he is doing it now. Where else would Imaging 3 get an Intrest Free Loan? A Bank would probably want 12%.
Mr. Janes of approximately $615,885.34. Since February 4, 2008, Mr. Janes has loaned substantially all of those proceeds (i.e. $610,039.35 of
the $615,885.34 net proceeds) to us without interest, payable to Mr. Janes on demand. Originally, Mr. Janes had the right to convert those
advances into shares of our common stock, at an aggregate conversion price approximately equal to the net proceeds from his stock sales,
although no such conversions were ever made. Under the modifications, Mr. Janes does not have the right to convert any of the advances into
shares of common stock. Instead, Mr. Janes and Imaging3 modified Mr. Janes' demand notes into long-term noninterest bearing loans payable
in full by us on or before December 31, 2012. On December 15, 2008, we prepaid $140,039.35 of the outstanding balance of these promissory
notes to Mr. Janes. On November 5, 2009, we prepaid $470,000 of the outstanding balance of these promissory notes to Mr. Janes. We do not
intend to resume or to engage in the future in any other program similar to the one previously conducted with UBS Financial Services.
As disclosed in our reports on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, during the period from January 25, 2008 to
March 23, 2009, our chief executive officer sold a portion of our stock owned by him through UBS Financial Services, Inc., a registered
member of FINRA, in the open market in a series of transactions under Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Dean Janes is most likely lending the company funds as he has in the past.
Exerpt from 2011 10K just filed.
On April 2, 2009, we issued a noninterest bearing promissory note to Mr. Janes in the amount of $375,000,
payable on demand, for monies loaned by him to us. On April 13, 2010, we issued a noninterest bearing promissory note to Mr. Janes in the
amount of $66,500, payable on demand, for monies loaned by him to us. On June 28, 2010, Mr. Janes loaned another $100,000 to us pursuant
to a noninterest bearing promissory note.
