Who? What? When? Do you have any additional info you can share?
Based upon the recent price action and the accum/distr chart, I am getting the feeling that the float has almost dried up with MDGC longs holding tight.
I like that one too.
He just means they are not current with the Sec of State, but nice play on words.
MDGC has a Store that posters have verified on this board with pictures of the products they received in the mail, so not sure what you mean by "It doesn't matter that they aren't selling anything."
Also, acording to the most recent filings with otc Media g3 is operating has offices in SF and Boise.

Its nice to know "MeshGlobal Inc., a newly formed entity to specialize in commercial, government and institutional deployment of wireless mesh communication networks, will fund and deploy the first model programs, using MediaG3's super-fast “next generation” wireless networks."
Under Media g3's "previously announced agreements with MeshGlobal to begin the first pilot projects which will also use MediaG3's WiFiBridges technologies, which can move much larger amounts of data through multiple spectrums and can function as a super-fast, primary or complimentary wireless broadband solution for small business, enterprise, neighborhood, community, metropolitan, campus, public and rural areas."

"MediaG3, working closely with Mesh Global, Inc., a testing and deployment company, currently staging several pilot projects, are also pleased to announce new contracts for connectivity with one of the world’s largest Internet Service Providers, delivering high-quality Internet, Ethernet and Colocation services."

As you know the web is a great advertising tool, which brings to bear Megia g3's company website, online Store, YouTube Channel, Twitter page, and Facebook page. Quite impressive work on MDGC's part.

Or just industry news.
I think you clinked on wytec.com. I do not believe this is a related co, but am glad to be corrected.
T minus 11 days on the MDGC short-covering count down. I sense the despiration is growing.

"At my signal, unleash hell" - Gladiator (I just like this one). But, get the powder ready.
Now this is an interesting perspective:

I am sure current shareholders would completely disagree, as I do.

I do not understand your post or your point. Are you suggesting that Asia Dragon Telecom does not have an interest in the fiber network?
Fully agree.
The Media g3 Store chat feature is live now.
New Media g3 YouTube Channel post:
Looks like the short-covering count down has begun, T minus 13 days. Expect farfetched assumptions, outlandish statements about the company's assets, vision and people, and even skewed truth in order to attempt to demonstrate what a bad investment we have by those who admittedly do not own any shares. Feel confident in your DD (I know I do) and put those who wish to cause you to sell on ignore. The choice is yours and that decision should not be swayed by anyone on this board including me.
Anyone notice that the number of individuals listing MDGC as "My Stocks" and the board's followers have been steadily increasing over the last month or two? With 1,758 shareholders as of January 27, 2011, I would guess there are many people that believe in the company, its vision, and its potential, as I do.

I suspect UNLA and MDGC are awaiting finalization of the China Dragon Telecom merger with its interests in the fiber optic submarine cable network.

Good luck with that philosophy, hope you can keep up.
Or that Mesh Global is the revived Mesh City. Notice the copyright date on the Mesh City website. Makes more sense doesn't it.
Good point, I see the stars coming into alignment. Media g3 is well positioned to grab some serious market share without regard to the empty PRs I have seen many large corps put out to make the public believe they are at the forefront of this new wireless tech boom. I also love seeing the articles about recent tech advances that MDGC has already been hinting that it has made for some time. Talk about being apart of something great.
Well stated and your efforts are greatly appreciated.
I agree, a coordinated information release is the best course for MDGC and us shareholders as well as the PPS especially given our pinksheets status. We all know Val is working very hard building a great company with many revenue streams ant many facets and I am confident we will all be extremely happy when the roll out begins to gain steam. I just hope the need to satisfy our thirst for knowledge about the company’s progress does not impinge on that effort.
Good DD Beach, but not for your intended purpose:
MediaG3 tests will continue for the next couple of weeks as we are evaluating different equipment, devices and combinations; tweeking the networks, speeds and infrastructure.

The companies have met with and secured additional agreements for fiber provision, infrastructure, equipment, engineering and installation to begin deployment on their first pilot projects.

Looks like Media g3/Mesh Global found the right fit for their Mesh platform.
Check out the new content under the Mesh Global equipment link:

Thanks for clearly setting that out. One other thing, under the current short selling rules there are important exemptions from the reporting requirements that are used to hide the true short position in a given stock and nothing forcing naked short sellers to cover. I understand this will be largely corrected on Monday. These changes were a long time coming especially for the pinksheets.
"FINRA's new rule 4320 goes into effect 2/28/11.
Bit of some good news I came across =)
Sounds like it would be of great aid to MDGC for short squeeze =)
There’s 3 new laws gaining attention in the NSS market reform arena: FINRA 4320 goes into effect on 2/28/11. It mandates 13 day buy-ins for open delivery failures FINALLY applying to shares of non-reporting corporations. FINRA 2010-043, also starting on 2/28/11 reinstates the “short sale exempt” (SSE) marking requirements for trade reporting and the OATS system. Those MMs accessing the bona fide MM exemption from executing pre-borrows or “locates” before admittedly naked short sales must now FORMALLY acknowledge the accessing of that universally-abused exemption. Being that these trades are theoretically being made to “inject liquidity” then the excuse to hide the related trade data from the public’s eyes goes out the window. You can’t have it both ways and claim the bona fide MM exemption and later claim that the related trade data needs to be kept secret because it might reveal a “proprietary trading strategy”.
Truly bona fide MMs that are able to legally access that universally-abused exemption cover their naked short position on the next downtick after their short sale when buy side liquidity is in need of being ejected as share prices fall. The 3rd new rule which is in effect now states that the offers and bids that MMs post must be of approximately the same size. No longer can the offers be of 1 million shares and the offsetting bid good for the minimum 5,000 shares.
The verbiage in 4320 is especially well done as it FINALLY puts the clearing firms that aid and abet this crime wave on the spot. With the FFETF, which is made up of 25 different agencies, now on the scene the transparency has increased markedly. You can imagine how critical the lack of transparency is to a crime involving selling nonexistent securities and then refusing to ever deliver that which you sold AFTER being allowed access to the funds of the investor being defrauded.
Credit to one Dr. Jim Decosta."

I like: "There will be many other applications for this live streaming video using the new LMDS technologies."
Mesh Global's site just added content to the news link.

I'm very interested in the information that will be provided in the people and equipment links.
"The companies (Media g3 and Mesh Global) have met with and secured additional agreements for fiber provision, infrastructure, equipment, engineering and installation to begin deployment on their first pilot projects, and expect to begin “live” testing by the Thanksgiving holiday."

Makes sense though.
Great find, sure missed seeing the results of your investigative efforts, thanks.

I believe the tech demo will be coming to a YouTube channel near you soon.
Also, I recognize much of the angst is due to the current PPS, but I firmly believe this stock is being manipulated and the current PPS is not true refection of what MDGC is doing or its value.

Wow, that is all I have to say, wow. What a nice addition to Media g3, Mesh Global will be.
"After MGI completes the first phase of the Mesh Wireless system and has complied with its License Agreement with MediaG3 and has completed the funding program it will then merge with MediaG3, where we will be a wholly own subsidiary of MediaG3."
http://www.meshglobal.com/about-story.html
THe new Mesh Global website only became active today. What do you mean we already knew about it? But, you are correct, MDGC is a nice long term investment, IMHO.

LMDS!?! that sure sounds familiar. I guess the MDGC's patents are based upon technology that has current application. Nice!
So, who was it that wanted to know what the "soon" in my Wednesday post meant?
