Pardon me, but is this the train to dollarland?
In my experience, sad as it is,
the difference between a healthy
sceptic and a basher is a question
of how much kool-aid or vodka I have been drinking.
Sadly, this is looking very bleak.
Keep in mind, someone invited this guy aboard.
And he wouldn't have joined if he did not trust
that someone...
Associations tell a big part of this story.
So that's one small step for APII
and one giant step for mankind.
(Oh yeah, and one pathetic bark from the widdle doggie weft behind)
just sayin'
I can't imagine what kinds of other people might be lining up for interviews, knowing they will have this kind of leadership to work with!!!
If the information below is accurate and there are no hold-ups, we should be back in business tomorrow, no?
The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"), of trading in the securities of C$ cMoney, Inc. (“cMoney”), of Houston, Texas at 9:30 a.m. EST on February 16, 2012, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 1, 2012.
What happened to Choi? Fall off his surfboard?
Miss the cheerleading.
This is good news, I am assuming. However the way it is written is a little confusing. I would be more cheerful if it was clearer about what the net impact of having more nurses meant.
All sounds really great- but did he address the legal stuff?
When is this CC supposed to happen?
Just curious, is there snything stopping the company from putting out s PR explaining what is happening?
Risky to say the least! However, the fat lady isn't singing yet.
What seems like BAD news can suddenly become something altogether different. They could be forced to punt but then recover a fumble on the return.
As they say in Hollywood, there is no such thing as BAD publicity, just publicity. New eyes could be opened. If this is played out one way, it may bounce in everyone's favor. Just don't give up! Please CMEY, if what you have is worth the effort, don't collapse and go out of business!
Thank you for posting that GA. I find your words reassuring, and although I have not spoken to Hollis myself, what you say and the comments others are making confirms my intuitive sense of him from CCs. Speaking of which, don't we all want another one? I hope as soon as there is something worth saying, he will schedule another. I much prefer CCs to PRs.
This market is rapidly moving forward without us.
Does anyone else get the feeling that CMEY better get on the train soon or it is going to be left behind forever along with your investment?
I do not like to be negative; I like to be positive. But I am not afraid to call a spade a spade and I just don't have that warm and fuzzy feeling here. I hate being down over 70% and sinking further and uninformed as to any real reasons for optimism.
Newer investors in this enterprise are probably looking at the lack of buzz and lack of volume and moving to greener pastures. These kinds of start-ups are risky at best and we knew that coming in. Still, DD looked good. So much for living on hope and fear.
Good luck to all. Go CMEY.
Hear hear!
My sentiments exactly. In my book, expressions of fudiciary responsibility, even if the news is not as good as hoped, are more impressive than flashy PRs full of promises of great things 'just around the corner'.
What is so hard about simple and honest communication?
This is a powder keg. The first contract will come- nobody would go to the extent of acquiring all these worldwide rights and open offices all over the empire for naught! There is too much to be gained.
And when news comes of the first- hold on. The second will follow, then the thrid and fifth and tenth and we'll see unfold an epidemic here that will strike on a historic level.
We're good for the long haul.
In the meantime, grab what you can! IMHO
Ah the scent of confidence!
Although these frames are not set in stone yet, this is starting to feel like a very solid and strong company with the promise of financial and political clout. I am very glad to be holding shares here. Wish I had three or four hundred times what I have now. It is a wholesome feeling you don't often get in the pink sheets. Like swimming for a distant shore and finally finding ground under your feet.
'Tired of waiting" sums it up.
People just look at that Caveat Emptor and keep on walking.
Please guys... we've been loyal! Time to blow our socks off!
If the management of this company were actually graded on their ability to meet deadlines or even on communication with shareholders, they would fail miserably. The notion that it should take this long (YEARS!)to produce financials or any production figures for the last year is just not credible.
I consider myself a patient and fairly level-headed guy, but this kind of blatant secrecy and disregard for supporters is getting very old. Sorry, but I hope if anyone has the ear of the powers- at-be, that some of their true intentions and actual achievements get communicated.
Otherwise, a promise from SNEY is SNOT what it SAYS.
HOLY SMOKESTACK BATMAN!
This is beyond huge.
Good outlook, in my humble opinion, as shared in this article

I confess I am a little behind on my reading of this board for the last few days... , I have read enough to be pretty excited, tho and I have been long on APII since last summer. Wish I had cash to spend.
Is there any news abour VIZECCO or does that proposed deal even matter anymore?
Nice call- I wish i had had some powder.
Report from the field-
I went to the Flemington store this weekend and actually bought some things. There are some cool things on display and some practical ideas that get you thinking. It is well appointed space and has a good feel. somehow more professional and uplifted than I had expected, and the staff were knowledgeable and nice. Wish I'd had a camera with me.
Spent a good hour or more with Ken, as it turned out. I'd never met him before and had not intended to spend a lot of time but he invited me and my girlfriend to the busy Panerra next door for a coffee.
FWIW Ken strikes me as a very decent man with a bright mind who has put his heart and soul into this enterprise. Clearly, he has had a very hard time getting things to come together in this uncertain economy, and there is still an uphill stretch ahead, but he is a stubborn entrepreneur and a forward thinker and embraces the learning curve. So the longer-term prospects are not totally gloomy. I know we are all wishing this had gone to the moon already, and that we could all feel like genius' for picking this investment, but I do not feel any hostility is warranted. Ken has more to lose in this than anyone, and he is working as hard as he can. It's generally a bad time for a new retail outlet, but the concept is appealing and it may take time, but if it takes off, and it could, I would be happy. I left feeling there is some reason for guarded optimism.
So, regardless of who did what, what happens next?
Will thetre be an appeals process? Is John de-throned? Does JBII become a takeover target? Is this a bump in the road or a rupture in the runway?
I am curious. How much does it cost a company to put out a PR these days?
Tell it like it is, Raw!
This is going to go up, up and away in 2012.
Keep these updates coming.
This should be up there with the stickies, no?
Could be someone needs a tax loss before the end of the year.
Not me, I have plenty.
Well, believe what you like. Things in government are sometimes strange.

Excellent find Narnia
Process-related CO2 emissions from cement production are the second largest source of
industrial CO2 emissions in the United States. (EPA, 2008) The cement production process
comprises the following two steps: (i) clinker production and (ii) finish grinding. Essentially all
GHG emissions from cement manufacturing are CO2 emissions from clinker production
Merry Xmas all, and a productive New Year. Peace.
I am definitely in and long on this. Call me crazy, but I believe there is a solid plan here that transcends pink sheets and the hijinx of this daytrader madness.
There is often a certain BORDERLINE component to pinksheet investors, tho, and it is clearly not for everyone.
Nice summary- but you forgot to mention that they are in the process of enriching a very strong management team statrting with a new and very well-qualified CFO... Sky's the limit here.
The actions of others here are not making sense. Go figure. 'Bout usual in my line of work (psychotherapist).
This is a hell of a low blow right before Xmas. If ever there was a time for some kind of communication from the so-called captains of this Titanic, there could not be a better now.
My guess is everybody is pulling money out of this to beef up their holds in @T@P. Many of the same names seem to be in both.

Montanamike, you haven't been around for awhile.
You are still cryptic, but I dare say optimistic.
I think we could all use a little optimism right about now.
I don't suppose you have any details beyond 'Wild card'
I am hanging on, but so far down on this one that it feels like I am either underground and waiting, or just being shafted. Hard to know which. Certainly am not adding until we have some kind of update.
Something puzzling here- I seem to notice that obvious shipments don't seem to make the price of this baby go up at all. In fact, the opposite happens. I bought in at what might have been considered a good time- about a month before the first shipment, I think. Since then it has tanked to half its value.
Not complaining exactly, I just don't get it. Why should a company with obvious income streams and a healthy mineral deposit be worth less today than it was when neither of those was evident?
My guess is it all comes down to manipulation, appearances and financials. Surely if the management cared, there would be a little more official information the market could respond to. Once there was a thing called fudiciary responsibility to shareholders. Oh well, here is the take away-.
News flash! Shareholders of pink stocks don't matter!
