Brenda, first of all Wally should have never scheduled a hearing before the 17th. Only Mr. Guyer and company knows where the Sundale reports are at. In my opinion the report should have been ready before all this confusion.

Let's hope Guyer pulls this off without extending till June. Also I find it very hard to believe Wally has no knowledge of Drystacking. I don't think Wally is a smart as the DRMS believes he is.
