wow did I miss a pr or something, I did not see that. where was that he said that
and how do you know this
what stock r u refurring spence
we would hate for it to get away also. The short of it is the Company was a Bad company before doing S/S's. Now they "SEAM" to have turned something around. I would be sitting with the trigger ready to hit the ask. Most of us are all in. But I am on the 50 yardline because it is STILL a pinky. What they are doing sound great, BUT the can say they will back out of this buyout deal. Hope this helps
lolololo LMAO lololo
Common Sense ha ... what about the Common Sense of the current possative info. Like say, oh I do not know maybe those R/S had a history tied to the dilution baxk then ... hmmm how much dilution are we ssing today. Oh butI guess that is not Common Sense ha ...
lol ... A business man would know that paying more for a Company that had something that he knew that was going to a compeditore down the road, he would pick it up at this level knowing later it would be more expensive down the road.
Also he would know that the seller would not even give him the time of day in discussions with him with out a healthy deal.
lolo so you think they are just going to show up to I-Hub and say I am a friend of EWRC's ... LOOK AT ME ... lolo Ya ok
And where did you get this info
Any Lawyers in her that can answer a question. How long does it Usally take this type of process to take place. Layers looking over the deal and giving an answer.
That would be nice
2. Don't believe in a company.
WayneC777 - I am assuming you are speaking in pink sheet generality
WayneC777 - BBDA is a Good Company and I for one will keep it in my Portfolio untill when and if they deside to go bad
=====================================================
Trading isn't investing, so you need to focus on the price action and forget the balance sheets.
WayneC777 - Correct
Leave the American Dream to Warren Buffett.
WayneC777 - I do not think so. Warren Buffet is a role model who we all learn from, and have someone to set goals to ... WHO's SIDE are you on Wyatt
WayneC777 - Guys, You MUST BELIEVE in the company your invrdting in. You must for a number of reasons
Trading = Flipping ... When you trade, you are doing a few possative things
1 - Causing "OUR" market to move Nicely ... Continiously
2 - Allowing us to gain shares
3 - Allowing us to gain cash
4 - Confidence towards the PPS and BBDA's abilities
5 - If your trading you can get cought up when and if a R.S happens
The problems in holding are
1 - the Company is able to R/S your held shares, taking your investment you have achieved
2 - Allowing us to loose shares
3 - Allowing us to loose cash
This make no sinse to me at all Wyatt ... whos's side are you on bud!!!
That is just like a basher and a deseptive BS'er. They want others to go back and read alot of crap so others can here a possative tone in their posts.
Look dude, why don't YOU go back and read that 100 and SHOW the PROOF in a somple and consise way that thers can see. But no you want to run your mouth and "SOUND" possative cause thats all a basher has ... you pretend you know something when you actually know NOTHING but OLD FACTS and back it up with Speculation of "OLD FACTS" ... PATHEDIC
lolo well I do lolo Good night guys
No its BASHER ALERT ... you had that wrong
