People will pump anything that they think they can make money at no matter what they are pumping and who they are hurting.

There are also many times that shells like this have a r/s and wipe out all of the current share holders to get a whole new lot of bagholders and there will be always "those all knowing ones" to hype it and make even more new bagholders.

They are not basing this "infomation" on the company. It is all about the last filing. There is nothing left to the company. Glenn was probably taken just like the shareholders and there in nothing behing the symbol. This is a short term, baseless hype that will leave lots of bagholders and when all of the "know-it-alls" vanish, the holders will not have a clue what hit them. These "runs" are true pink sheet hype scams.

Nice to see the updates on the website. I hope, once they determine the state of the software, a report on the feasibility of further developing it, costs involved, etc. Definately a step in the right directions!

Fromt he start there was nothing to IMWL. My advice is to stay away with anything that Sandy Winick has touched, been near or has any direct or indirect affiliation with. The list is long of the companies and schemes used to bilk us shareholders out of cash. I am a victim of Winick at BKMP. He is currently in a Thai jail for playing the same games there as he fled North America to avoid criminal charges.

RM are generally done with clean shells, not a shell like TGLN. There are plenty of CLEAN pink sheet and/or grey sheet shells for sale out there that have been clean for a while. No "real" company would RM into a shell like TGLN.

There is always hype around any company that just files a 15-12g. Mostly it is hype for a few to make a quick$$ and mostly bagholders wondering what hit them after the fact.

Yes was a no-bid since there is nothing behind the symbol. Once the filing was hyped up on the 15-12G board, there was a pump, but IMO, it will be very very short lived.

Kitt, the pump is unfounded, but those who are pumping will continue to make a profit then scatter like roaches when the lights are turned on. There is nothing left to the ticker and there will be no PR as Glenn is done with it all and probably paying dearly for it and Fleming would never dare for many reasons and the shell is way too dirty for anybody with a few brain cells to buy. jmho

Is is all a baseless pumped run that all started at the 15-12G filing. It will soon dissapate (sp) once those who are pumping make a few dollars and those caught up in the frenzy will be bagholders. There is nothing to this company now or for a very long time. imho

few months ago the hype was about how ADSV could actually win the lawsuit, which was not at all a possibility. Now the company is non-existant so the chances are slim. The only hope is a pumped run. IMHO

That is all part of the 15-12g scam pump run. Adsv had one recently. There was actually a paid promotion stock alert on tgln on Nov 2 and the company has been more than dead for some time now.

I will have to check out that board. I am sure that other company is there. There are never questions about the company, etc, because that does not matter to those who pump and hope they can convince others to buy so they can dump. Within less than 2 weeks it will all abruptly end and just those who are holding the bag will linger until they come to the realization they were took.

One day I am going to write a book on all of the pink sheet scams I have witnessed. It is all almost as crazy as those Nigerian lottery scams.

Anyway, glenn must have given up the yacht business and is now selling plastic folding chairs and ceiling fans.

I saw this with another pink that had filed a 15-12G. Was a short lived pump and quite a few who fell for it were hurt. I think there is always the hype of a RM whenever one is filed. Good to see you too.

The problem I have with alot of these pink sheet scammers is that they go for the quick buck. If they actually did run the company like businessmen, assuming they had a product, they would have alot more money in the long run. But, scammers will always be scammers and never look to the future. They are like drug addicts looking for that quick fix.
