It means Winick will undoubtedly be spending time with Bubba. This civil case is the tip of the iceberg. I would be shocked if its not followed by a criminal case. Hats off to Obama for making the SEC do its job, although I dont agree with him on much else.
Make it 4 or 5 years, that would be better.
Just having a little fun...lighten up. Our money is gone anyway.
You must feel vindicated. I dont know how the FCC proved your point. The SEC filed the suit. Remember the rule, no posting after 6 beers.
I wonder how the guy that just tossed a million dollars into bkmp at 00002 a share feels, he must have more money than brains.
I REALLY have to wonder how many bought the dividend? Im thinking almost no one, the scam was pretty much winding down by than anyway.
Most of us realized some time ago that this would end badly. Winick is such an unpredictable crook, that most including myself believed that a massive R/S would finish us. I feel good today, even though our money is probably lost. I hope this civil case leads to a criminal one. Im tired of vultures taking advantage of good people.
How many years has Winick gotten away with this crap? I didnt get involved until bkmp. I do know about fdch and amerossi.
Jim, have you seen or can you envision any outcome where Winick would be forced to compensate the bagholders he robbed? Or does the SEC just fine the crap outta him and keep the money?
SEC starting to hand out indictments against penny scammers like candy. Beebers better lawyer up, I got a feeling him and his buddies Carnes and Larive might soon need some legal counsel also.
Any Idea what might be expected as a possible outcome? Do most of these crooks just pay the SEC fines and move on?
Janice, if you see any further info, please post it here on the board. TIA.
YESSSSS, FINALLY.
Im sure Winick is bawling his eyes out, another chance to further dilute lost.
Well, Kitt, the artist formerly known as S5 should have alot of the details, he seems to be up on Winick scams.
That SH1T is getting so f'n sickening.
What im thinking is this. Lets get a college student who is either a reporter or a would be lawyer, to follow and document the Winick follies. I would definitely pitch in. College students are unbiased and hungry for the truth.
Did he talk about share price? If so you might have seen this "great passion and genious", for what its worth. SQUAT.
I say, convert those restricted to common, we havent yet hit 100 billion O/S. Cmon we gotta start thinking big. Of course Winick could care less about those he convinced to buy the "free dividend".
Its not a stock. Its a very expensive lesson for many of us, on how far the scum of society will do anything to fleece good people.
If they wanna be heard that bad, let them pay 10 bucks.
I remember 3 years ago on Memorial Day weekend, this board was so busy every time you hit refresh, there were 10 new posts, my how times have changed.
It is the sole responsibility of the person that bought the stock. I bought this POS, no one else. I bought this when people actually believed it had a chance, and it was not at no bid. What I take exception to is those that bought when the "gig", was obviously over, and had virtually a whole board screaming at them not to buy, did so anyway, and now wanna cry about it.
Which one are you?
Thank you, I was going to point that out also. I find its easier just to disagree. I have better things to do this weekend than get in a prolonged argument.
Yep, thats probably it.
Most Pink sheet companies are crap, they dont intend to comply with anything. It has nothing to do with the price of audits, they dont have a business model or anything else, except a dilutive stock printing press, and an R/S button.
No Im not an SEC compliance officer, and yes if you say so.
LOL, yep.
Maybe a little enforcement of said RULES, is in order.
Im not trying to dictate anything to you. My point is I think that Pink Sheets should have a few rules, since they are Publicly traded companies. Alot of them dont have a real product, other than endless worthless shares.
Agreed, something should be done. So many of these pink sheet stocks have become nothing more than dilution/R/S machines. There appears to be very little concern to change or develop oversight rules by the SEC or anyone else in regards to Pink Sheets. I hope that changes, but I am not optimistic. It seems the "You shoulda known better", response is the status quo.
I have no qualms about private small business. I dont think they should evolve into a public company if they cannot at least provide audited financials, and some level of transparency. Neither of which exists in the Pink Sheet world.
Very true.
hello my friend, lets hope Beebe gets on the list.
good for you.
UM, Dude, im not interested in your trading style. No offense, but thats not what this board is about.
Almost all pink/greys fail. Thus either they need to make it a casino game, or take it out of the U.S. market system. Or put a disclaimer on the stock that says, if you hold it for longer than 2 days, you will lose your ass. IT IS NOT A STOCK, ITS A GAMBLE.
Sure, I bet everyone you had was legit? How many have R/S'd by now. I would venture to say all.
