We all know Garfield GO is going to be launched in many countries around the world (Freeze Tag already told us!). It's obvious that they are very focused on improving the game during this initial launch in 3 countries, and they will expand to lots of other countries at the right time. Pokemon GO went through a similar process! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pokémon_Go
Thank you. Namaste :)

Yes, Garfield GO is just starting...
Pokémon GO’s past gives us insight about Garfield GO's potential future
"Pokémon Go was released to mixed reviews, with critics praising the game's concept and the incentive to be more active in the real world, while criticizing frequent technical issues that were prevalent around the time of the original launch. Despite such reviews, it quickly became a global phenomenon and was one of the most used and profitable mobile apps in 2016, having been downloaded more than 500 million times worldwide. It was credited with popularizing location-based and augmented reality technology, promoting physical activity, and helping local businesses grow due to increased foot traffic.”
"On March 4, 2016, Niantic announced a Japan-exclusive beta test would begin later that month, allowing players to assist in refining the game before its full release. The beta test was later expanded to other countries. On April 7, it was announced that the beta would expand to Australia and New Zealand. Then, on May 16, the signups for the field test were opened to the United States. The test came to an end on June 30."
"The game's extended launch began on July 6, 2016, with releases in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Due to server strain from high demand upon release, Niantic CEO John Hanke stated that the release in other regions was to be "paused until Niantic was comfortable" fixing the issues. European releases started on July 13, and the game became available to most of the continent over the following ten days The Japanese launch was initially reported to be on July 20; however, the game was delayed after a sponsorship deal with fast food chain McDonald's was leaked, instead releasing two days later. Although the game was proposed to be released in France on July 15, it was postponed until July 24 out of respect and due to safety concerns following a terrorist attack in Nice on July 14. Following the shut down of third-party apps and websites in late-July 2016—significantly reducing server strain—Niantic was able to continue pushing release worldwide. Central and South America and most of Southeast Asia subsequently saw releases in early August. Indonesia was the first Asian country to have the game playable, despite the game not being officially released in that region until August 6.
In South Korea, the game was not officially released as major restrictions on the use of online mapping data exist. However, due to a glitch, a small area around Sokcho in the northeastern part of the country was considered a part of Niantic's North Korea mapping region, making the game fully playable in that area. Numerous people took advantage of the gap to play the game. Bus tickets from the capital city of Seoul sold out and people living within Sokcho shared information on free Wi-Fi areas to tourists. Players also discovered a gym in Panmunjom, along the Korean Demilitarized Zone; however, Niantic later removed it from the game. Following the release of Pokémon Go in Japan, parts of Busan also became playable as parts of the city are considered part of Japan's mapping area due to the proximity of Tsushima Island. The game officially released in the country in January 2017.
In mainland China, Google services are banned by the Great Firewall. Players of Pokémon Go in China bought Australian App Store IDs and used a GPS spoofing app to use Google services. Many Chinese people downloaded a clone app called City Spirit Go, which was released shortly after Pokémon Go's beta test in Japan. During its launch in Southeast Asia in August 2016, the game officially excluded Myanmar, but users in Thailand discovered that the game was fully playable in border cities near the nation. The game was released in the Balkans, Macau, and Central Asia in September 2016, and was also released throughout Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia by the end of the year.”

What do you think?
Let's sticky this for now. Freeze Tag's plan to launch Garfield GO in many other countries is kind of a big deal...
"In the coming months, Garfield GO will be available in many countries around the world.”
http://www.freezetag.com/freeze-tag-launches-garfield-go-augmented-reality-treasure-hunting-game/
What do you think will happen when Garfield GO launches in many other countries?
Freeze Tag is working with Munzee on this, and Munzee is in over 235 countries: https://www.munzee.com/about/
I think there will be news tomorrow. I'm holding long-term either way. The international launch of Garfield GO is coming and the PPS of $FRZT will skyrocket. IMO, Freeze Tag and PAWS are quietly working on some really big things. Patience is key.
Also, http://Garfield.com is still featuring Garfield GO on their front page. This is the real deal...
Garfield GO is #13 in Canada on Google Play right now: http://www.apptrace.com/playstore/app/com.freezetag.garfieldgo
This is incredible, especially considering that the game has only been out for 2 weeks. The rankings have been fluctuating, but almost every time I check, I see that Garfield GO is one of the top apps in Canada (in only 2 weeks!) and is in the top 1 or 2 % of apps globally, even though it is only available in 3 countries (how is that even possible?!). Freeze Tag is working on improving the game and from what I've seen, the marketing campaign is not in full bloom yet. Imagine what happens when the marketing campaign expands and Garfield GO is released in more countries. The PPS will skyrocket. :)
True!
We all know the PPS will skyrocket when Garfield GO is launched in more countries.

Patience $FRZT is a rare, long-term play. https://t.co/E3TE8KyQHM #otc #news #stocks pic.twitter.com/Mrzle7s1pR
$FRZT is a rare, long-term play. Garfield GO is new, only available in 3 countries, and is already one of the top 10 apps in Canada (on google play). $FRZT partnered with Munzee, and with Munzee's help, this can be launched in hundreds of other countries in the near future (Munzee is already in over 235 countries). There is so much room for growth here it's ridiculous. News about Garfield GO expanding to other countries will send the PPS soaring. Whether it ends up in the red or green today is of no concern to me. Do your own DD and GLTA.
Nice!
I just bought more :)
We think alike! Also, "PAWS. All rights reserved" is written all over the Garfield GO game, and Jim Davis' name is as well. It's reasonable to think that PAWS might buy Freeze Tag. Either way, it seems that building Freeze Tag and selling it is the goal:
"The company was founded by me and my business partner and Freeze Tag CFO, Mick Donahoo, after successfully selling our previous mobile game company, Thumbworks, to a multi-national group called In-Fusio. Prior to running Thumbworks, I also started and sold a company in the interactive marketing sector called Nine Dots to MDC Corporation, a Canadian conglomerate of communications businesses. So, you can see that the founders of Freeze Tag have some experience in starting and selling companies to maximize value for shareholders."

Will Paws, Inc. Buy Freeze Tag?
Just speculating :)
Either way, the leaders of Freeze Tag have a successful history of building and selling companies...

Some DD on Munzee https://www.munzee.com/about/
"In the beginning, most players and deployments were in Germany and the United States, but in less than 3 years, the game has caught on in over 235 countries worldwide with more than 315,617 players and 150,126,784 captures. There is at least 1 physical munzee deployed on every continent in the world, including Antarctica.”

"Garfield GO! represents the first collaboration between Freeze Tag and strategic partner, Munzee (www.munzee.com). To help build out the available geographic play areas for Garfield GO!, many Munzee locations have been incorporated into the game”

Pokemon GO is banned from China because it uses Google maps?
http://www.businessinsider.com/pokmon-go-not-available-in-china-because-of-google-2016-8
'"Pokémon Go" is the most popular mobile game in the world. China is the largest mobile gaming market, and the most populous country on Earth. Bizarrely, the most popular mobile game in the world isn't available in China. Huh? '
Wow...
And apparently, Garfield GO uses MapBox (not Google maps).
Very interesting!
