Richi & Da Junkie - I just have a couple questions -
If you both knew there was no meeting yesterday (you were communicating via telephone) why did you wait until yesterday to sell your positions? Didn't you foresee a major sell off thus selling into a strong market in the $.08? That would have been more equitable for a truck driver and a young bust out dude that is forced to borrow money from a total stranger?
I still have a hard time believing that a guy would invest $13K and then spend $2K for a sh meeting. Round trip from Philly to Miami - $500, new suit $500, leather note book $100, cab ride $100 - still only $1200. Should have used EZ2travel. LOL

Not a great choice of an alias considering "RichiRich" had to borrow coin from a total stranger "Junkie" to get a one night stay. Yet the dude buys a "leather notebook" when a scratch pad would suffice? Then you state "I was standing outside their office until 1:00pm" and later you contradict your statement with this " But at 12:00 I had gone back to their offices and hung out for about and hour". Your entire story has more holes in it then Swiss cheese you know why...because it's all bull sh1tt! The truth is you arrived late, the meeting was in a corporate boardroom on another floor and you missed the whole damn thing? To cover up for your stupidity you post your bull sh1tt encouraging other fools to sell with you. Well my dear BS'r I have been quietly buying stock while you sheep have been second guessing your decisions and contradicting yourselves minute by minute on 2 chat boards that maybe 5% of the investment community reads. I now own 2% of EZTO and intend to aggressively buy tomorrow while you fools scratch your heads wondering why you have a new job at a sleep disorder clinic being counted. Baa baa (1) Baa baa (2) Baa baa (3). What a pathetic bunch of losers thank God there are solid decision makers in this world or fire would still be our number one asset!
MOVE or BE REMOVED its the law of the universe!!!!
Richie - Why didn't you knock or try calling in?
Richirich - Wow, that's unbelievable. Er, I mean I believe you - nobody could make that up. Now I know why Otto didn't say anything in his e-mail response to me about the sh meeting. That brings a whole new meaning to the word "inconsiderate" for me. I wonder who else made a cross country trip in vain.
Taizu - Oh, you beat me to the punch I see. I was just going to post that here. LOL
Although it doesn't say much anyway, at least we know he's alive.
Mr Thomas,
I am not allowed to give you information that is not public yet. Yes we are
working on both the closing of jet99 and the advertising campaign, just as
we are working on several large developments in the company. Please
understand that I can't give you or any other investor any information on a
daily or weekly basis.
You are not the only investors who contacts us, we have several hundreds
daily, my time would be spent horrible if I need to answer emails and phone
call all day. Please allow me to do my job, and I will do it well. Nobody
has lied to you.
Best regards,
Otto Bethlen

OK everybody - I actually got an e-mail response from "Mr. Oughta touch" himself. Would you like me to post it? LOL
Han - Up the bid to .066 if you go through SCHB. EOM
Mikey - Bring lots of coffee. LOL
kbless - Then why has no one posted anything about it? - you got to admit that is very unusual.
austin - I called also, same result. I will probably hold on one more day. I'm the guy who talked to Otto about 7 weeks ago where he said to me "if you're not happy in a month and a half, call me." So I reminded him of that quote on the voice mail.
Junopete - Yes same here. I e-mailed Paul to find out anything.
Junopete - Its not that uncommon for no news after sh meeting. I have other stocks that did not issue news or meeting minutes afterwards.
Thanx USC. EOM
I subscribed to the company's e-mail list above about 2 months ago and have yet to recieve any- what's up with that?
Is the float 39M or 62M? - I see both numbers in the i-box. EOM
Any comments on the float - 62million? Sorry guys, I did not go to the sh meeting.
Davillionaire - How about 0.1199 by Fri.? LOL
shmoulton - We ain't seen nothin' yet. Wait 'til 10Q!. 0.1199 by Fri. LOL Not quite high enough for Daviollionaire. IMO
emich - fordman says the phones are working again also.EOM
MMs will keep it check < 30% up until real news is out. IMO
Greens - I might even do my wife this weekend! LOL
I think my pecker is growing! LOL
Phile - 28% more Aluminum, trapezoidal cross section of Aluminum for better packing density, higher purity Aluminum combined with lower resistance gives it double the current capacity. That's what I remember from my visit 2&1/2 months ago, but you might want to confirm this.
Da Junkie - Like my kids that don't want to go to bed.LOL
Phil - Oh, your other question - Carbon in contact with Aluminum = corrosion.
Phil - Higher Temp = higher resistance. Basic electricity 101
Phil - Rebar?? How about wound strands of steel.
http://www.energetics.com/gridworks/cables.html
Phil - It doesn't reduce the weight all that much. Nearly eliminates corrosion and inductive EMF (magnetic)heating and significantly reduces sag.
I hope Otto and his accountants take note of this:

OTCBB Issuers that Repeatedly File Untimely Financial Reports May Face Ineligibility for One Year
Summary
OTCBB issuers that file late periodic reports three times or are removed for filing delinquency two times in a 24-month period will be ineligible for OTCBB quotation for one year.
The proposed rule amendment is anticipated to be effective for filings with a period ending on or after June 1, 2005.
Contact information
Background
NASDAQ® recently filed a proposal with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to amend NASD Rule 6530 (the “Eligibility Rule”), which requires OTC Bulletin Board® (OTCBB) issuers to file timely periodic financial reports. The proposed change would make those OTCBB issuers that are cited for filing delinquency three times in a 24-month period and those OTCBB issuers removed for failure to file two times in a 24-month period ineligible for quotation on the OTCBB for a period of one year.
This change was proposed to help further the original goal of the Eligibility Rule, which is to protect the public interest by ensuring that timely financial information is routinely available to investors.
NASDAQ anticipates implementing the proposed rule in connection with filings for periods ending on or after June 1, 2005. Delinquent filings prior to that period will not count towards the new rule. Therefore, upon implementation, no issuer would be made immediately ineligible from continued quotation on the OTCBB. For full details concerning the proposal, click here for a copy of NASDAQ’s filing with the SEC.

Phil - Let me explain the construction of CPTC's composite core, although it would be easier to draw. The inner core of the core is carbon fiber/ epoxy (about 1/4" - 1/2" diameter)and the outer concentric part of the core is glass fiber/epoxy surrounding the carbon fiber/ epoxy (about 1/16"- 1/4" wall thickness). The carbon fiber/epoxy is not in contact with the aluminum.
Somewhat relevant -
SAN FRANCISCO, May 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Last night a tree branch fell through a Pacific Gas and Electric Company electric circuit bringing down an energized power line. The power line fell across a vehicle containing four San Jose State University students.
The four students, drawing on the safety teachings of a parent, stayed in the vehicle even though the energized power line was laying across the hood of the car. PG&E crews were dispatched to the scene and were able to safely de- energize the electric line allowing emergency personnel to free the students. The outcome of this story could have been different if the students did not know to stay in the car.
Phil - No, I said replace carbon with glass so CPTC's core is all glass. You don't want carbon to be used in an insulating application.
Pedalmasher - In that case, the only thing CPTC would have to do to make the core part would be to substitute the inner carbon fibers with glass fibers - assuming the cross section is a constant.
Helihead - Since these insulators are rubber, it indicates they need to have significant flexibility and elongation which the epoxy/fiber core would not have.
Camalion - Correction - temporarily disconnected. I just called that number. I'm pretty sure Otto was tired of spending his entire day answering sh questions since he has alot of work to do - especially with sh meeting tomorrow and most of the answers are already on the internet.

Helihead - I'm a former composite engineer and may be able to answer that if I understood the insulator application a little better. Also, I have been to the CPTC plant in Irvine and have got a hands on feel for the core. Please describe it for me.
Lady - In reply to your other message - speaks volumes about the extreme marketing potential of EZTO. Many here have underestimated it including myself.
Lady- Thanks
