You Da Man, you go you wolf!
.008, who was the big strong Investor that slapped that ask? Good Job!
Just a thought,
Ed may keep MYEC more quiet than normal because he may realize that the ACH people (NACHA) may want his head on a platter, especially if he expands the way we are talking about, and leaves ACH processing in the dust. One day ACH may go the way of pony express, and telegram.
Shhhh.
Definitely UNDERVALUED if Acquisition is true, then I see about $8.00/share
cool, someone bought 6M in one gulp today. (see the t-trade)
Since BOK is in the Cincinatti/Covington, KY area, I have wondered if they have any connection to Toyota since Toyota's North American Headquarters is there. Could you imagine Toyota's accounts payable/receivable department using MYEC?
That would be some serious $hit.
I'm actually glad to hear that because I want to see the company grow more before a buyout. It's too soon for a buyout and MYEC would go too cheap.
I have said before, Ebays buy of PayPal for 1.5B was theft. Part of the cost of a buyout is factoring the ongoing revenue the company will bring in. Recent news on Ebay will tell you that PayPal is actually stronger than ebay.com.
I do not want to see MYEC be stolen!!!
Have fun with this...

Napkins hold up in court! Your argument is irrelevant.
Look Carefully - this means MYEC is NOT liable for tax to Wyoming, as it has been "administratively dissolved"
You can see under history - Common Amendment detail that the Principal address was changed from Wyoming to California in 2012. This is just Wyoming catching up on their books.
This does not mean that MYEC as a company has been 'dissolved'
GREAT IDEA? Who's up for it? YOLO, aren't you in that area...?
El Dorado Hills (MYEC) is just 2 hrs away from San Jose (PayPal) so this is a very very easy, convenient, and comfortable negotiation process.
There is also a "LinkedIn Member" in Russia who is the FRONT END WEB DEVELOPER for MyEcheck. Isn't that interesting?
Look at his Rez' he was at Cardinal Commerce before PayPal. So, yes, "MyEcheck" has been spoken within the Ebay/PayPal walls.
What we DO Know...
About MYEC:
1) Ebay/PayPal is very aware of MyECheck's existence as proof from the customer survey.
2) We are due for Q2 report any time now.
3) New Companies have adopted MyEcheck as a payment method and PRs have not been released yet about them
3.1) Some of these may be resurrected old companies.
4) CEO, Ed Starrs has been quoted in PR as "aggressively growing the company"
4.1) CEO Ed Starrs has expanded the business model of myEcheck to include licensing deals, including sub-patent licensing.
5) MyECheck's capability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness far exceeds that of standard ACH fund transfers, echecks and paper checks.
About MYEC investors and stock:
1) Many of us have reached out to current and potential customers of MyEcheck to promote and inquire about MyEcheck adoption
2) Many new investors have come on board willing to be LONG and STRONG and see the potential of MYEC
3) Stock Chart Analysts foresee a positive upward trend for MYEC.
What else DO we know?
What is the date that you received this response?
Agreed.
Everyone is responsible for their own DD. Whether someone posts truth, half-truth, fairy-tales or speculation is beside the point. It's up to each individual to determine fact from fiction through their own research.
No one can ever say "But I read it on an internet forum..." and be taken seriously. Read the actual PRs for themselves, research the company's share structure, etc. etc. We are all responsible for our own knowledge.
And if you still don't like what someone says, there is an "ignore" button that can be used. I have used it several times and will continue to do so.
Who has the MYECHECK blog? I want to send something to you.
Okay I tried something, it was good doing the research anyway.
I looked up as many annual transactions, fees, and annual payment volumes from the major payment processors as I could.
I took what I call an "ultra-radical-conservative" estimate, assuming that MyEcheck gets only 1/2 of 1% of the competitive market share in one year. Since MyEcheck charges 1%, with a not to exceed limit of $5.00, I predicated a low average of $2.00 per transaction.
This came up to me to be 4.2B in potential annual revenue. How much does this make the company worth? There are several methods out there to calculate that. Warren Buffet even has his own method. (http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/66442)
This of course, does not count the company's tangible assets, including the Patents which can be about $1M for each sub-patent.
Hope you can see this OK, if you want the Excel file, PM me your email address.
I'm going to keep up my research into this, and perfect this. I need to find out annual transactions for Visa, Money Order/Cashiers checks.
Also, I know there is a "not to exceed" amount for the processing fee.
MyEcheck is a "brand" and "product" right now. But one day it may completely replace ACH as the standard method.
The Jurassic period called, they want their ACH payment system back...
The question is, How much does Ed want to sell MYEC for based on what he thinks MYEC is worth. The question of what Ed thinks MYEC is worth is what we all want to know, since we know that he has turned down previous Buyout offers, even when the company was nearly dead-in-the-water.
ACH is the Goliath to the MYEC David.
Rules and regulations that govern the ACH network are established by NACHA (formerly the National Automated Clearing House Association) and the Federal Reserve. In 2012, this network processed an estimated 21 billion ACH transactions with a total value of $36.9 trillion. Credit card payments are handled by separate networks.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automated_Clearing_House
So, in 1 year, ACH processed $36.9T. multiply that times the 1% that MYEC charges and you have $369B of potential annual revenue for MYEC. Let's say MYEC only picks up 10% (based on it taking 10 years to be an equal of ACH) of that market share in 2014 - how does an annual revenue of $36.9B sound? What does that make the company worth in 5 years? 10 years?
This is all not counting additional transactions not competing with ACH such as Wire Transfers, Credit Card transactions, and other money transfers such as Money Order/Cashiers Checks, etc.
DD+Math=$$$$
What's it worth?
Check out this little website. http://www.theirnetworth.com/Businesses/eBay/
Ebay is worth $60B
Berkshire Hathaway $250B
Chase $170B
Google $200B
Citigroup $120B
What do you think MyEcheck is worth with 5B shares?
Does anyone know about the history of the share structure enough to understand why the first year of MYEC started at $150.00/share?
I'd like to understand the amount of shares - float/outstanding, etc. and see the history over time.
I'm too new to this game to try to figure it out myself and need some help.
Thanks
Who's worried? Not me!!!!...MYEC Long and Strong all the way!!
GO MYEC LONGS!!!! I'll be here 'til the last dog is hung. Patience will lead us to Bank.
I think we look strong today, just need more buyers.
Interesting.
Telecheck scans the routing and account number of a PAPER CHECK and THEN converts to an electronic transaction - AND approves or declines your PAPER CHECK like a CC.
(I have some experience with this...ahem,cough,cough)
MYECHECK does the WHOLE PROCESS ELECTRONICALLY NO PAPER CHECK AT ALL ZERO ZILCH NONE!!!
MyEcheck processing is cheaper and faster than telecheck processing. Here is an example of Telecheck processing rates.
http://www.instamerchant.com/check-guarantee.html
I say we could have a small campaign to introduce MyEcheck to any merchant service that uses Telecheck and tell them to replace it with MyEcheck.
True Confessions - Okay, I'm coming out. FLA_CONDO is one of my bucket list items for good stock returns, my real name should be "Maryland Apartment".
Wop, Wop, Waaaaaaah...
However, I have family that live an hour from Vero Beach...
You'll be alright. My first purchase was at .0035 and the price tanked for about 2 weeks before I started seeing profits. Look where it is now.
Hang tight. You'll be OK
I'd prefer the partnership. Gives time for the PPS to fatten up. Right now a buyout from Ebay/Paypal would be STEALING MYEC.
As far as I am concerned Ebay stole Paypal. $1.5B PUHLEASE!!!!
It's a crime, someone should be brought up on charges. I dont' want MYEC to be just handed to PayPal.
German_Soul - Could you call Ed back and tell him to release a PR please?
Thanks
Fla_Condo.
PS. And where is that Q2 report!!!
Nikodemus sounds like he has a rock star reputation.
Hope we don't have to crawl back in the womb, as I am not a respecter of persons.
Anyway, welcome to MYEC
Got me some more cheapies! EXPRESS FUNDING - yea baby!
Thank you Uubar! Amen and Alleluia! Since when does any stock have consistent green days with non dips....8itch puhleease!
Looking at the charts, we could play the sideways game for a couple weeks before another run.
Or we could get press and Q2 before then, regardless, MYEC is still a winner so any panic or negativity is unfounded.
Just saying..
Yea, yea.. I was just being comical. But, I am for as much as possible including 111.11
Nono no he said $11.11 !!!!
Welcome Count K!
It WILL work out... I have more than doubled in about 1 month.
I saw it posted on this forum, tried to look for it again, and couldn't find out. Maybe I imagined it, so wondered if anyone else knew anything.
